Guy behind the counter didnt wanna sell me a TXV valve for my AC unit, he said they didnt have the one Im looking for, not sure how he immediately knew this before he even asked for a part number or the size of the unit or any questions in that nature, I even told dude I was a certified technician and offered to show him my license but he insisted he didnt have the one im looking for..lolWhether youre buying wholesale or retail, online prices are much cheaper, why deal with unhelpful lazy people when you can order anything online for less than half the price.

Personable, funny, happy people to do business with! They had a part no one else did and were able to get it to our distributor for installation. They were open in the snowed out weather and they were so personable and professional. Definitely recommend using them if you get the chance.
