Ive never had a problem with these guys. They get parts for me and fix what I dont want to fix. They sell Chinese atvs if you buy one they will break down. If you dont like it go buy a name brand atv.

Great shop to work on your 4 wheelers and go carts. They find the problem and they let you know how much it will be.

Getting a battery for Bryson 4 wheeler

My friend paid $1,000 as down payment for his cove cart to be ordered over three weeks ago and has not yet received it. Cool Sports is giving him the runaround and telling him that they are not going to refund his money. They are not answering his calls and ignore him when He goes there in person. FAIR WARNING!! DO NOT GO HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I ordered a blinker for my motorcycle and was sent the wrong one. I sent it back at my own cost, and was never sent the correct one back as detailed.I ordered a blinker (LIGHT-12000137-FR) on 10/7/14 but was sent LIGHT-12000131. The amount was a total of $47.96. I used Fedex Home Delivery 2 day shipping, but the package was delivered by USPS! I sent it back with a detailed message of which one I had actually ordered, and included a picture. He received the blinker as evidenced by him signing for the package that I made sign to be delivered with my own money. I called him and he verified that he had received the package. He told me he would send the correct one back to me that day. Here we are 2-3 weeks later and he is not answering any of my calls, and I have yet to receive the correct blinker for my motorcycle.

I give cool spots an A in my book. they fix my problem within a day. I cnt believe how professional they handle my problem that fast.

The owner has bad customer service, and no communication skills none what so ever. I ordered a dirt bike from this dealer, and I was told the bike would be ready for pick up within 4days. I didn’t received the bike until 2weeks later. Once the bike was ready for pick up., it was the wrong bike. The owner stated that the original bike I ordered was out of stock P.s (why not call and communicate that with me)....3days after riding the bike, the bike chain came off. The owner did fix it for free. Also a couple months of having the bike, I ordered a front bike tire wheel. I paid him $247 of front in full. He promised me the wheel will be there in 10 business days. Long story short., I made the purchase 5-11-18 and I just got a refund for my money 6-29-18. It was over a month and I didn’t get the wheel. I always had to call him to check on the product, regarding when the wheel will be ready. He always told me, oh it will be ready next week then next week then next week and etc....I waited a month and a half for the tire until I got sick of his bs and got a refund. Once again no communication skills. He didn’t call me one time to tell me the order was delayed. I always had to call him. Moral of the story I want be back to purchase anything for this dealer. Scooter plus is way more professional

Place IS A SCAM. NO PART IN STOCK. 2 WEEKS SO FAR NO CALLS BACK NO EMAILS RETURNED. THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. TIME TO GO TO THE BBB.

This place is a complete joke, purchased a go cart $2800.00, picked it up Christmas eve, broke down Christmas day, put it in the shop which took over a week, broke down again in March took it to the shop, was in there a month before they could tell you anything, warranty was up by just a few days, stated he was not going to charge labor but to change out a piston its was gonna cost over 400.00 and it has been 2 months now.
