I love JCPENNEY for the nostalgia it holds. (Best shopping places as a kid) Hope these stores always succeed. Everything doesnt need to be from this Era.

Went to find some Kenra products. But they dont have a complete line. Ladys were helpful and mentioned a few places in the mall which might carry this. They were a lot more helpful than the girls at Ulta which pointed at an area where some Kenra products were and let us go at it... Not very useful. Couldnt find what we needed so we continue down to MasterCuts they didnt have it either and, came find out, MasterCuts and Regis are part of the same organization. Penneys is having a sale also by the way, surprise surprise, and it looks like a nice deal but be your own judge, and stop by.

Went in to get me some jeans and two different ladies helped me out. They looked for jeans that would fit and fit length wise. Finally they found them by ordering them. Thanks to the 2 ladies whom helped me.

Normally when we visit family in Thanksgiving 🦃 we like shopping in this store and we find what we’re looking for.

Wonderful help. Went and bought items I wasnt planning on buying. The Helper was excellent and took time to listen to me as to what i was seeking. I wouldnt allow her to leave if she worked for me. She was beautiful. We need more beautiful people working so adamantly in Arkansas where i am from. Bless her.

Customer service person was helpful. Was able to find pants in the size my husband needed. He wears 38W X 29L and many stores do not carry this short size. Just wish stores would have sizes more visible so you dont have to dig through the stack so much.

I was treated with respect and helpful in finding what I was looking for.

JC Penney Hair Salon...love this place and love the service. They stay updated with the latest hairstyles and are very accommodating to your needs! Also have a large variety of hair products that work fantastic for most every style. Have been going here for over 1 1/2 years and dont plan on changing! Very happy😃👍

This store was my go to store.I ordered two pair of jeans on Oct 18 and it is now Dec 3. I still do not have my order and no one can seem to track it.I called the store and was on hold for 17 minutes.I tried calling the 1-800 number and a person NEVER came to the phone.I had all intentions on wearing the burgundy jeans for Thanksgiving! That didn’t happen.I am TRULY disappointed and will be at the store bright and early for a refund.

JCP in Houma is a hidden gem. Great staff and as always great deals. The fitting rooms were open and the staff had very good COVID measures in place. Once clothing was tried on and you werent purchasing them, the staff kept them and Im guessing, somehow sanitized them before they were put back on the floor you were not allow to put them back yourself. I was super, impressed.

Staff was very helpful and curteous.

Good service an product

Ordered online for same day in store pickup. I got a txt telling me my order was ready. The store is an hour away from me. When i got there i was told the lady who gets the orders had left before bringing my order to the pickup counter. I needed the clothes for that night so i had to find the clothes in the store and rebuy them. They wouldnt process my refund till the next day! They did have great sales though.

I do all my clothes shopping here. Theirs a nice big and tall selection and the always have something new that I like. I also really like the selection of shoes. I was able to find the most comfortable shoes Ive ever owned from here. 10/10 recomend to anyone looking to shop for a new wardrobe

It’s so sad that Jcpenny’s is going out of business. We loved the staff at this location and really appreciate the Sephora that was conveniently located inside.

Ordered online. Had to pick up at the store. Received wrong item. Had to return and reorder item at the store. Went for the return pick up, could not be found. Received credit and another charge on my card for the item again which was finally shipped to my home. Unless youre short and fat no inventory in the store. So much for online shopping convenience.

JCPenneys has absolutely great prices on everyday wear like flannel shirts t-shirts Etc. I am always usually pleased with the prices at JCPenney and everything is always very organized. I do have to say that today I was shopping for hat scarf and gloves set and could not find anything except for a couple of only hat and glove sets and they were $40 each. I thought that was outrageously High for JCPenney

Had some good stuff

I went to dept. I needed to get clothes and checked out quickly. Only bad thing was in the parking lot. Parking away some an elderly woman swings her door open and hit my vehicle not knowing l was sitting in it. She had the audacity to say l just hit your door and kept walking. People like that ruin my day.

I go here for school clothes shopping and they have the best boy clothes in my opinion

Went in to Pennys today to buy a suite and asked a clerk for help. She acted as if I was bothering her. Wow couldnt believe her actions and how she lacked the customer service needed to be in that department. Left and went to Dillards...much better! I have a feeling with service like this they will be the next one out of business. So sad!!!

Had terrible assistance from the JCP customer service line trying to resolve an online purchase issue in which JCP online cancelled my order and refused to help me. I decided to call the local Houma store instead and asked for a manager. She went above and beyond. She worked with me, unlike the lady from JCP customer service, and we were able to fix the issue. She was awesome. No more online ordering from JCP online for me.
