Very helpful and supportive when people ask questions and answering them. We have had very little problems with buying what we need here. I even took a friend of mine who was looking for training item and dog food advice for her dog here. So hopefully she can help him.

Have what I need. Drive through outside lot a big plus. Most of the time check out is sufficiently quick. Staff is friendly and ready to help.

I dont even bother going to Lowes - I head straight to Tractor Supply where I give their knowledgeable sales associates my list, I take pictures of the barcodes I need, let the cashier scan the pictures Ive taken, then they load it all for me! Theres no wondering around aimlessly, or walking a huge store trying to find someone to help me, its as easy as pie!

Every time I had shopped here, the item I purchased was much cheaper than I expected. They have good deals. They have a variety of cattle fencing here like no other place in town! I use the 8x4 steel fencing for a trellis in my yard! Our property had this horrible block wall that we have to stare at and I didnt know what to do with it. The owner gave me permission to paint it and add some L-brackets. It will soon be a wall of evergreen Jasmine vines! This place is a gardeners resource.

Never can I find what I need and when I ask for help I always get sent some where else. the people that work there act like they are to busy to try and help or must be so rich they dont need to make any sales to keep a job or help their job stay available for them due to the store not making any money. Good luck tractor supply on staying afloat with those kind of employees you missed out on a sale of mulch I bought a whole 70 bags from the DE Queen Arkansas farmers co-op here.

I Had one of the most pleasant retail experiences on a long time. This store is amazingly clean and well stocked.The VIP clinic was professional and conducted in their warehouse area which was also spotless.Clearance was organized and signage was excellent and fresh.

I was not aware that curbside could take up to a day it said on site because I was in a hurry. And needed product asap and they get me asap and that was service! Thanks!!!

Not the best prices people that work the yard in the propane section tend to not only not like their job but to wish that you werent there then when they find the slightest issue with any of your equipment they tell you after you get it unloaded theyre not going to service that equipment when they could have told you while it was still on the truck overall irritated would highly suggest going to Livingstons camper supplies if you need to get anything propane related

A great experience this past weekend with a young knowledgeable clerk Hunter. I was looking for two items a gas cap O ring and a set of tool box style locks. The clerk showed me the O ring selection found one, went directly to the isle where the locks are located done. Quick easy trip. Oh I almost forgot Ms. Jill the cashier was the most friendly person, asked if I found what I needed, thanked me for shopping there and wished me a great weekend! Thank You Jill & Hunter

Good selection and fairly well-stocked with a wide variety farm & home products. They are especially useful for a small animal feed and supplies such as rabbits goats backyard chickens another small livestock.

Great place to shop. Clean store too. The people working there are great! Always friendly and extremely helpful. The guys that operate the propane tank are really knowledgeable and helpful.

Nice tractor supply. Very well stocked.There was a dead baby chicken in the chicken pens. I was disappointed that when I told someone, she was less concerned about it then I would have liked. I know it happens, but I do not need described to me how they pack them the for shipment. I also dont want the kids to see the dead baby chicken. Just get it out or make an effort to be finding someone to do it.

As the owner of a small mechanical shop in Hot Springs for over 30 years. One of the last Ma and Pa stores that helped our Great City prosper, burns my soul to have to shop here, Every time Ive came to THIS STORE I FEEL UNWELCOME as if a criminal no one offers help to locate goods or any customer service for that matter or even a sack to carry off your treasures!I want nothing more than good old fashion customer service, if your floor people dont care fire them. If they dont know ask a higher up!! It really shouldnt have to be this way!!

Called and asked about propane filling and was told to come in at 5. Arrived at a few minutes after 5 and started shopping. Around 5:20 asked about propane and was told the single worker that can do it wasnt around. I informed them that he was I saw him come in. Finally got the propane after another 20 minutes of waiting around. Non of the employees were friendly. Guy filling the propane just acted annoyed and faced away from me the entire time trying to avoid eye contact or talking. Mentioned I couldnt find an item to a different employee and he just walked away into the back employee only section without helping me. When I checked out I mentioned the propane employee was 20 minutes late getting to work and the cashier explained he had another job. Well maybe you should train other employees to fill propane. Or just tell people to come in at 5:30. OK rant over.

Bought a cub mower. Ill never buy the warranty. The people that you call charges you anyway. They tell you its not covered.

Went to TSC for nails for a project. Got a 5# box of 16d for $9.99. Similar item was $15.99 at Lowes. I rest my case. Love TSC.

Tractor supply is the only place that carries the brush hog bolts I use problem is there are 2 bolts and tractor supply store only stock 1 bolt at each store. So with that Im not happy with having to drive to 2 different stores because they had rather not special order.

I have always like tractor supply, but I have to give this location a very poor review. I needed to get a propane tank filled and called ahead to make sure they offered that service. I was told they did and to come by before they closed at 8. I went by at 6pm to be told that no one on the store could fill propane tanks and to come back the next day. Aggravated with meet already thawed and marinating at home, I came back the next day (today). Now I am told by another employee that they are out of propane...smh
