DON’T GO HERE! Bad service and untrained techs. Sub didn’t have power. They changed the fuse and charged me $85. They turned the stereo so high it almost blew my eardrums when I turned it on. Worked for 2 days. I fixed it myself (wire was tied to parking brake release and shorting. I called to say they got it wrong and he says $85 for diagnostic “period”. Ok, sure, but you MISDIAGNOSED! Never again!

Very quick and professional. I stopped by to get my head unit looked at and subwoofers and amp installed. They were very busy but they remained calm and professional. I figured they would have told me to schedule an appointment like everywhere else I had been but no he assured me there would be no problems getting the install done in time. The owner was a great guy to work with we worked together on my budget and they got it done. The only place I’m going for car audio. FYI I didn’t see any wires.

I wanted to have a alarm installed in my truck. However didnt really know what I wanted, I spoke with the owner. He was very knowledgeable,helpful, and answered all of my thousands of questions. Where do I start every single aspect of my visit was horrendous. First off I walk in the door and not greeted then the phone rings he doesnt respond to me at all as if to say just a minute Ill be right with you answers the phone then hangs up doesnt address me then I ask him to get some service He acts as if Im bothering him and says no one is available to help me. Then I have to ask him when is someone available and he tells me about 3 hours. I come back the next day doesnt recognize me I have to ask him again for service he says wait 20 minutes. I wait 30 minutes without one single word does not tell me it will be a few more minutes Im waiting on someone nothing I finally leave before I explode

I’d leave zero stars if I could. I asked how they set the amps and no one could tell me. It wasn’t tell I picked up the car they then tell me they set everything by ear. My 4 channel amp is still hitting protection at max volume something I wanted fixed they changed the cross over setting but they clearly took no note to what my speakers even where. They set the fronts at 100hz and the rears at 50hz. I told them exactly what speakers I had installed which where alpine type r 6.5s and 6x9s the response frequency of the 6.5s are 63hz-40k the rears are rated at 60hz-40k. Setting them how they did left my rear speakers hitting frequency’s below what they are rated for potentially damaging them and setting my fronts that high left usable mid bass on the table. I was charged a hour labor and called them 15 minutes after I dropped it off and was told it was done. This place is uneducated and don’t have proper equipment to set the amps and will likely tune your system to a state of possible failure. Use them at your own risk. Consider yourself warned.

I had à viper remote start installed in my 2006 chev. Silverado i notice that the horn did not blow when locking i called them back thats when i started getting the runaround i had to go somewhere else to get it fix very disappointed customer will not recomend them at all.Stereo sound is better for me.customerre elle to get it fix very disappointed customer

Auto radio is where is at folks! The owner Travis will get you hooked up, you will be satisfied. Went to the competition for a quote before going to him, and he blew them out of the water!! No contest. If you want to be treated right, and not like your a dollar sign with legs, go to auto radio. The prices are more than fair, and the people are awesome, real folks. Installers know what they are doing and the owner does too. Awesome Place. Very Professional and laid back at the same time. Talked to Ben over the phone and let him know what I was up against. I had my radio stolen from my 2015 Jeep and needed fixed. He told me to come on up and they would look at it. Rico took a look at it and let me know what I needed. Travis hooked me up with everything Rico installed it, and I was out of there in less than two hours total. Would recommend them to anyone.

I asked if they would look at a problem I was having with my backup camera. Was told to come in and drove about thirty minutes and then when I gave the car to them they then insisted that they would only do the work if they did other (non needed) work as well so they could charge me for more than I needed.

Highly recommended! Travis hooked me up with a nice audio setup for my car and it sounds great for the price! 100% satisfied and will go back for future audio needs.

Leaving another review as an update. So in my last review I stated how they use the best materials etc. Well turns out these guys are full of crap. They told me my amp power wire was aluminum not copper, and that it had to be changed out. So I paid them 170 dollars to run more wire. Just had a friend of mine who has been installing for over 15 years show me that they installed the exact same type of wire back in my truck. I took my truck the week after they installed the sub amp wire to run new speaker wire for my 4 channel amp. They did not give me a quote before they started the job. Needless to say they ended up charging me $740 dollars for running one wire, and installing new door speakers which i bought off Amazon. These guys are complete crooks, who will lie to you and do work that you never needed to begin with. I will never recommend these idiots to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Wired my aftermarket stero incorrectly and blew fuses after an hour. Now I have to find another place to fix this mess

They had to do a complete re-wire of the system due to the previous installers (Stereo One) butcher job. I was told, right before I picked my car up, that their system was down and that I needed to bring cash. $750 to be exact. So I picked up the cash on the way. I paid the cost but was told I would get my receipt emailed to me once the computer system was up and running again. The installation looked great and the system appeared to be working but on my way to work I noticed the rear speakers but popping and there was engine noise coming through the speakers. I took it back the next day for warranty work but was told that I had to wait until the other cars were done. The noise was fixed with a filter (probably the same one that was removed from the original installation) but still did not get a receipt. Ive called 4 times now in the past week asking for them to email the receipt to me but have yet to receive it.Even though the installation is very clean and professional looking, the customer service sucks. I hope you have better luck with them than I did.

I took my daughters car here after someone broke into her car and stole the radio. I purchased a radio and new speakers. Left the car there for 6 hrs. They called me at close of business to pick up the car. When I arrived they said I needed new speakers (which were on the front seat in a bag with the radio). I asked why didnt you put the speakers in the response was I didnt know. When we got in the car the back speakers werent working which they were before. Long story short they didnt hook up the connections inside had to pay someone else to do it all over. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!

Fixed up a completely butchered DVD install on our SUV. Another local store said they would not even work on it because it was so messed up. They completed it in a few hours and did a very good job.

The staff at Audio Radio was awesome to deal with. I installed first sound system in my truck and had a few tweeks to make to get it right. Travis brought me in helped me with my settings. Had me in and out in 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable and professional. I wouldnt hesitate to send any of my family and friends there. Thanks for the help.

And trying to sale me speakers thats 60 online for 159 each and told me i was cheap nall i no how much this stuff is i work at a radio store for 4yr this guy will try and get over if u dont no your stuff . Went to car toys on Elvis Presley got good quality speakers and everything hooked up for 400 for everything if you looking for a good deal thats the best place and good service .

My first visit here & I inquired about getting a remote start. After getting pricing info I had an appointment to bring my car back the next morning for installation. They pulled my car into the garage and within 10mins the tech came into the waiting room to get me. He informed me that my car already had a remote start on it. Its honest ppl like this that will forever have my business. Im sure someone, somewhere would have taken advantage of me and charged me for work they didnt perform. God bless these guys for having GREAT INTEGRITY....

Dropped off to diagnose engine noise in subs. Picked back up with no engine noise but 17 ohms of resistance from my ground to my amp. Thanks for making it barely work! My door speakers hit harder now and my 15 (although it had engine noise.) used to bump so hard. Lazy dont recommend this shop to anyone. Go to Tri State Auto.

If you want to be lied to, ripped off, be treated like an idiot, and receive a horrible job and service this is the place for you. Not only do they crack my dash like a bunch of imbeciles, they lie and say it was already there, and wont even bother to replace it. And not only does the worker who said it was already cracked lie about it, the manager lies with him too. $180 to have subs installed terribly then another $80 for a new dash piece that I will have to order. Come here to waste your time and money. Shouldve known it was a bad idea when the guy was a douche from the start. Go somewhere else where itll be cheaper and theyll actually do their job.

Will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone. First I called and asked about 4 8ohm replacement woofers for my 01 BMW 740i and was told to bring the car in because they had some and could do the replacement quickly. I went in the next day and after they took my car into the shop the sales rep came in and said that I needed to replace the entire stereo systems from the radio to the amp to all 11 speakers. I asked him why was all that needed and the response that I got was “well when people buy these kind of cars they should be ready for the repair costs. I politely told him that vehicle maintenance has nothing to do with him trying to gouge me for an entire systems setup when all I needed were the rear deck speakers replaced. Horrible, horrible salesmen in this shop and a true consumer rip off shop. I found 4 8ohm Sony woofers for $48 ea and replaced them myself on under 45 minutes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!

This would be a negative 5 star review if google would let me.. I went to auto radio because I upgraded to two subs instead of one. All I needed was another Amp and some advice but they would not sell me the Amp unless they put it in. Im not a professional and had it set up myself and they nit picked how I did it but I know what Im doing Ive been doing it for years. I had lights that go with the music and they completely rewired it to where I use a switch to turn it on and it does not go with the music and they moved the lights to where I cant even see them WITHOUT asking me???? They told me I would pay 100$ and They charged me over 300$....... I would not recommend these people. I also had to reposition the sub box under the seats because they were hitting the floor and making an awful noise.. your money is better somewhere else. I had to fix several things I did not ask them to do. If youre not familiar with installing sound systems you might think they do great work but I regret ever thinking about going there

My visits have been good. I read some of the reviews on here and decided I should give my $0.02. When I saw a lot of negative comments on here regarding over selling and dishonesty I was skeptical but I remember one thing... There are 2 sides to every story. I have had sub installs done at the Southaven auto radio and I have also been there for other services. Never have I been mistreated. When I took my mustang in to have them install a sub and line output converter they informed me that there was existing amp wiring in the car that was good quality. (I was already aware of this) the point is that they could have been dishonest and tried to upswell me all new wiring and charged me more.
