If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I originally had my phone fixed here a few months ago. I came in with a dysfunctional lcd screen and it was fixed appropriately without complaint but the service could’ve been a little better. Today I went in not with any issues in the original phone but to sell a phone that i couldn’t use- but nonetheless the redeemed service I received was A1!! When the gentleman before fixed my screen, he left out several screws as well as the adhesive to seal the screen closed. Ali was honest about it and gave me exceptional service! He added the additional screws and adhesive and fixed my home button as a thank you for returning my service to his business. I even received a discount for the mishap before. The entire time I was there he gave me knowledge on my phone and answered every question I could think of. I will not be going any where else for my phone services & neither should you! Ali was extreme professional and friendly and knowledgeable in the service he provided. It’s very clear he understands and enjoys what he does and he takes the time to make sure his business is trusted. He was quick and efficient and I am satisfied! Thank you again!

Ali has always fixed my phone fast and great! I took a phone here Yesterday around 2 and another guy was working, I believe the name is Cody and it is now 4:30 pm the very next day for a simple issue that would take Ali an hour tops to fix. He (“Cody”) did not answer the phone countless times, and once he did he was talking to another customer for 10 minutes while I just sat on the phone. He then said “he forgot about it and would start working on it in 20 minutes and he had a lot of walk-ins” first of all my phone shoukd be a priority over walkins, first come first serve, I would think. 2 hours after the phone call he still had not been able to begin until we came to the store and reminded him AGAIN. If Ali is working, yes drop off your phone and expect it to be done fast (in my opinion), otherwise I recommend not expecting the speedy service. I will say the man was very nice and I feel bad he was so busy, and it did get fixed finally at about 5pm the following day after dropping it off around 2 the previous day, it was just a frustrating experience, I think they just need more help or more than one person working at a time. I don’t blame the person, I blame the lack of planning . If it is that busy there should be more helping hands.

Ali is what customer service everywhere should be! After a stupid mistake and a cracked screen on a very expensive tablet, Ali was very responsive in getting the information to me about the replacement. He got the part in extremely quickly and even came to pick up my tablet from me because I couldnt make it in until later. He repaired it very quickly and, again, was very responsive on the repair. If I ever have another issue with my tablet or phone, Im definitely going back to Gadget Gator!

I stopped by Kwik iRepair to see if they could fix the port for audio jack on my s7 active. I couldnt use headphones due to something being stuck in the port. Ali was awesome and within 20 minutes he was able to get the object out of the audio port. Now I can use my headphones again, yay!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and they get the job done fast.

Absolutely fantastic service. Bright my phone in yesterday and he had it fixed in one day. He had to over night my screen and didnt even ask for extra to do that. Had it done in one day. Im so proud of his work. My Xperia 10+ is fixed and looking beautiful!

Update: I was able to bring the phone back in & the warranty was honored.It sounds like everyone’s initial experience is fine; just beware that when the product doesn’t last, they will do nothing to stand behind their quality, guarantees and work.I made apt to get cracked screen repaired. Although I initially planned to purchase the least expensive screen, I was talked/pressured into the middle grade mainly bc “ We guarantee that the overall quality of this type of screen will be better than any other similar grades used by our competitors due to our rigorous testing. All our Aftermarket Pro Grade Screens are warrantied against any defect and malfunction for up to 90 days.” I wondered why do you sell an inferior product as the lowest grade screen? Then I was pressured into replacing the battery at the same time after the technician said he tested it, and it was going bad. I spent about $150.Whereas I would say keep your receipt, it won’t matter because they won’t honor the guarantees and warranties they proudly tout and use to upsell. The screen that cracks again in less than 30 days is not their fault.

Best prices in town and always quick. They’ve fixed multiple phones for me. I ended up breaking a screen again less than a month after and they replaced it half off even though it wasn’t covered by the warranty. Highly recommend them to fix any phones you have

Great honest service! I took my phone in to get a new charging port installed. It was going to be $95+tax. He took my phone back to work on it and when he brought it back out he said it only needed cleaned and worked fine. Ended up only costing $20. He could have easily just did the work and charged me $95 and I would have never known the difference. Instead he chose to help me out and save me a lot of money. He will definitely be getting more business from me.

Decided to get my screen replaced at this location. The owner gave me different options, and prices on the screen I wanted. Fixed my phone at a reasonable price, and was very satisfied with the result. Highly recommend this service. Owner is very honest, and gives great customer service.

Kwik iRepair was hands down the best place I found to fix my phone. Other places I went to wanted to charge $100 to fix my iPhone 6s screen, Kwik iRepair did it for $65! They explained what they were going to do, what time they would be finished, and even brought it to my work when they were done! Great for people like me who have a busy schedule.

Took my phone in in December to get a new screen on my iPhone. In February the screen stopped working. Took it in and they fixed it same day and honored the warranty. They do good work and I Recommend them to anyone needing cell phone work.

My daughters phone had suddenly stopped receiving service and we were told it was a manufacturer issue. When visiting the Kwik iRepair in the Hot Springs Mall, we received friendly and speedy service with an iphone screen repair. The store manager was knowledgeable about all store products including screen protectors. Our phone was repaired within an hour of bringing it to the store and we were able to purchase an Otter Box case to help protect it from future damage. We highly recommend this store.

I broke my iPhone 11 so I called around to to see if I can get it fixed same day? No one in town had the part in stock and they told me they would have to order the part which takes 3 days or more. I called Kwik iRepair and was surprise that they had the part in stock. Took my phone to them and Ali fixed my phone in 30 minutes cheaper than everyone else was quoting me plus I didnt have to wait for them to order the part. I love Kwik irepair. The name says it all. These guys can repair it all when it comes to phones. My iphone 7 stopped taking a charge all together, and i couldnt afford another one right away. So, I decided to go online to see if i had other options, such as getting it repaired. I was praying that i would find a local place here in Hot Springs, that had experienced technicians, (who knows what their doing), that can diagnose the problem, fix the problem, at an affordable price. They also warranty their work.If your iphone goes on the fritz, the screen goes black, or it doesnt charge, dont go buy a new one until you bring it here first. Brought my daughter iPhone 7 plus for screen replacement, they opened it up and showed me how unprofessionally it was repaired before with all the screws and brackets missing. Brought my iPhone 6 Plus in with a shattered phone screen and a home button that didn’t work, making me have to use assistive touch. The guy gave me an estimated time of 1 hour. Within 30 minutes he had repaired my screen AND I now have a working home button again. For just $90, I have no complaints. My phone works good as new and even the screen seems to be brighter than it was before. 10/10 would recommend for you to get your repairs done by him.

This is THE BEST cell phone repair shop Ive ever dealt with. They replaced my screen protector with a tempered glass screen protector. There was a sensitivity issue with it AND THEY FIXED IT!!
