They let you put items on layaway with digital state id on your phone. Then refuse to let you pick up the item with the same digital id. And can only give %66 refund in store credit. Dont ever go to this store. Let them go out of business.

This is by far the best pawn shop I’ve ever been to. They make you feel comfortable and always ready to assist you with whatever you may need with a smile. Everyone that works there is so friendly and the manager, Heather, goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied. I definitely recommend this pawn shop to anyone who rather be treated like family not just a customer!

The staff is always polite, and gives all information needed. If you have a bad experience here, it’s probably you are not coherent enough to understand how pawn shops operate. Even if you don’t all processes are explained perfectly each time.Best pawn shop on Houma :)

I’ve always been pleased with the service and my loans/purchases. However the store has taken a downturn within the past few years. Their inventory is below average and looks like they’re going out of business. The cleanliness of the store has declined too. I believe these issues hopefully can be fixed. It would be a shame to loose this pawn shop in our area.

I feel very much this pawn shop is a rip off I’ve bought from a lot of pawn shops over the years I’ve never been ripped off like I was at this one. I bought a tv they had it displayed on the shelf with the picture on I was told every thing worked on it when I plugged it in the hdmi port it didn’t work I opened the remote and it was rusted all inside. So I brought it back in less than 24 hours they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it because I didn’t buy a warranty with it. They offered to give me a third of what I paid for it that was there policy I didn’t see a sign no where stating all sales finale no warranty. I’ve never seen a practice like this I will never tell anyone buy here all the other pawn shops stand behind what they sell in Houma very unsatisfied customer.

Finally found a great place to sale my stuff to!! Totally taken back by how great their prices are!! Their staff has been so wonderful!! Awesome customer service its very hard to find these days. I cant believe how helpful/understanding they are to their customers very rare find these days!! I definitely would suggest checking them out!!

Shady pricing on video games and who knows what else.. bought some games for about $2 dollars one day the next week it went up to $4 a game the week after that they started looking up online prices and wanting to charge ebay prices on everything.. I explained to them that not only does some of that cover shipping but it comes with a money back guarantee which they do not provide.. but they dont care enough to make a sale they let the games sit in the front window to get sun bleached so most are in bad shape anyway.. take your business elsewhere or just shop online because thats the price you will pay.
