This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst, I had a question I could hear the pharmacist talking about me to the tech/cashier in a rude manner, so i left. I decided to go back the next day thinking maybe they were busy the day before giving them the benefit of the doubt. Well today that pharmacist and a different tech did not even acknowledge me and I was the only one in the pharmacy area. There is no need to be rude, everyone is busy now a days. could have said Ill be with you as soon as possible kindness goes a long way.
I am livid. I made an appointment at a Walgreens near my home for two flu shots. I waited in line until I could wait no longer with a three-year-old. No one would see me even though I made an appointment. No one even called my appointment number. I went to this Walgreens on the corner of 51 in church which is near where I work. I didn’t make an appointment because the appointment didn’t work for me last time and I’ve always gotten my flu shot at this Walgreens. And they wouldn’t see me because I didn’t have an appointment. So Walgreens has wasted my time and my three-year-old’s time twice to get a flu shot. And I am livid if you have an appointment only policy then answer your appointments. And if you have an appointment only policy state it online. It says nowhere online it is mandatory that you have an appointment. And I have always walked in for my appointments for the last 10 years .
There is no pharmacy on duty today. I have been waiting since 10 o’clock am. It’s now 7 o’clock pm and I am still waiting. Thank for nothing you son of a buscit.
I have been calling for a week to get a RX refilled and no one has answered! Literally a week and no one has answered! This is very unprofessional!
My shopping experience at Walgreens is always pleasant. The sales associates are very helpful.
There is a perticular pharmacy tech whos rude and makes it so hard for me to get some of my prescriptions. After this refill Im taking my business elsewhere. Because I feel like shes policing my medications that I desperately need. I normally dont run out before its due but this time I did. And I know you can refill 2 days before the actual fill date and the insurance will pay for it. I was only trying to get it 1 day early and she told me the insurance wont pay til 3 days after the 30 day refill date. Ive always had a problem with her no matter what it is. And I wish I knew her name but I could pick her out in a line up. I will never use this Walgreens again.
I had my wisdom teeth pulled today and went to pick up my medication at this location . 12:45ish - my husband gives the medication paper work to her and she asked about insurance he told her that i have not received my card yet but other locations use my SS card to find me, this woman looks at us and goes “this is not the dentist office or “other location” - we don’t do it like that” We said okay and just remained calm and got everything taken care of- this lady asked for my ID 4 different times because she couldn’t read what she needed the first time i guess and same to my address, I understand policy - i have been to many Walgreens Pharmacies before, and never have i witness such lack of work ethic with this girl. Horrible experience and not friendly AT ALL. Clean house with this one. NEVER AGAIN.
Michelle in photo was extremely rude. There were 8 people in line and I had 1 item and before getting in line I asked Michelle in photo if she could check me out. She was just standing back there and wasn’t busy at all. She told me no, to get in the line in the front, and that she couldn’t check me out because it wouldn’t be fair to other customers. So I get in line and she calls on the inter come that she can get the next guest in line. The lady in front of me got out of line and she checked her out. She skipped 7 people, (since this was “Michelle’s” huge concern) and she checked her out with out a problem. I’m not going to pull the race card, but you can just guess that they were both one color that I am not. Extremely rude. Wish I could have given her a piece of my mind.
I have had multiple rude encounters with the pharmacist Nick. Going to the pharmacy is not a place you are going to for fun. Its usually to receive medication for a chronic illness or an scurry illness and youre not feeling your best. You expect the pharmacist to greet you & make you feel welcome. Well I have been harassed, humiliated, accused of receiving medication illegally all by this one pharmacist Nick. I been going to this pharmacy since 2016 & have a built a rapport with the other staff.

Pharmacy staff including manager is very rude and lacks knowledge. I will be happy to take my business elsewhere and will definitely tell others to find a different pharmacy with better customer service.
I went in the store and asked if they had toilet paper. Worker saw me and was holding some and would not let me buy it. I will not be back.

I have to agree with Valerie, the pharmacist is very rude at this location and lacks the respect for customers, he barely said two words to my sister and treated her as if she was dumb for asking a question, why not nicely explain to her like any other pharmacist would have done, terrible customer service.
