Took truck in for power window blown fuse had it for 4 days so then he hot wired to manually roll windows and did not fix problem windows still do not work but hey he charge 85.00 an hour kept keys till total bill of 140.00 was paid.

I wouldnt take my car anywhere else..they are up front with you and no doing more then whats needed to be done.A+++++

I brought my car there to get an estimate, They wanted $3000 to fix my brakes so I had the car towed back to my house when when it arrived there was significant front end damage and they claim no responsibility

I was very pleased with staff & the price quoted when I brought in my 2008 vehicle with a very complex engine/computer issue. Manager was unafraid of the challenge I presented & worked hours to solve it. Genuine desire to please & as knowledgeable as a mechanic comes. Will return with other vehicles in future.

I’m very disappointed in this place. They charged us hundreds of dollars to fix our RV heater. Heater broke again 2 days after we brought it in. We took it back in and now it “can’t be fixed” without a certain part that he’d need to order. Didn’t offer any sort of refund, and honestly didn’t seem to care.

Went there because you care was over heating. They claimed nothing was wrong with it until my boyfriend told them to actually drive it. They fixed it and let me drive away with ZERO coolant in it and guess what.... OVERHEATED. If I could give no stars I would. I wouldnt have even minded bringing my own coolant when picking it up if needed to but no. Theyre very good at over looking. And to top it off they charged us double.

I was having trouble with my Silverado and was told to go the Car Doctor. James was very knowledgeable and was able to pin point the problem and fix the problem in a matter of minutes. Very fair pricing and I would highly recommend them for all your car needs.

Oil changes are usually 3,000-5,000 miles which means potential repeat customers, right? I stopped by today at 3:50 pm to get an oil change on my Lexus since there is no dealership in Hot Springs. I was told “we are supposed to quit accepting oil changes st 4:00. You will need to go somewhete else”. Alrighty then. I can. I will. I will also take my other 3 vehicles somewhere else every 3-5,000 miles. I will also tell everyone I know of the poor customer service Car Doctor on Airport Rd, Hot Springs AR demonstrated today.

The worst place to take anything. My wife purchased a vehicle from the car doctor. The truck barely made it home before things started going bad/wrong with it. When asked about it they told me I bought a used vehicle what do i expect. I expected them to keep their word. The man that sold the truck also asked my wife to bring it back in the shop when it got hot outside so they could fix the ac. When my wife took the truck up their the butt head started yelling at my wife in front of our kids. Please nobody take any buisness their.

Friendly services great experience

I have issues I hoped could be solved. The $45 per day storage fee is not in a location that is very visible unless your sitting waiting on service. Just dropping a vehicle off you will not see sign nor will they tell you about it.
