Brian and Stacy are always on point. I had an issue, they found the problem, and resolved it DAYS before expected!!! As a mechanic myself, Im very funny on who I let touch my vehicles. My wife knows them and figured Id give them a shot several years ago and been having them service/repair my vehicles ever since. If I had to describe them in one word.... HONEST! Three words would be HONEST, FAIRLY-PRICED (snuck that in as one word), and FRIENDLY. WITHOUT A DOUBT....Definitely recommend! Not a paid spokesman...lol!Thanks BSB!

Probably the most friendly, knowledgeable and honest operation I’ve ever encountered!You will not leave the shop wondering if you have had the correct repairs done as they make it a point to verify that everything is working correctly and will notify you if there is anything else that is not operating that could affect your safety!You are also not going to be hung with excess costs for anything that is not needed (oh your “qxz” need to be fixed so that what you brought it in for would work”) as I have encountered at other shops.

This owner and his wife are great people to deal with. As a single lady, you will feel right at home and any questions you have about your vehicle will be answered honestly and completely. I highly recommend this mechanic shop and have used him several times. I always leave happy and satisfied with the work.

Brian is extremely well versed in everything automotive and Stacy brings the organizational skill set needed to make sure your vehicle is tended to in a timely manner. Before they even begin to work on a vehicle, they identify the problem, tally all parts and labor, then call you with a total cost estimate. All before they even touch your vehicle. These folks tell you exactly what is wrong, what it will cost to fix it, and wait for you to give them the green light to start the service work. On several occasions, I was called and told about other issues that were minor and still safe to drive, but would eventually need to be serviced or replaced. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with this business and the duo that own and run it! Best Mechanic shop i ever encountered in my life ! The customer service, honesty, pricing, and knowledge, ALL top of the line ! About 4 years ago I was having some clinging noise under my avalanche, so I took it to good year on MLK... They told me that all my ball joints need it to be changed and it was gonna be $1500, For some reason that just didnt seem right to me, as the avalanche was not old at all. So I took it to BSB for a second opinion. When Brian called me and told me that he had found the problem and it was very simple and would only cost $145. I was shocked ! Of course I have been going to him ever since and also recommending friends to him and get nothing but satisfactry EVERY time ! Thank you Brian and Stacey for all the hard work and long hours yall put in !!!
