The staff are very friendly and professional. At least what you would expect from a dispensary. 🤭 I bought a dab pen but got the wrong box and it turned up empty!! The owner and the tender were very helpful and fixed it straight away. They also have some great prices on dabs and flower!!! I no longer have to travel to get a great deal. It is messed up when you ask for a certain kind or strain and they sell you the wrong one. Not only were they the wrong kind but the joints wont light. You would think when you go on they would exchange it but you have to have a receipt which the employee did not give you. There customer service sucks it feels like you are a bother to them. Last time I spend a single penny at Zia.

Beware, I was told I was able to get a veterans discount from the sales girl. As a former Marine I felt good that I was being recognized. Then I was told I had to show my military ID card. I laughed and told the girl I wasnt issued one, like 90% of us who served. She then told me to show her my DD 214. Really, are you joking. Go somewhere else where they actually honor those of us who have served.

If you don’t like negative reviews, order the edibles requested or tell employees to stop lying to customers about having just had them in stock. Cutie Judy’s is the sister store and they said y’all are lying about your orders and restocks.The guy who is always at the door checking ID’s is always so friendly! I appreciate him.However, ZIA themselves have been going downhill. For the past 2 months I’ve been checking in on different days and at different times for a specific brand of indica edibles. They first started “selling out” of one flavor, then 2 and now they’re “sold out” altogether of every single flavor, every single day of the week.Come on, that can’t be happening every week when I check in every single day?! Just tell me you’re no longer carrying them, hoping to sell me on a different item like you have before.At this point I’ll be driving to Elma and Cutie Judy’s to avoid wasting my time at ZIA.Cutie Judy’s has a HUGE variety of flower and edibles, they have friendly budtenders and ID guy’s too. And they run specials every day of the week!I highly recommend making the trip and stocking up! They run great specials.

They have a different assortment of strains and brands than other stores Ive visited. They had a lot of house brand items, and those were less expensive. There wasnt the full variety of products that one sees in bigger places. The people there were very knowledgeable and helpful. Id like to visit again in the future...its about 80 miles from my home. I will go in a few montbs and see how they are doing.

Been a loyal Zias customer for multiple years now, but in my last 3 visits they have upsold me the worst weed I have ever smoked. It was so bad the last time I returned what I bought. By far Zia has the best selections of marijuana, concentrates and edibles. Great prices and awesome daily specials. Every Wednesday and Saturday they have a variety of waxes, shatters and crumbles for $20 a gram.The staff is informative, friendly and always make you feel welcome. Zia has my vote for best Recreational Marijuana store on the Harbor.

And $20 eighths of cowlitz gold every day they always have something killer cycling through, something new usually but never bought something i was unhappy with. Oh and put your phone number in the tablet for 20 points every visit to earn up to 30% off at 500 points. Unfortunately you cant buy 7 terp sauces and use 30% off though I tried

As soon as I walk in Im greeted by a wonderful and knowledgeable staff, the selection was out of this world, anything you could ever think of smoking vaping or even eating is at this store. they always have $10 grams and carry many different farms. Fix the enormous holes in your parking lot.I will happily amend my review as the owners have taken action and corrected their parking lot issues. While I myself do not partake, I often visit the store with friends who do. I appreciate businesses that listen to feedback, and Zia has done so.
