Manager was able to help me make some bedding decisions by educating me on all my options but was not at all pushy about a particular product or to make a sale.

The worker took time away from his work to assist with my purchase. He answered all my questions. He was very friendly and even went in the back stock room to get the item to bring up to the register. He opened another register so I would not have to wait. He even told me of a great offer to get 20% off. Afterwards he carried my items to my vehicle. This visit was pure awesomeness!

Went in for some back scrubbers. They are the only ones that have them for 5 dollars.

I tried to purchase an item online that was in stock at that location. Confirmed order with a credit card. Said it would charge me when I came in to pick it up. Stopped by while in town to pick it up but wouldn’t honor the coupon showing on my account. I was told I would need the actual coupon with me even though it showed on my account and I had the numbers and barcode from it. I live 30 minutes away. So the next day when I was going to return with the coupon, I received an email saying the order was cancelled. I tried to go online and reorder it but they didn’t have the item in stock locally anymore. So I ordered it from the online warehouse and thought it was going to the store for free shipping. It went to my address instead so I was charged for shipping. It was a gift and didn’t come in time, so I returned it only to be out the shipping charge.The kicker is I was going to purchase it from Amazon but figured I’d give business to a local brick and mortar store. Had I just used Amazon I would’ve paid less and actually received it on time. Definitely won’t be buying anything from Bed Bath and Beyond Horrible again.

They always have what I need and more. The Male sales associate is the most helpful person in the world. He makes you feel like you and what you need from the store are the most important things ever.

Just returned an itemThe lady working at customer service was nice, but the manager was rude. Could not believe I did not like the item, stated he sells the heck out of the item and just really couldnt accept that I did not like the item. Tried to talk me into keeping it. This was supposed to be a simple return and I felt like I was being interrogated for returning the item. I have never been treated like that for a simple return. I like bed,bath and beyond so I will shop at the store again, but it will not be the store in Houma, Louisiana, it will be the store in Metairie, Louisiana. So I only give the store 2 stars because of the cocky manager.
