This business turned away my vehicle with a screw in my tire that couldve blown at any time 😳 but another lady came in when they thought Id gone and her oil change was more important than myself and my childrens lives. Shame

Had a appointment at 1230 and usually appointments mean you get your vehicle done at that time not 1pm or later than that.

I got a nail in my tire at the heliport and was on my way back to lafayette.. they were more than kind enough to fix it even tho they were about to close!! fantastic people and I appreciate what they did very much!!

I brought my tire to get plugged because it was the closest. It took 3 hours to plug a tire, and when we got home we noticed the rim was scratched and scuffed up. The car isnt even a year old! Will be there in the morning.My initial comment:^^^^However I went back to the store and was informed on why the tire / rim looked that way and was given information on the stuff they used to seal the tire. The manager Mr. David was very knowledgeable and polite. They cleaned everything up and it looks as good as new!

I came in yesterday to ask if a tire can be repaired. I spoke with David. He had a very condescending attitude.from the start. He busied himself with other work whole speaking with me and never turned to look at me. I felt I was inconviencing him. Told me that it would have to wait until next day because he had too many customers, but I could drop it off and come back tomorrow. I said I could be in at 7am and if they could put it on for me. Again, he was doing other work and not paying attention. I asked of they could come get the tire of my truck and they I would like to leave my name as I would be back at 7am. He refused to take my name. I came back today and he was apparently busy with paperwork again. He was reluctant to put it on for me as he was busy with other customers and only had 1 person on the shop. I asked that they not tighten lug nuts with tool, that I had a problem getting them off. Could they tighten by hand with a tire tool. He responded with they tighten with torque wrenches., Again with a very condescending attitude. I told him I dont know what that means (I did but I needed to get through this process quickly and he seemed the type to like dumb women) but can they tighten by hand? He sighed, said yes and still hasnt gotten my name. Its now 8am and it looks like David is intent on ensuring I know how inconvenient this is for him because a 5 minute tire change has still not been done. I am still waiting for service. I will not be back here again.

Got my brakes fixed, 2 days, picked up my car and now my right head light assembly is broken around my hid lens and is not working

THE GENERAL MANAGER DAVID WAS SUCH A BLESSING. I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE MY TRUCK AWAY WITH NO MORE WHEEL SHAKING AND FINALLY FEEL SAFE DRIVING ON THE ROAD. THE HOUMA LOCATION IS EXTREMELY BLESSED TO HAVE SUCH A FANTASTIC MANAGER LIKE DAVID AT THE HELM. KUDOS TO GOODYEAR FOR FINDING SUCH GREAT LEADERSHIP AND CARING ASSOCIATES!

When the valve stem core on my car starting acting up, I tried to remove it myself but it was frozen in place. I called the local KIA dealer who not only told me that I would need to make an appointment, it would probably take 3-4 hours, and cost $150 dollars. My wife brought the car to Goodyear. Georgiana & Kevin had the car in and out in under an hour and since all that had to be done was change the valve stem, they didnt charge her anything for it. On top of that, they took the spare off the car, put the tire back on AND checked the air in the other 3 tires all at no cost.I dont know about you, but service like that is hard to find these days and I assure you that when it is time for new tires, I will be looking to these folks even if they arent the cheapest.Well Done! Well Done indeed!

Im so grateful to have stopped there in my emergency of 2 flat tiers. Staff was so kind and friendly. I will recommend to all my friends and will continue to use there services.

5 star. Quick service, best customer service Ive had at an auto facility in a while. Had good experience at Goodyears before, but, this one has to the best yet.

Melanie was awesome as well as the service technicians. After coming in with a donut they took care of my car, replaced my donut as it was from the dealer, reset my tire pressure sensor light for a reasonable price. Would do business with them again and will now look for Goodyear service centers in the future.

They will get the job done, act professional, and know what theyre talking about, but like most big businesses will kindly request you saw off a single arm and leg before doing so. they also must have bigger and better things to do besides the cheap fixins like change your oil, because it took them an hour just to do that for me

Went here at 5pm on a Saturday to be told they were closed when it clearly stated 6pm online. Responded they closed because they were shorthanded. One person was sitting chilling on their phone and three others behind a desk. I am unsure how this is shorthanded, so I personally think this is laziness. If 5pm is common then it needs to be stated online and on door correctly (which was open for being closed.)

Pleasant experienc, thinking of using them for all my automotive needs

Went in on Thursday to schedule changing all tires, even asked to confirm that they could handle a dually, arrived Friday after lunch as planned. They quickly brought my truck around and got to work. While waiting the tech came to the front and I could over hear that they had a problem with their balancing equipment. I got up and take a look out the shop window. I noticed that they had my truck lifted on one corner by a floor jack. I asked why not lift my truck using the hydraulic jack and work in the whole job, it was explained that their jacks are only rated for 5000lbs. (So they can’t handle an 8600 lb truck).At this point I noticed that their plan to handle their faulty balancing machine was to just load my wheel with lead to at least get it balanced. I brought my truck in with a max of 1.5 oz of lead on each tire. They thought it would be ok to have lead wrapped roughly half way around the wheel. I told them that was unacceptable and to fix it. They removed the tire and while watching them try to balance it again, I observed that they were not using the proper equipment for hub centric wheels. When I asked about them balancing with the gun centric cone, the girl running the desk flat out lied to me and said they were. Sorry there, but I know a bit about mechanic work, just don’t have tire equipment at home to do that part myself. Shortly after that, I watched as they attempted to balance that one tire and watch as my wheel and tire was thrown off the balancer. Then after all this, the girl behind the desk decided to have an attitude when I told them to put my old tire back on that I would be getting the work done somewhere else. Once I got my truck back, the ticket time stars 13:18 in / 15:11 out, just shy of two hours and couldn’t get one tire swapped out correctly.Best part, when she handed me my keys and a ticket, she stated that they were not charging me anything. Really, why would that even be a thought, you where supposed to change 6 tires and couldn’t even do 1 successfully. Now sitting at ProTire in Thibodaux watching this work get done correctly.

I spoke with Goodyear of HOUMA about a issue with my power steering fluid being low. They said My racquet pinion steering was the leaking the fluid and needed to be replaced and the cost was over $1000 for parts and labor. I took it to another mechanic to get a second opinion and he said it was only my power steering pump that was leaking and needed to be replaced in which the toal cost (parts and labor) was only $300. My car runs great with no issues. Do not go to this Goodyear. They will try to rip you off!

Poor service. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Got a call my car was ready, service person tried to up sell me on a injector flush and told me my tires were worn. Never told me tires were not rotated. Tried calling at 5:05 pm and got no answer. Went back the next morning and was told tires were not rotated because of wear. Was never informed of that when I picked up my car and ticket showed tires were rotated. Will never go back there
