Wish I could put more than 5 stars. They are very friendly & helpful. We got a vehicle last year & due to my husbands work slowing down we couldnt keep it. They were very understanding & told us to come back anytime. Well we just recently went back & Mr. Dallas & his son were just as helpful as the 1st time. They put us in the truck of our choice & even stayed a little over closing to get us straight. I highly recommend Regal Motors to everyone.

If I could put a 0, I would not even give him that. This man cheats people out of money and will do wherever he can to get your money. He is a lair and is so disrespectful, to the point of yelling and cursing at me. He blames his computer on wrong dates and then says that I am “behind on my car payment” when I am not. I very much do not recommend buying a car or any type of vehicle from this cheating, lying man.

If I could put a lower rating I would. The owner is extremely rude and a scam. He will try any way he can to get as much money out of you possible. He only cares about making as much money as possible and will lie and cheat his way to do so even to the point where he puts the wrong dates on the receipts. I have already had to go back there and have him fix the receipt and initial it because his computer messed up the date.

Dallas is great! He is the only person who would trust me and my husband with a vehicle,because we had no credit .payments are every two weeks, and they are affordable ! Ive had no major trouble with my avalanche I love it .quality vehicles . And he has anything from Mercedes to Chevys. I do believe hes about the only person in Houma to make getting a car with no credit possible.

I have the worse credit and was able to dive off the lot the same day I put my down payment with no problems! The best part was that I only needed a small amount to put down and my term was right UNDER 2 YEARS. My car drives great and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good, reliable used vehicle.

Went to buy a trail blazer and no one came to help me while I walked the yard

The place is a utter scam, just left there with friends who were looking to rent to own a vehicle. Over the phone,they said that all we would have to put down is $500 and we could drive off the lot with a vehicle, no instead of $500 they wanted $1,500. Total bull.

Regal Motors of Houma LA is a true Class Act. They have a super website too. The dealer, Dallas Freeman and I only discussed the vehicle by email and telephone before we purchased the Jaguar without actually touching the vehicle. They arranged to have it shipped to us in Jones county MS. When it arrived we found the Jag to be exactly as described. Anyone, anywhere can trust and buy from Regal Motors with confidence and assurance that the vehicle they select will be a straight up good investment. As a 75 y/o retired car dealer myself for over 30 years, Im pretty picky when it comes to cars. Especially the ones my wife drives. But I am very pleased after doing business with Regal Motors. They are okay. Nice selection of vehicles. But if the vehicle you are going to rent to own has a problem after you leave the lot nothing is done to fix the problem. Had our truck for a good couple of months before we brought it back.

I’ve never bought a car from nor tried to. Just putting that out there for people who read the reviews before they try to slander and say something stupid about me (which I will save their response since they like to slander people) these people are very rude and unprofessional. The man who owns the dealership threatened to call the police on me all because I said I was going to leave a review on how they’re unprofessional (I have screenshots of everything as well so they can’t lie about anything they said) they handle stuff very unprofessionally and start to insult people instead of being adults so don’t waste your time with them

My wife and I bought our first vehicle from Regal Motors four years ago. Still to this day when we or someone we know needs a vehicle we send them to Regal.Keep up the great job!!!

Not the best place to buy a car my friend got the shaft when he bought a car there. Would not recommend it unless you have no other choice his car was a 2010 Chevrolet cobalt white with a sun roof. He received to estimates from two different mechanic and they both said the same that about the front in. He was willing to fix the car but after threats to be charced with theft for nonpayment after a payment arrangements was made. This is sad but everyone has to make a living i guess. Yes the owner is corrected when he says if you are looking for new you should look elsewhere but if looking for used i would also say look elsewhere.

I have always had great experiences dealing with Regal Motors over the years. I have purchased cars from them, traded cars in and sold them cars outright. They have always been professional. If I ever had a problem I would be able to handle it myself and not rely on a lady friend to fight my battles for me and you can bet my review would be based on truth and not because I cant pay for the car!!!
