Great customer service. They have made a customer out of me. Stopped in to drop a tire off that needed a flat fixed and a new valve stem. No problem, well take care of you. And take care of me they did! Stopped in the next morning to pick it up. It was ready and waiting for me, they knew which tire was mine.

Fast service, friendly and helpful folks, honest service, and reasonable prices. I got a full set of 4 tires for my pickup truck. They were ready on time and billed just as they had quoted. I was convinced my brake pads needed to be changed, but they assured me they dont and have about 75% life left. Although Im not in this area much, I was very pleased at the service I received and wouldnt hesitate to return.

These guys are great. We are on vacation and had a nail in our tire and needed help. Got there 30 minutes before they closed and they patched the tire and wouldnt let me pay. Here from out of town and had a Goodyear tire that the belts separated on. Pulled into their full parking lot and wondered how long a wait. (To afraid it would blow if I kept going). They had an exact replacement and before I could get to my truck to let the wife know the plan, the jack was rolling to my vehicle. People very friendly, price was decent and service was almost instant. They don’t make stores like this anymore! Thanks so much to you guys! Whole event less than a half an hour.

About a month a ago I took my car in for a tire change at hot springs tire.i talked to the owner Terry and he said he would getting me fixed right up. It took 4 days. So I called to see what the problem was. No answer. 4 calls later with no reply I decided to go up there. My car was ready and he didnt bother to call and let me know. The next day my tire fell off the rim and Terry had to tow it back in. One week later no answer. 2 and third week later no answer. Finally on the fourth week Terry answers the phone and says that I need a rim but he cant find one anywhere. Hotsprings tire and wheel cant find a wheel. So I had to go to the nearest junkyard and low a behold within 30 minutes I found both a tirexand a wheel. This junk yard is 3 minutes from Terrys place. If I could give it zero start I would considering I spent 900 dollars to do all the work for him. Worthless absolutely worthless.

Competitive, plus their service is caring, attentive and personable. My wife experienced a damaged (almost new) tire and they handled it quickly - even though the tires were not purchased there. THEY HAVE US FOR CUSTOMERS NOW! Going there for oil changes, too.

While traveling through the Hot Springs area, I needed to get a flat tire fixed on my F150. I called Hot Springs Tire the day before bringing my truck in. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly and suggested I show up early - before the official 8:00 opening time. When I got there at 7:35 the next morning, the doors were already open and about a half dozen people had been written up before me. Busy place! Good sign, right? The wait for my repair was about 1-1/2 hours; not bad. And it was within the completion window I was given. The price for the repair was way more than fair in my opinion! I highly recommend this shop. Great service and great prices! Finally, if you need to wait, in addition to the on-site waiting room (with complimentary coffee) there is a McDonalds next door and a Harps grocery store a short walk away.

Great place to get tires, maintainence and service for your vehicle. These people are folks you can trust to take care of you and your vehicle. They have always gone above and beyond to help me, my family and friends.

They do great work, but I drop a vehicle off on Tuesday and its Friday. Then I call to see where they are on my truck, and I have a conversation with an employee. I asked this person how they were coming along with my truck, and he doesnt even both to ask what make, and model my truck is and sets down the phone to talk to, Terry. He then told me that Terry would call and tell me when it is done. Its been three days, and I know Ive scheduled my truck to be looked at on May 18th and its now the 21st and they still havent looked at it to my knowledge. They will either get this fixed today or I will grab it and fix it myself like I should have done in the first place. I will not take another vehicle to this company again.

My friend hit a piece of wood in the road. Long story short the car had to be towed to Hot Springs Tire. After inspection they found that one of the wheels had been damaged and would not hold air and the front tire was blown out. My friend had a spare wheel but wasn’t able to get it for two days. After receiving wheel they put everything back in place. But the front wheel was making a grinding noise. Terry the owner said it would have to go to a auto mechanic for repair. So another tow charge to Clements Auto well they found that Hot Springs Tire had pull the wrong wheel on the front as the front and back wheels are two different sizes. My friend was able to drive car back to Hot Springs Tire and have him read report from Clements Auto and said he would fix right away. Of course no charge and I asked the owner Terry that my friend had just spent $170 on tow and diagnose how about a refund or some discount on the earlier repair bill of $239. He said he wasn’t charging to fix it. Well of course not as I wouldn’t have spent the $170 if you had done your job right the first time. He just smiled and said have a nice day.So you all make your mind up if you think this was fair.I would like to update my original post to say Terry has given my friend some service on his tires that he hasn’t charged him for. My friend is grateful for Terry doing this and hopefully he will continue to do so. Thank you Terry !!

Awesome experience! My self and my family have been long time customers of another shop! But after a dip in there customer service and a unnecessary hike in pricing. I made the switch to hot springs tire. I called them they ordered my tires and got me in and taken care of the same day. It was a last minute deal for me. Kyle was great to deal with and assured me that they could fit my schedule even if they had to stay late. All in all, great place, great people, great customer service and great prices. If nothing else at least give them a call and give them a chance to earn your business!

We came to hot springs for the weekend. Right after we arrived we ran over a sharp rock. We called the next morning. They didnt have our tire in stock. The guy helping us went and looked in the shop and found us a good used tire to make it back home so that we could get the tire we wanted. He went above and beyond to help us out!!! Great customer service!!!!

The folks at Hot Springs Tire & Auto are kind and friendly. They are honest, give good advice, and know their business. I trust what they tell me, and I have always been pleased. As a farm owner, I have taken them tractor, mower, and trailer tires, as well as autos. Recently, they fixed a tractor tire that I thought would have to be replaced. That saved me a lot of money!

Great Place to to keep your business local! If you buy tires there they rotate and fix flats for free! That is what got me started with this company. I take all my business there now, I still check prices online and around town, but Terry is always comparable. Service is always above and beyond!

I was in town on military Leave visiting family during Thanksgiving. The day before we had to return, my front wheel bearing gave out. They were able to get my vehicle in the next morning with extreme short notice and repaired my wheel bearing within an hour. I was able to return to duty the next day and safely drive over 500 miles thanks to Hot Springs Tire and Auto. A++ service, exceptional help and understanding, and life savers for me and my family. We have taken our vehicles to Hot Springs Tire and Auto for the past 12 years for tires as well as mechanical repairs. Everything from oil changes to brakes to shocks and more. Terry and his staff are friendly and reliable and take the time to explain what needs to be done. They are always busy, so I like to call ahead and let them know when I plan to come in. I am no longer in the neighborhood, but will drive across town for their automotive service.

I normally use American Tire and wheel. But these guys were closer to where i live so i thought id give them a shot. They were super polite,wait time was a little ruff but to be expected, Every tire shop in town with a rack is super swamped. I paid for a four wheel alignment and a tire balance cant drive over 55 with the car beating me to death. I got my car back i got there early on my only day off took about 3 hours which was worth it to having a smooth driving car. Needless to say the wheel is off center to the left about two inches and still not aligned and it wasnt balanced at all unless there some new way of balancing tires without weights that im aware of. Super disappointed i work hard for my money and i feel i wasted $110. giving two stars cause they were polite. I dont normally leave reviews i just feel ive been taken advantage of.

Great place to get an alignment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem with a great business like this one is that everyone goes there and that usually means longer wait times. They do their best to get folks in and out. For quality work, its worth the wait.

On the road in our RV. We had a blowout Thursday and I decided to replace all 6. I called Terry on Friday morning. He ordered the correct Michelins and installed them Saturday morning. The tire tech was extremely knowledgeable and very polite. Im very impressed by these people.

Today was my first time to do business with this establishment, and I was very much impressed with the whole experience. As a retired assistant director of a Louisiana Technical College, I realize how difficult it is for a business to keep up with rapid changes in the auto industry as well as the Web but this place handles it all very professionally and in a very friendly environment. My truck needs were met in a timely manner and very reasonably priced.... all of this is rather difficult to find in many of todays businesses. We travel full time in a 5th wheel and when we arrived at a park in town we discovered that our dust cap on the rear axle was missing and had lost some grease. Not knowing if something more serious was going on we brought it here for service. The mechanism removed the wheel and checked everything over good, determined that there was nothing else going on, put some grease in and put wheel back on. After all that he didnt charge us anything. We will definitely come here if we are in the area again and need any service.

If you buy tires there, you get free rotation. Problem is, you cant get free rotation because they will not take appointments and nobody is ever there to work! We waited 10 minutes before interrupting the counter guy who was eating french fries, then were told we cant possibly do rotation today. Its a 50-minute drive one-way for us to get there and we consider this to be a false promise of service they have no intention of doing.

Honest people. Good service.Went to Lake Ouchita this last weekend to go camping. Arrived at my campsite and heard my tire hissing... Bad start. Filled it up with air at a nearby gas station and went to Hot Springs Tire & Auto the next morning. Place was packed with cars so I was worried they wouldnt get to me quickly. Guys pulled the tire off after about an hour or so and patched it up with enough time for me to return to my excursion. Went to ask the front desk how much and he just told me to remember them.Hopefully I wont have a need to go back since I live in Texas but the least I can do is tell other people how good of a place this was. My tire is not leaking anymore and they were honest. Could have told me the sidewall was torn or something and I likely would not have known the difference and had to buy a new tire. Instead, they did a good job and comped it. Admirable service.

Staff is always friendly and professional. I had a flat at the end of their work day. One of the guys fixed it with a plug so I could get home home. He used his own mini air pump to air up the tire since the shops air compressor was already turned off and.the shop was locked up.

Drove an hour to hot springs because this place told me i would have a tire by a certain time. Ive spent hours waiting around in their parking lot because they didnt have my tire by when i was told it would be there. So if you have nothing better to do but wait around in a parking lot then this is the shop for you! Thanks for wasting a whole day of mine due to your inability to maintain the timelines you give your customers. Not even an apology for wasting hours of my time.

They are real quick to help you spend 2k on a new set of tires, but when you go back to see about getting a low tire fixed you can forget about customer service. They could care less about you. Bought my one and only set of tires from this place.

First time I came here was for an oil change. Dropped the van off first thing, was told two hours. Took four hours to get the car back. Hesitant to come back a 2nd time, but I figured Id try again because its closer than other shops. Second experience was similar, showed up 10 mins before the shop opened, was 2nd in line to get a tire patched. Was told it would take approximately 30 mins, came back an hour later and they hadnt touched the car. Then they as good as called me a liar when I asked why they hadnt started on the car yet. Save yourself the headache and go to arkansas tire on central.

I have had a noise problem for years with my car, and a friend brought me to Hot Springs Tire and Auto! Within minutes of putting my car on the rack, they diagnosed my very dangerous issue that had been overlooked by many others!!!! So thankful to have found them. I will definitely be coming here again.

The guys who work there have to be the stupidest fools on this planet. I asked them to change a tire for a trailer. 3 Times Ive taken it back and 3 times they havent got it right. They over charge and smile at you when they make mistake after mistake.

Brought my van in this morning for new brakes and rotors, called the day before and spoke with Lonnie and he was very accommodating. Got a call back from Terry today and turns out the calipers and brackets on the rear were also bad and the estimate was considerably more than we could afford, told him to hold on while I talked with my husband. Before I even got off the phone with my husband Terry called back and told me they were able to get one caliper and bracket working! While it was more than I expected to pay these guys did their due diligence to ensure only necessary work was done and they were very friendly and respectful! You guys have customers for life here as I will never go anywhere else for our families car needs!

I got two front tires from them in August/September. When I left the lot I noticed my steering wheel was shaking like crazy so I turned around and went back. The lugnuts on front passenger side werent tightened, so they had to fix that. Today I am at the dealership getting oil change and they point out that two lugnuts from my front passenger tire are missing. The screws arent stripped so that isnt why they arent there...they just werent put on. My trust in this company to work on my vehicle is gone. These are two dangerous oversights and I am thankful that it was caught before it caused a problem. I would say if you use them for a service, check behind them because if this happened to me, it can happen to you.

Had alignment done,,,, dont think it was done right or complete,,since this prior comment I did take my truck back and Terry and Kyle both went back over my truck and checked everything and took the back tires to the front,, and explained to me that they felt like it was the new tires,,to put a couple thousand on them to loosen them up some,,it had a right side movement when I let my hands off the steering, a little pronounced,,it was really alot better somewhat when I left today,, Thank You Guys for Your Dedication to me and your customers,,

My sons Tahoe broke down. Dave from this shop stopped to help him at 930pm side of highway. Morning came and got tahoe to hotsprings tire. We are from little rock so kind of worried. Long story short. Fixed my sons tahoe so we could get home at no charge, and rotated tires. These guys are awesome. Thank you! Honest and trustworthy!
