I vist the store yesterday and it has to be the worse experience ever, honestly considering that I am a Rouge member and that I spend money in there all the time or even if i was a first time customer i should have not been treat it the way i didI feel like if you dont have nothing nice to say then dont say nothing at all and dont stand there and do nothing but complain from the minute I walk in mumbaling words under your breath that I could clearly hear you say .. and not wanting to help me the full time and complaining over and over and calling 3 other associates asking them if they where sure you had to help me with my return, ( by the way my item was in box nothing was missing and new I had my receipt it was before 30 days ) and still they where using every excuse on the book saying she dint know if she could return it becuase in her words there small little store was going to lose money (( really a multi million dollar store was going to lose from my one return) I honesty dont think I should have waited over 30 minutes in a empty store with 3 workers just becuase they did not want there store to loose money on my return when I my self have spend so much more before in the past years so instead all they did was want it to complain in front of me the full time about them not wanting to do the return made me waste my time for no reason when at the end there boss call saying it was fine .. and this is why now Im going to shop at ulta instead
I was welcomed at the sephora by a extremely beautyful and sweet person by name Tammy she helped me tremendously and i spend quiete few dollars at the store bcz her friedlinessis dynamic
