The service ladies were very informative and polite when I called to get the information about providing & installing a battery in my cellphone. When I arrived they were professional and explained what they were going to do and informed me of the approx. time to replace the battery. They were very courteous and professional and performed the service in the stated time. She also explained the procedure to charge the battery for the best performance.

I had the best experience anyone could hope for when having their phone screen repaired! Mr. Vincent is was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond his job duties when helping me. I was able to have my phone screen replaced and back glass replaced all within a few hours. Fantastic service and I will continue to go back here for all of my familys needs with screen repair, batteries, and bulbs.

I walked in there after they stopped taking phone repairs for the night, however, Malcolm offered to stay late so that Nicholas could replace my screen real quick. I needed my Samsung Galaxy to login to my companys website as it was the last day to sign up for benefits and these guys really came through on a Friday night! I dropped my smashed up phone off around 1pm and they had it ready to go at 7pm - really saved my butt! And I bought a great flashlight! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Its not cheap however, ($260 for screen replacement... Samsung is the most expensive though), but when you need it, you need it! Definitely recommend these guys - total professionals!

I brought my iPhone 6 in to get the headphone port and screen replaced today. Well, turned out that my headphone port just had part of a headphone jack stuck inside it. But while could have charged me for a whole new port, instead they charged me nothing for removing the lodged object. Not only did Byron replace my screen for a reasonable price, but he also cleaned my phones charge port at no extra cost. Id definitely recommend this place and will be returning again whenever my iPhone needs repair.

I was very disappointed finding out that the battery I bought was only a 12 Ah type even though the model number stated that it was a CYLA14AHLBSXTA. The 14AH in the model# is the only specs I had to go by. The full specs themselves that we as a consumer only see do not actually state the Ah rating. At the store itself did state it as a 12Ah. Why was this not posted online for us to see? Too frustrated, I accepted this sell as is, but should have not.
