Flowers were not worth the money spent. Contacted business and they said “next time you order tell us to use more inexpensive fill flowers”.Don’t think there will be a next time, why should customers pay more for fill flowers.Not the best customer service.

Very beautiful arrangements. They catered to me as I originally gave the wrong address...they went back at no charge to deliver to correct address. They never showed and discontent. Very friendly, understanding & customer service oriented.

O would give them a negative -5 tried doing something nice for someone got these flower and they look nothing close to what i ordered . theres this green grass stuff in it and i showed the flowers to another place that does flowers they said they look as if they are dying. the first one is the ones i have and the second ones are what they supposed to look like or close
I ordered through 1800 FLOWERS. I didnt get nothing close to what I ordered. I bought pink Roses for my wife on Mothers day and ended up with carnations and baby breath.. They will shaft you. I spent $90 and they sent my wife a $30 bouquet.
I ordered flowers through Teleflora which House of Flowers does business with and fulfills orders. The bouquet I ordered was all purple flowers purple roses ect and the bouquet that was received only had one kind of purple flowers purple daisies. This bouquet was nothing like I ordered and if I had wanted yellow roses or different kinds of flowers I would have ordered those specifically. I am very upset about the fact that I spent my money on something and didnt get anything close to what I had ordered.
Two different flower arrangements for Mothers Day. Both were not that great and over priced. Some flowers were substituted. Not recommended.
Ive used them for years and have never had a bad experience. Nobody ever gets a 5 star rating from me. Just saying.
So today I sent my wife flowers for our anniversary. I made this order online while rushing to finish up my work for the end of the week. Due to my haste, I gave them the wrong business address. Due to this error, I sent House of Flowers to the opposite side of town. Even with a careless error on my part, they still managed to find someone at that location to guide them to where my wife actually worked. They then drove all the way to the opposite side of town in order to deliver the bouquet in a timely manner. I didnt realize any of this until my wife came home and explained to me what happened (she received a strange email from a random employee that worked at the other location). Once I pieced together what had truly happened and the error I created, I was very grateful for their service and tenacity.
