This is an ok Kroger’s to do your shopping. There was a slight odor to the front entrance of the store.

Good Grocery store they have everything you need Great quality of vegetables And you can use coupons fresh meat and seafood

The food and selection are good. Seems to be fairly good quality. My issue is with a few of the workers Ive interacted with. Most recently, during checkout the cashier and bagger were chatting. Not an issue in itself. I dont expect perfection from anyone especially not two high schoolers stressing about tests. However, hearing constant swearing and cursing back and forth with F this, B that, and N N N is simply not professional. Neither is pulling out your cell phone while youre working, but thats besides the point. Complain about whatever you want, but please keep the language professional.

Visit to the grocery store this evening, arriving at 10:15, and the doors are locked and an employee outside says that they are closed. I wish businesses would update their closing times here and elsewhere online when they decide to start closing early. I was here maybe a month ago and they were still open until 11pm. Why change it? Also why not an update to the closing time when the change is made? Very upset that the store has no conscious to consider the people who get out and drive all the way here for the store to be closed. I expected more from Kroger, especially this location.

I called customer service at 8pm and asked what time they closed and they told me 9pm and I went in at 8:25pm and one of the workers that was standing around talking said that customer service was closed and I told them that I just called and they told me they closed at 9pm and she was very rude with me and said no they are closed and I asked how come yall just told me 9 and she was like they are closed with a very rude attitude. I never have problems out of kroger my option is if they hate their job and dont wont to work find a different one because there are people out there that needs jobs.

Quick visit typical layout. Well stocked shelves. The day I went corporate was there so youd expect them to be on best behavior. For the most part that was true one girl up front was less than eager to to engage in a conversation. On previous visits weve experienced the same thing. It is completely a mixed bag although most of the bag is rotten....

I came to this location because I went to Target. I noticed the store was smaller than the other locations but I still proceeded inside. There is a small selection of baby foods and the formula was not stocked up. Everything I picked up was WIC approved yet I had to pay for the entire purchase out of pocket. The lady at the register was not very helpful with trying to figure out why my items were not going through. She was too concerned with going on break and told me to call someone but never gave me the number before running off. First and only time shopping at this location.

What happened to the customer service at this location, the employees use to be nice and caring, but now they don’t care, their attitudes are nasty and their rude. Sharika “the key holder” needs a training class on customer service because she is very unprofessional and she doesn’t have a clue on what’s she’s doing. And don’t ask for assistant manager Palmoore, it was around 8pm and she told another employee to tell me that she got off at 5pm and she couldn’t come from the back unloading a truck to speak with me. I never knew Kroger made their employees stay past their shift to work off the clock for no pay.

Store was not clean no sales person in site. Honestly these big box stores advertise like they are deep cleaning the baskets to help stop the Covid19 virus however baskets are all in the parking lot and they put a roll of paper towels and spray bottle out for you to clean the basket after you’ve had to bring the basket in from the parking lot. I also seen an employee with mask not on however there is a constant reminder over the intercoms that customers have to wear there mask.

I am handicapped if I cant find a motorized shopping cart, I have called into the store and the guys up front will bring one out. I always find what I need. Very clean store, meat is always fresh. Glad to have this Kroger in my neighborhood.

I like this Kroger at this location too. Its usually well stock & the clerks are always pleasant. We simply pick up basic staples after the long holidays.

Kroger is where I do my weekly grocery shopping. The produce is always fresh. I take advantage of the weekly sales items. Highly recommended.

The store was very clean I came early BUT putting up products did not have some. Sausages i liked they only had hot n the one i usually buy but i did find some other i liked overall the young lady that checked me out was nice need more baggers

Ive been shopping here for almost 7 years now and this is my favorite Kroger in this area. They always have everything I need and all of the workers seem so nice.

Store was nice and clean. Just didnt have a few things that my other Kroger carries. For instance, none of the Orville R popcorn comes in the pop-up bowl.

I love Kroger they have whatever you need to cook any meal and great quality products.

Ms. Sandra in the floral department is a master at her craft! Ive gone in numerous times and just told her to express herself and she always amazes me in presentation and price. Shes a sweet lady too.

My review is about the self check out attendant in particular. He was rude from the get go. Then I was using the coupons sent to me by Kroger in the mail and he insisted he needed to unpack and dig through all of my groceries to check that they matched. Sounds like some bs considering Im a Kroger employee too and never heard of this. Hes taking things out and just throwing them down into the bags as if my items are diseased. Oddly enough, we were the only shoppers this policy exists for.

DO NOT USE WESTERN UNION HERE! The employee I dealt with on multiple occasions Kim, is the laziest person Ive ever dealt with and she has a horrible attitude and had no idea what she was doing and did not offer to help in any way or ask for help.

The only thing good about this place is that its convenient. Its so run down and in terrible need of a renovation like the other Kroger stores. There isnt much of a selection if you like organic produce or natural foods. Well, there isnt much selection at all because I went for distilled water and they only had five. I bought each one and actually needed more. Im not sure why this store isnt cared for like the rest. Also, theres a security guard at the door. What does that tell you?

This chain of stores are slowly pushing consumers like me away. I have a family thats on a low carb low sodium diet. The things i use and the brands ive used for years have been pushed out. Now they only carry certain things by the top name brand or the store brand.the prices arent that different and the variety of food products has been severely diminished. This leaves me searching new avenues for the things i need to feed my family the healthy diet they need.

There was a time when I would have given it 5 stars. Now they close at 11 which is very inconvenient. Their selection has suffered lately as well. There are several items such as eggs and milk that I found half the price at Walmart. I might not have discovered this had Kroger been open past 11. Now I have a list of things I get at Walmart due to price, or selection, or by the very fact that theyre open past 11. There are still items I only get at Kroger, but I do wish I could get them past 11 at this location. Driving to Olive Branch to find a 24 hour Kroger is also very inconvenient.

Not a terrible kroger. Not a particularly good one either. They dont offer a large selection and its never necessarily dirty, but I doubt anyone puts in any effort to keep it clean either. I would much rather go to the kroger off getwell or horn lake road but will go to this one if I need something quick.

The best local Kroger! I have a Kroger and Walmart less than two minutes from my house and I still make the drive to this location to do the majority of my grocery shopping. The staff (in general) is great! Ive had a few experiences with cashiers that were a little rude, but that is very rare. I do 95% of my grocery shopping once a month and Im shopping for a family of 4, so naturally Ive got a full cart and sometimes more than one, but the cashiers are fast and they dont complain about my stack of coupons(Hey, Ive saved over $800 since Jan. so get off my back! lol). However, I humbly apologize to anyone that gets in line behind me, but I try to be courteous and let people with just a few things go first. They have a great selection of products and the generics are of excellent quality compared to many other places(Kroger honey roasted peanut butter...that stuff is amazing!). The Private Selections line is really good too if you are looking for higher-end goods. I like to cook a lot of ethnic foods so I love the Hemisfares products because it saves me the trouble of going to specialty markets or ordering stuff online like miso paste, smoked paprika, tahini, pancetta, etc...though it usually comes at a premium price its worth it.
