This will review will be updated and/removed, once window issue has been resolved.Problem 1: Got an estimate July/August 2020, someone dropped the ball, I called asking about the status of my windows, they had not ordered them( I should have known then). Finally got installed January 2021Problem 2: Windows installed, guys came, were fast, cleaned up, done. Except they did not properly install the windows, and we did not know. A couple months later, I noticed the wood looked darker in spots, next week there were puddles of water on the window seat. Called the company(July 21, 2021), was told they would call me back, this went on for 2.5 weeks, Finally manager called me back, and said someone would come out. After a month, someone came out, saw the problem, reported the problem back, and said they would be back to fix. It is now over a month, since we called the company, and the window has yet to be fixed. There have been multiple storms, water keeps getting in, carpet is wet, wood is wet, and I keep getting promises of someone coming out to fix the problem, it has yet to happen!Last week, during the bad storm someone else was complaining about this company, because their basement has flooded, their belongings damaged, all due to improper installation.I know the sales folks are good at their job, but stay clear, companies should make sure they provide quality products and services to customers, so that they turn around happily satisfied and refer them to others. The lack of concern that this company has provided, continues to cause damage.

This is Window World version, of fixing an issue. They did not caulk the windows, after two months of trying to come out, they came and had a two year old practice caulking the windows. Wood needs to be replaced, multiple calls go un- return. Find another business to install your windows.

I had some old windows which were very difficult to replace. The Window World did a fantastic job with the best price. The team is very efficient and well experienced. Highly recommendable.

Dave, John, Brandon and Chloe did a fantastic job installing my windows and doing the reframing of the window openings for me. I had 8 windows installed at an awesome price. They all worked hard and did not curse or use foul language in and around my home. And they cleaned up before they left. They did put drop cloths down everywhere, and we did cover all of our furniture with drop cloths from the store that you use for paint. We were given an install Date of between 10 and 14 weeks, due to pandemic there was a delay in shipping. However our windows came in sooner and they were installed between 10 and 11 weeks. When I would call to find out installation date, installer arrival time and to pay at the end, Beth, Taylor, Jacob and James in the office were all very friendly and kind and would give me the information without any problems. My Neighbours all love my windows and keep commenting on them and how nice they are. I definitely recommend this company as I have double hung windows with all the capping and all the foam and all the installation products that you get with new windows for a very reasonable price. Great price, Great service, Great product! Thank you all.

I had Window World replace all of the windows in my house, along with the front door. They were the cheapest and the quality did not vary greatly as compared to others (except the most high-end quote which was 3x Window Worlds quote). In the end, we ran into delays and issues on the project that could have been handled better. But, also in the end, the project turned out better than expected and I am very happy with the product. I also appreciated a call from the owner seeing if there was anything else that they could do to make me happy...its not much, but it matters. I recommend Window World.

We recently had some windows and a door installed, the guys that installed did great, however the job was not completed. They were one window short so they could not compete the job. The windows were originally measured back in July and I was told it could take up to 6 weeks. Then some of the windows and door were finally installed last week (Oct. 15). After speaking to the receptionist (who was very nice) to see when the other windows would be completed I was told that the invoice said they wouldnt be in until December (the receptionist told me she would look into why it is taking so long and get back to me) but at this point were going on six months for this job to be done.

Called made appointment with sales representative measured window took $200 after that zero response after 9 weeks recalled office spoke with (manager) no response 24 hours later . Called back to cancel hope to get my deposit back

Truly a pleasant experience from beginning to end. James the sales representative was extremely informative and provided all options for the required job. He even came back to help explain options when I had an issue with dealing with the HOA requiring ‘New Constrution’ over replacement inserts. Walked us through the steps required with the township for the permit package. The order was filled in a timely period and expertly and flawlessly installed by Dave and his extremely friendly and professional crew. They all worked together and performed like a well oiled machine. They even took time to interact with a ‘Special needs’ neighbor who would stop by to check up on their work and progress from time to time.
