I went in to replace the bulb on my third brake light because I just got ticketed for it the day before. when I brought the bulb in there the gentleman took one look at it and told me that those are special order bulbs and they only sell them at the dealership that the bulbs were soldered into the bulb holder so I had to buy the whole thing. So I took his word for it and went home. Well the next day I went to a neighboring auto parts store to see if they could help me with the bulb and told her that it was a special order bulb and the guy looked at me like I was crazy. it was not a special order bulb all you had to do was wiggle it around a little bit to pull it out of the bulb holder. So that $4 bulb is a lot cheaper than the $20 that it was going to cost at the guy told me from Napa. That is the first negative thing that I can say about Napa because Ive always had great experiences there. Will continue to give them my business if needed.

Got my oil filter and a tool just couldnt get windshield wipers.

I traveled to Aberdeen to soak up the Cobain experience. On my way home I decided to change my wiper blades as rain was due in the forecast. The young gentleman had not ONLY helped me to find the correct size, but also assisted me in the process of changing them.Very professional and recommended by a Canadian.

Dont normally dont shop at Nappa but, the staff is very knowledgeable I found 90% or more of the parts I needed, and they offer military discounts. The owner is one heck of a nice guy! I would recommend them to anyone.
