Ive ordered in-store and curbside pickup and everything goes smoothly and the the employees are very nice and helpful. But.. I enjoy crochet and must say, this location really does not have a very good selection of yarn. Everytime I try to shop via the app or website, I pick a yarn/yarn color and its usually not in stock at this Joannes. I know theres yarn in there somewhere, just very difficult to find anything the website offers in there. When you finally do find something you want in stock its like winning a prize lol. When I shop for yarn I have been overlooking Joannes completely for this reason. Frustrated with getting interested in a certain yarn just to see that my Joannes doesnt have it. Please Houma Joannes, remember the knitters and crocheters who love yarn, if you stock it, we will buy! If not, well theres a ton of other yarn stores who have what we need. 3 stars for lack of product availability.

Thank god theres some place to buy fabric around here. Not the best priceeys but fulfills my fashion designer wifes urgent needs. Plus theyve got good wifi so while shes shopping, download the app to make sure you get a discount. After all like most chains, the mark up is always based on what it actually costs after the discount.

Absolutely great craft store!

The first time I went it, the clerk measured my fabric incorrectly, which wouldnt have been a problem, except I had to return the fabric. The clerks were as confused as I was because they didnt understand why it wasnt measuring up correctly according to the receipt. However, they ended up going through with the return and refunding my money, which I appreciated. Overall, everyone was very friendly, and I would go back.Ive gone back since, and the staff there is still friendly, and my fabric was cut correctly this time. I also appreciate the associate who engaged with me in a great conversation about band days in high school!

Joanns is a great little store especially if you dont want to go into the bigger stores. The staff is always friendly and I love the online order and pick up options.

The service is terrible. It took a long time to get fabric cut and the person cutting the fabric was also checking people out. There were 2 people outside hanging up a sign while the store had lots of customers.
