Very disappointed that people cannot keep their word when you go to rent something. I tried to go give them business could have went somewhere else and they probably wish I would have now but I don’t stand for people not keeping their word and then being sarcastic to your customers shame on you Mr.

Excellent experience! Had what I needed at the best price i found! VERY helpful with explaining operation of machine!! THANKS to GRAND RENTAL I saved $400.00 by cleaning out a 60 foot root clogged drain pipe!!!! Friendly / Professional / Affordable!!! They certainly gained my trust and my business!!! Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I rented a bobcat from them and it was in excellent working condition. Delivery was on time and the driver even took the time to make sure I knew how to operate it properly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for rental equipment and would use them again in the future.

Poor business ethics. Hidden fees. Turned item in 2 hours late. Wanted over twice the money for an extra day.

They had what I needed when I needed it. The equipment I rented was in good condition and I was charged the quoted price.
