I was in the store today the 2nd. Derek was wonderful, helpful, and engaging. Although I love AT&T services in the past i have had some major customer service issues.. Derek helped and was trying to be as complete as thorough as possible and I really appreciate that. however his coworker tried to rush him along as Derek was trying to help me resolve an issue about possibly paying a double payment and told me I was rude because they were getting busy. Derek was wonderful my experience as a whole was pretty jarring however due to his the rude and unprofessional coworker.

Jason was amazing I have been working with him for the past two days he was so patient as I located one of my phones because I did not know where it was he saved my information and he also reached out to me to see how everything was going I would recommend Jason to anyone he was really nice and really patient and even play with my son in the store thank you guys so much

This was my first time here (AT&T in Horsham, PA) and it was EXCEPTIONAL!I cannot say enough positive things about my first time to open a new AT&T wireless account. First impressions matter. The initial visit with JASON C was so helpful, informative and reassuring.Even though he was the only team member in the store, Jason was never rushed and his attention to detail and level of care was excellent.Jason was very polite and respectful, calm and courteous, thorough and down to earth.His knowledge of his job was apparent with his performance. He explained whenever necessary and answered all questions with confidence.JASON C is very involved in the quality of business and the overall customer experience. He even delayed his lunch time for more than three hours, so he could accommodate the customers needs first.Couldnt have asked for a better representative of AT&T. Derek was outstanding at helping me. Very competent and low pressure. He deserves a raise.The store, however, had a VERY limited selection of iPhones to purchase.

Jason was an absolute pleasure to deal with at the store. I not only got the Samsung Galaxy fold but also change my Comcast service to AT&T DirecTV. My biggest issue is that he had checked the availability of that phone and was told that I would have it within 24 hours and now I am told it is on backorder with no specific date I know updated information. Very disappointing

Had a great experience! Matt and Jason were very friendly as soon as I entered the store. Customers were socially distanced and all proper sanitation procedures were in place. I don’t upgrade phones often (last one being 2015), but Matt made the transition effortless!

Matt was excellent... he took his time and explained my new phone in great detail. Everything was transferred seamlessly from my old phone to the new one!

Derek took his time no rushing helped my mother learn her new IPhone.. He did an excellent job, highly recommended.

Jason is the best !!! Went in to pay a business account bill and met him. After I paid my bill I talked to him about my plan, he took the time to look at it to see if there were any promotions available. I definitely will be making an appointment and going back to discuss some upgrades with him. He is so nice and patient when explaining the options. So glad I stopped by.!!

This location will be my go-to AT&T store going forward. My husbands phone was stolen and while in the process of buying a new phone at an AT&T store in Center City, the Assistant Manager deactivated my phone, which is on the same account. When my husband called the store in Center City to get my phone turned back on he was told that I had to take my phone to an AT&T store to get a new SIM card and that the deactivation rendered my current SIM card useless. Needless to say, I wasnt happy.In steps Steve at the AT&T store in Horsham to the rescue. I called the store first to see if they would be able to help me. I spoke to Steve and he assured me he would be able to help. I went in after work and Steve was able to see me right away. It turned out that there was more to the issue than just a new SIM card. The Center City store really did a number on our account. Steve spent 45 minutes on the phone with the back office getting everything straightened out for me. During the entire time, he was very polite and accommodating. Professionalism at its best. Make this location your store. Not all AT&T stores are created equal!

Ive been here twice now and both times found a sign on the door saying they were on their lunch break or on a break. The first time was on my lunch break and the second time was around 6pm on my way home from work. I will have to find a different location that is actually open during normal business hours.
