Oil change was quick. Great job but car wash was horrible. They talked the whole time left my car in the sun. No one dried it after the wash. Just wiped it down after they sprayed the windows. Had to basically wash my car again. Oil change 5* car wash 2*

The ultra yet side is weak and need improvement, the roller side is one of the best one around town. All the equipment is in good working order and the staff is really friendly.

Amazing customer service experience. The staff is always friendly & professional. Also take pride in their business as a locally owned business which makes them more attentive to the small details. Great place to go not only for a wash or oil change, but for the wonderful gift shop inside while you wait.

They do an okay job. I ended up coming home and wipping down the interior more myself. I paid $20.00 which you get what you pay for, right? They forgot to spray the new car scent that I requested. So Super Suds is good for a quick fix job. Not sure how they do on detailing jobs.

Horrible service. They washed truck, had water spot everywhere. Waited two hours and still did not even start shampooing the interior. Told them from the start I had another appointment to make. Paid $92.00 to receive nothing. Employee told me they had to wash the truck twice but didn’t, he must of not realized I was watching. Was told I could return and they would finish it, but I will never go to this place again. I spent my money to leave with a dirty truck.

Took a little longer than I expected but my vehicle was very clean. There was a high volume of vehicles so I suppose the wait should have been expected. The inside was detailed and vacuumed probably to how I would have done it but they did it in a fraction of the time it would have taken me.

Great service! Wash was very detailed.

Brought my truck yesterday, and they did poorly. Was told an hour and a half and took 4 hours. Finally got the truck back and it looked like they hadnt even touched the inside besides whoever shampooed the seats. (Great job whoever did the seats! They look great!) Still had dust everywhere, shoe marks n hand prints on doors, etc. The outside was just as half done with spots that hadnt been touched, and the grill was still full of bugs. Not returning and definitely wont be recommending.

First and last time I go here. Spent $30 for a managers special plus extra for interior armour all. Only vacuumed out 2 of the 4 doors, didnt dust inside of back doors. Wiped the top of the dash and steering column with armour all but did not get the front of the dash or the sides or bottom of steering column. Hit and miss on the windows (looks like they got the middle of them done). Wish I wasnt on my way out of town so I could make them give me my money back.

Wash is good. Wait is OMG!Must be short handed and the ones there move like turtles. Had plenty time to observe.

Came here to get the free car wash after getting an (overpriced) oil change at the Quick Lube on Grand Caillou. Been waiting for 45 minutes to get my car back and still waiting. Im sure itll be clean when I get it back but this wait is just too long, especially when there are screaming kids in the waiting room.Edit: I just got my car back, the ticket said 12:28 pm and it is now 2:26 pm. Two hours for a basic wash. Will not be returning here for a wash or oil change.

Be careful I what car you have and what they charge you for. I have a Prius 3 and I was told it is a car size but when I got here I was charged SUV rate. I questioned it and I was td because it was a hatch back its more expensive. Not a good policy! Took 25 minutes to get to the vacuum station, overall time invested on a Wednesday afternoon at 1600 wasNice consignment shop inside and ok waiting area. No wifi available. Clean restrooms. Took 72 minutes from start to finish. Good overall job but way to long! Good place if you have the time.Update didnt get all the bugs even though I paid en extra 2.00 for it.
