My husband has been complaining about our Puffy Lux memory foam mattress for a while now. It’s not a bad mattress but it’s just not for us. I went in mattress firm and tried essentially every mattress in the store. Craig was very knowledgeable and the other associate in the store (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name) was such a great help. We had a great time finding the perfect set up for me and my husband! I felt like I had their full attention and was able to get Everything that I asked for and more! I was very impressed with the knowledge of the sales rep that helped us pick out our new king size mattress with an adjustable base. When we picked up the mattress, the same sales rep took care of us and had our purchase ready and helped us load it onto our vehicle and made sure we were secure before leaving the parking lot. I have forgotten the gentlemans name, but he was a clean shaven, well-dressed black man and he was very good at his job. Our new bed has allowed us to get better sleep and its big enough for our family of 5, if we let the children in the bed! But overall, loved the experience! All 5 for me!

We had a queen adjustable and decided we needed a king adjustable. We had gotten our queen from a Mattress Firm in the Dallas area so we went to Mattress Firm in Hot Springs since we live here now.Office staff was fun and engaging. My husband is supposed to sleep with his legs elevated per his dr’s advice and I have heart & lung issues so I sleep reclined, legs flat, but semi sitting up. With that Mattress Firm suggested, and we agreed, split adjustable would be good to try.Delivery team brought split queen bases. We told them it didn’t look right, etc but they insisted nothing was wrong. They put the bases together in the middle which left the mattress overhanging several inches. I had to get up in the night. I turned and sat on the edge like always to get my bearings… next thing I knew I was on the floor and the mattress was on top of me.The next day I pull the bases out so that the outside edge is even with the mattress. We can now get up at night, but my husband almost fell through the middle since there was no support in the middle of the bed.We call Mattress Firm and sad to say we were given quite a run around. You’ve signed the contract, too bad so sad. Thankfully I had my husband take pictures and show them… oh wow, that doesn’t look right. Now they find the wrong bases were sent. The store says the delivery crew pulled the wrong bases, and the crew says the store ordered the wrong bases. No one would take responsibility. But we now have the right bases so the mattresses fit.We hate it. The mattress is fine, but the split king bed sucks. You have to have twin sheets, (it’s basically 2 twin beds pushed together) and I have to pull them apart daily to make the bed.Mattress Firm offers a guarantee… can’t remember now if it’s a 30 or 60 day satisfaction guarantee… it says no questions asked etc. but it’s misleading… it says bed…BED… but the guarantee is only in the mattress. Not the bed. We’re stuck with 2 twin beds until we can afford to buy another bed. You can bet our next one won’t be with Mattress Firm.And yes, the Hot Springs store manager is very familiar with the situation, and has talked with us several times, but in the end…he says “you signed the contract. You should’ve read the small print”. I regret laughing and having a fun enjoyable conversation the day we bought our bed because apparently I should’ve been in serious mode reading every word of the contract. I didn’t realize the guarantee didn’t apply to the bed, but just the mattress. My bad.

My wife and I went into Mattress Firm this afternoon to look for a replacement platform bed frame. We were helped by Frederick who was able to get us taken care of with our order and without pressure sales discuss any other bedding needs. Would recommend both Frederick and Mattress Firm for the professional quality service you receive.

The store and the workers are great! The bed was a $3,000 waste I still can’t sleep in the bed with my girlfriend. Got the bed right at a month ago and I can’t sleep in it, I am not too happy with the month test drive as per the 4 stars. Will be going back to the store and see if something can be done. The $200 pillow, also useless. The service was top notch when we first purchased though, I do have to say that.

At first I dreaded the thought of buying a new mattress. I have bought from Mattress Firm before many years ago. Roy was very pleasant and helpful. He asked questions about my sleeping habits and what I was looking for in a mattress. Once he had that information he showed me a mattress. I tested it out and liked how it felt. He suggested I bring my better half in before purchasing the mattress. Several days later we were able to return and have her lay on it. I like firm and she like softer. Roy took the time to set up protection on another mattress so we could lay on it. While it met her needs, I felt it was a good fit for both of us and decided to purchase it. Thanks to Roy for his guidance and help. We can’t wait to get it set up and have a better nights rest.

Would not recommend buying a bed from them.

This was an AMAZING experience! I personally hate going shopping for things like this. I’m a super silent shopper! But Roy made this so comfortable and fun! He knows his stuff too! I went in because I am having a lot of pain in my shoulders and hips because I am a side sleeper but my husband is a back sleeper and I wanted to get a mattress we could both enjoy. We got a California King with delivery, setup, & removal of our old bed and mattress.

Open till 8pm. These guys know there mattresses. I never knew how they were different. I laid on the ones he told me to and I could feel everything he described as Im laying on them. Didnt take long and bought the one I liked. Financing was 0 % 36 months. They say we spend 1/3 of our time in a bed. Didnt realize what a difference a mattress could make. I got the push button control to move legs and sit up like the hospital beds do.

We went in the store yesterday after 3 weeks of shopping around other places, the plan was to just price different bed styles BUT thanks to Roys knowledge and helpful attitude we ended purchasing our bed right then and there. Seriously the best store we stepped foot into in all the 3 weeks thanks to Roy. When we got there he currently had 2 customers but thanks to his customer service skills we were willing to wait around and glad we did.

Anthony was a lot of help. Great customer service. Going to be sleeping on new mattresses soon. Everyone come see him!!I wrote this post before leaving the store because I was told if we wrote a review then we would receive free sheet sets. Well after review from Progressive(the leasing company), we found that we were charged for the sheet set in the amount of $299. We were also told that the adjustable base came free with the purchase of the mattresses and again we were charged $150 for the base. After further review with progressive, the representative also found that we were charged for 2 twin mattresses instead of one.I would not recommend doing business with this company. If you choose to do so please make sure of the hidden charges.Luckily we were able to return the queen size mattress but hoping that the leasing company can get the rest worked out.

Ive had the pleasure to be helped by the store manager, Roy, on two occasions. Both times, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and provided the overall customer service that will definitely have me not only returning as a continued customer, but also recommending both he and Mattress Firm to friends and family.
