I cant remember the young ladys name that was helping me, but she was very energetic and very helpful. She is definitely new, but does what it takes to get you the right answers and products youre looking for. That girl was definitely raised right!

Had what I needed and the price was close to reasonable. Since they started Matching Amazon there prices are much more reasonable. Didnt have the vhf radio that I wanted in stock but had a comparable one for close to the same price. One one staff member in the store and he was helpful digging through inventory to see what he had in stock.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Ordered a part through West Marine and was promised 3-7 business days and it took 16 business days! When part comes in brand new out the box the battery was dead! Not knowing this took the troll motor in the shop to get worked on $105 later they said it was the battery from the brand new part! NO COMPENSATION WAS GIVIN! Not even a sorry! When I called them on the phone to talk with the manager we were told they had to many costumers in the store that the manger could speak with me and would call me back! An hour past and still know call back! So I called back and was told the same thing! Drove 30min to the store and there wasnt anyone in the store! My family will never shop here again!!!!!
