Wish theyd just simply have lower prices all the time instead of the one time coupons every week. I always only use the coupon to buy stuff there, keep it competitive Folks, only thing you got going for you is youre brick and mortar. Plus you need to up your printmaking supply game. Need a celebrity sponsor? Hook me up with some Goldens!

Had everything I needed and the merchant Dise have reasonable prices

I went there to get mesh to make a wreath and I was disappointed to see that they didnt really have much of a selection to choose from. The same thing with the ribbon.

I made both with good sale prices and coupons. The staff are very helpful.

Beautiful crafts and especially Christmas Decorations and wreaths.

Love this place but they didn’t have what I was looking for.

There is awide variety of craft supplies,so give yourself some time for browsing. Strolling down the aisles is certainly the place to inspire many unique ideas for a beautiful craft project.

They dont carry half of the things I use to get from there

Someone told me to check here for wood carving knifes. But they didnt have any hook knives.But they did have bees wax by the 1 pound.Looks like a wide selection of products. An it was my first visit?

I spend a lot on supplies, and Michales is usually my go-to place for those supplies.. I’m there at least twice a week. But yesterday made me change my mind. It was pouring raining and of coarse they’re still doing social distancing. There wasn’t anyone in line to go in, and I had a roll of vinyl and receipt that I needed to swap out for the right roll.(sister bought me the wrong color) I ran to right inside the door out of the rain and asked the employee if I could go in or if they were at their limit and she advised me that “I could not And that I needed to step Back outside” I politely asked if I could please stand in the doorway because it was raining pretty hard and there was no one else out here. She stated “NO I could not, I needed to either stand in the rain or wait in my car and that if I was trying to return something I couldn’t do that either because they aren’t taking returns or exchanges. If they aren’t doing exchanges or returns they need to inform customers at the time of purchase so that they can decide whether or not they want to take that chance and as far as how they handled me standing in the door out of the rain whenever no one else was there was very rude. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere from now on.. thanks but no thanks

Michaels is very nice and they run great sales. I just find that another store (dont want to say the name) has a bigger selection of what I use for my Cricut and they are cheaper even when Michaels is on sale.

I like Micheals, however, I REALLY wish they had more selection for soap makers. Theirs is pretty much lacking. I can get a better selection at their competition. Better yet, online stores. This Micheals is clean and every time Ive been in there (which is, like twice for the reason stated above) the staff is fairly friendly. If you are looking for craft things OTHER THAN soaping supplies, I recommend.

Place is very expensive sometimes you do find good deals I also have found that recently they are doing competitor coupons. The items add up to a high bill quick and they could give there special loyalty customers a 10.00$ coupon after reaching 300.00 dollars my opinion

The nerve of some minimum wage employees! What posesses a minimum wage employee to go out of their way accusing a woman of shoplifting just because she sets her purse on the floor? I insisted on going into the office when michaels staff illegally detained a woman right in front of me. Once in the office they physically pulled her purse from her hands and dumped it onto the floor. It revealed that she only had money and personal items. No merchadise. I advised her to sue these overzealous fools. Their excuse for their behavior? ...After 9/11 you cant be too careful. Pathetic and ridiculous.
