My car was damaged while at the facility. I walked the service associate to my car before paying. She responded Oh my God how did that happen My response was, I dont know but it wasnt like that when I dropped it off. She and a mechanic observed the damage. She said it could have been the storm that did it and he said no way from where my car was parked. She then said she would have the body shop look at it to see what could be done. She called me 2 days later and stated their team looked at it and determined it was the storm and they had nothing in place that would allow them to repair the damage and I should get with my insurance company. I knew she was lying because she stuttered and stumbled throughout the entire conversation. If this is what the integrity of this organization has come to I promise you I will let everyone in my reach know how business is handled when the dealership is at fault. Its clear that the damage was done by the equipment that mechanics use to lift cars up in the shop or someone drove my car over something. Either way covering up your mistake and pointing the finger at the customer and leaving them with the bill is LOW. Also my car remained at the dealership for a number of weeks after repairs, because I was contacted by the dealership and asked if I was interested in having it appraised, I told them yes. I later got a call from a salesman giving me the value and asking what I was interested in. I told him I was interested in getting back in a pickup truck. He told me his inventory was low due to the pandemic but encouraged me to come see what was on the lot because he expected vehicles to trickle in.

The employees are all very friendly and polite, knowledgeable about their products made us feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle here highly recommend

Salesman, Cody was great! The entire process, not to mention, the Hurricae Ida discount... Geez!! All that for $1000.00 was chaos. Me being me, I just feel like if the customer was a person of a different color, they wouldnt have to go through so much red tape to get the discount. I had proof of my last vehicle being a total loss due to flood damage/Hurricane Ida. The manager had an issue with the paperwork not specifically saying Loss Due to Hurricane Ida. I was trying to be very understanding of this BUT honestly, I couldnt help but to think all the red tape was due to issues I cant change. Again, this is no reflection on my salesperson because I think he did a phenomenal job especially since we have been communicating before I traveled from Texas. In the end, I got the car I wanted and wasnt settling for anything less!

I brought my truck because I was having AC problems so one of the workers called me after leaving my truck letting me know that it was the condenser and that it was going to cost 1580 to get it fixed I explained to him that I was going to speak with my husband about it and give him a call back to let him know if I wanted the service done. Well after calling about four times and leaving messages to let them know that I did not want it fixed because I wanted to get another quote from another place first no one ever returned my call. Later during the day the same person calls me to let me know my truck is ready and I explain to him that I was calling to let them know I didn’t want the service done so I don’t understand why this dealership would go ahead without having a response to fix the ac on the truck without knowing my decision. I didn’t expect to be in a situation like that having to pay for something that I didn’t ask to be done and in the end I didn’t have a choice but to pay for it.

Was not able to find problem with service front camera. Was told did not show on computer having trouble. I had taken picture of what came on and showed the service department. Was told if it comes on again to bring back. Have after market windshield but was doing this before I had the windshield changed out. Warranty will be done in December of 2021. Will it still be covered if warranty is done even though I brought it in while still in warranty. Service was great by the way other than not being able to fix the problem.

Service was excellent in spite everyone there was suffering a great lost after Hurricane Ida.. Can’t thank them enough for showing up and working so hard for their customers.Thanks again to The Lube Department and Service Department

I was surprised because i was told that there was a recall on the vehicle, i was not notify of this recall and also told that the plugs in the back bed worked and that i needed a certain kind of plug for the trailers, I have checked all the auto stores for this type of plug with no success, i have even went to trailer places no luck, am confused!

After discussing your concerns about your vehicle. He states he doesn’t want to do business with you anymore and to contact his attorney. I feel if your vehicle is damaged while in their care. They should have some type of responsibility.

I made an appointment because my check engine light came on and I was sent an email from On Star stating An issue with the emissions system in your 2017 GMC Yukon has been detected. So when I brought it to the dealership and the check engine light wasnt showing, I explained to them about the email from OnStar and the emissions system problem that was stated in the email. I was told that they couldnt do anything because the check engine light was no longer on. Then after question why could OnStar tell me that something was wrong and they couldnt. The dealership said they would look at it some more. After several hours I was told that my battery needed to be changed, So I bought one. And guest what, two days later my check engine light is back on and OnStar sends me the same email stating that there is a problem with my emissions system. I now have an appointment with GMC. My Battery was leaking acid and corroded the Battery cable beyond repair. Trapp had to order one from Texas and took 3 days to repair as it was very involved. Margot in the Service department got me a rental so I was not without a vehicle. I picked it up on Monday the 22nd and all is Well. Margot is a real Asset to Trapp. She knows her stuff and really cares about the customer after the sale which is unheard of these days.
