This Sonic is always amazing. The food is hot and fresh, the servers are always super kind and have never had an issue with our orders. The pretzels are definitely a family favorite!

See the problem, sad, all four meal combos wrong. What a waste of food, no replies from sonic on this postUpdate I will give three start because corporate gave me a couple of burgers free. It helps but there’s still no excuse for not reading the ticket that said bacon not sausage.

My girlfriend works at sonic, so I know they have great services. So when eating at the Horn Lake ask for Nicole. If you ask for 9 salt packets, she will go above and beyond to please her customers with a smile on her face. She will go out of her way to make you laugh and have a blessed day!

Thank you Sonics for the refreshing sundae. Unlike the staff at a McDonalds location, you didnt have nuts available and you were hospitable enough to inform me of my options. I have spent a considerable amount of time and money at their location, but they have lost me as a customer. The manager on duty needs a lesson in customer service. This place will never get another nickel from me.

At this sonic location, the food is always quick and hot. The car hops are so sweet, one even helped me out by noticing my tire was flat and letting me know.

Came to visit from GA and wanted sonics. They were very busy but still got my food to me and my best friend. Destiny was nice and courtesy. We had a problem with our drinks and I let them know and they fixed it quickly. A simple switch of the unsweet tea instead of sweet but we were brought new ones quickly. The staff are doing a great job.

Very pleasant visit. I really like the ability to order ahead using the mobile app. It makes things much easier once youre used to it. But dont forget they claim no refunds if you order using the app and they require you to pay when placing the order. Therefore, say, you place an order but when you arrive the place is slam packed and you dont have much time for a lunch break then you cant just up and leave to go to another establishment. Youre just stuck waiting on your order. Also, wait times in app compared to in reality appear to be completely out of sync in that the app makes claims that reality doesnt actually back up.

Had a horrible experience at the Sonic on Church Rd. Left there with no food/drink and went to this location instead. Have never had a bad experience here, and tonights visit did not disappoint. This location was busier than the other, we were waited on much faster, no attitude, at all. Only thing is they did not have the red, white and blue slush we really wanted to try. Order was accurate, food was tasty. The difference in the 2 stores is like night and day. We will definitely go out of our way to come to this location the first time next time we want Sonic!!!

Theyre always rushing people..I understand you dont want people taking to much of others time but make sure while youre rushing to have my order correct. Because when Theyre rushing you the cashier is not listening to everything youre saying and missing half of the order

If it wasn’t for the great deals you get from the app, I’d never use it. Every time I do, there’s issues and once I get to the restarting and in a stall it doesn’t recognize I’m near it. Then they take forever to bring my order to me which sucks if I ordered ice cream. Hit or miss with the quality of food. Friendly staff, but the app needs to be fixed.

Horrible! My corn dog was BURNED inside and out (from the hot dog to the outer cornbread layer). It was VERY obvious! 😡 Im sure whoever made my order saw that it was burned. Sonic employees got to do better!

They were out of the brand new item (broccoli cheese tots) and that was disappointing and then decided for onion rings and theywere also out of those.

Tonight was not as good as usual at this location. Service was good just a little slower than usual. Food was definitely not as good as it usually is at this location.

Went here to get two drinks, waited 10 minutes with 2 other cars pulling up and getting food beside us before pressing the red button. Absolutely ridiculous DO NOT EAT HERE.

Food was cold & old. Also ordered an oreo shake but it was a cup full of vanilla ice cream with oreo crumbs. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

It was a very hectic and chaotic night there. Whoever was taking orders was not exactly sure where they were supposed to go. ) 4 orders came to me. But only 1 was mine.)) But it was incorrect. Only because I order a large combo and got regular. Yet was only charged the regular price so all is good. The carhops were great. And my wait was not long at all. Not 1 bit. If they are that good on a out and out crazy night, just think how good they are when everything runs smoothly and normal.

Since Covid19, everything is way too busy. I ordered a breakfast burrito and whomever made it didnt know how. Also, the sausage was way to dry. The rest could have been fine except for how the burrito was folded. Yes, folded. I didnt discover that until I got home. Wasnt going back. Everything else was fine. I will be glad when things get back to normal

The diet cherry limeade tasted moldy and was not drinkable. The rest of the meal was fine.

This Sonic is one of the better ones as its relatively new. Usually I get drinks or shakes here, the shakes are great, and they have a LARGE selection of flavors and variety to choose from. The food is okay, it is all made to order, nothing under a heat lamp. Wait staff is usually friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they do not answer calls on intercoms in timely manner. I expect to wait for a minute, two is fine. But when I wait for over five minutes with no answer, it makes me go to another restaurant, one I dont like as much, but will be served quickly.

I dont care what time you go, the food will be cooked fresh to order, just as ordered. The GREATEST icecream ever, served by people with the best attitudes (at least where I go).

Quick service

I been there on several different occasion and there Slush is watery down or something wrong with machine. The cherry limeade is never the same, it dont have the redness to, or it either all white havent been blended properly, never have lime, or cherry even when you ask for it, return to have another one made n still the same😠😡So now if I want a good slush I go to Olive Branch/ Tunica. This Sonic has lost it MOJO or they just dont care either way I wont go back to this one. Oh yea a friend went there had same problem with his Slush.

I ordered through the app and sat waiting for my food for over 30 minutes. Constantly have issues with this location and this will be the last time I come to this Sonic. Slow service, which is frustrating when you’ve ordered AND paid before even arriving.

This location has been very busy lately. With that in mind the carhops are still very friendly. Ive been ordering in the app and the service is still quick even with every stall full and cars waiting.

Food was good, service was decent, and it appeared clean. She one car hop was sweeping the grounds up, while the others were running food orders. When paying cash, youll have to wait for them to go get change since they dont have change on their person.
