UpdateMy husband had gotten my car tinted while I was at work and we had a bit of a misunderstanding. We wanted a darker tint but got the legal one instead. From the pictures it looked lighter than we had expected and were disappointed. But after seeing our car when they were done, it was a lot darker than the pictures and were happy with what we got. I would recommend this place and plan to get a darker tint with them later in the future. Thank you guys and Im sorry for the misunderstanding

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GET YOUR WINDOWS TINTED HERE!!They are very careless in their work and do not have respect for anyones vehicle. They take no precautions to protect your vehicle. I brought my car to get my windows tinted. First of all, they were out of legal so I had to get illegal on my front windows. Then they scratched my BRAND NEW CAR ALL UP!! I was pissed!! I had scratches all over the back of my car and even had cuts in my rear windshield!! The window tint was even scratched!! Im sure the window tint was scratched by the guy carrying the tint while he had the razor blade in his hand at the same time. The scratches on my car are probably from his belt buckle or tool belt leaning up against my car. And you can tell they dont have a machine that pre-cuts the film. They cut this by hand and I can tell because the tint on the driver side window was cut jagged and not even.Their work is not quality work thats for sure!! Anyway, Brad offered to fix the scratches by buffing them out so I made an appointment for the following Saturday even though they were closed he was going to go in. He showed up 20 minutes late because his secretary forgot to tell him about the appointment. He fixed the scratches and put some resin in the windshield, but I still have a few scratches that he missed and my windshield still looks the same so I am still pissed. I guess I should have just sued them in small claims court.

Thanks for making an effort to resolve the issues that I had.******************************************************************************************************************I wasnt going to review this business but changed my mind. The first visit was ok. I wanted tint installed on my SUV. So I chose the percent tint I want. Was told that they had 5 year warranty and a lifetime one. Well I was told the prices of both and opted to go with the cheaper one. Nothing about quality of film was described. Well I get it back the tint job was not good bubbles and contamination under film. So I called to complain and was told to come in after 5 days. So I set the appt for a week out. Appointments for this place are long waits. I show up for the appointment and was told they had a power surge that damaged all the equipment and was unable to do the job so the owner upgraded me to the better film. Said ok so another week comes and goes. That appointment was missed it was set up for 2pm. I work an hour away so there is no way that I would agree to this must have gotten lost in translation. Well I had to wait another week. Installed the tint this time and still have problems bubbles and contamination. I give up will bring it to somebody in New Orleans to have it done right.

Had to bring my car back four times to get retinted. The first two times I had to get my doors cleaned because of water spots. Had it retinted yesterday and now it sounds like I have a busted speaker. My car is only five months old and never blast my music.
