Delicious mouth watering sundae! I really enjoyed the lemon lime snowball. The dessert is to die for & leaves you satisfied yet thinking about the next time you can make this trip. The location is on grand Caillou rd where you can get a lot of different things. I’m 100% happy with the location. I wish they had a Brookes in Raceland.
This place is amazing and is open all year round. Ive been eating here before it became the big business it is today. Brooke is still the same nice,caring, friendly owner she was before. She hasnt changed.Friendly staff, great customer service, very helpful. Amazing food. Great ice and Great Snowballs etc. A must stop by and try place. You will not be disappointed. The pineapple whip is great. My kids loved the mermaid with fairy dust The boudin balls with the special dip was great. Hamburgers are homemade and a nice size . They have a great deal on them too The banana splits were very good. Just try it theres so much.
This place is terrible service awful. Brooke is very unprofessional. She needs to get it together. She got the nerve to buy everything out in Houma,but snowballs aren’t even that good. Snowballs don’t got no flavor and is hard as a brick. I think she needs to find better places than by a highway where there is no space to park. Works are extremely nice, but I believe they don’t get as much credit.
Too expensive 2 fries & 2 snowballs $25 that is outrageous its only ice & potatoes then she dont serve real potatoes the frozen and wait is waaaaaayyyyyyyy toooooooo long!!!! Get it together Brooke and the sign outsode says $2 for fries FALSE ADVERTISING

I made a new flavor when I went. Its called the Carole Baskin. Ask for a snowball with Tigers Blood and Wedding Cake mixed. I topped mine with Condensed Milk throughout. It is...to die for!! 🤷🏻♀️😂

Ive always loved brookes but this last experience was awful! They had 3 cars in line and they were acting like they had 27 people. Wanting me to park in the most inconvenient places to wait for my order, forcing me to back into traffic on west main. We waited over 20 minutes for 4 snowballs. Very disappointed.
The snowball was good, but the hamburgers are not that great. Sweet potato tots are awesome !

This place had me wait atleast 30 minutes for a chocolate milkshake and a small jacked up fries. when i got it, the fries were leaking off the sides of the container because of it being carelessly put into a bag.. not coming back.

Had a Bahama Mama daiquiri snowball, and Miriam had a banana split. Both were well done and satisfying. Even Tink liked her cold water as we sat by the bayouside.All in all: Recommended!

Friendly and polite service always! Glad they finally opened up their Thibodaux location. We enjoyed their snowballs from the little bitty trailer and really enjoy the snowballs from the new big store front. I especially like that they offer a delicious grilled chicken salad for those of us who try to eat healthy. They have an extensive hot snack foods menu and several hot sandwiches. They even have Cherimoya and Guava flavors for Latin snowballs!! Plus, they carry Schwan’s premium vanilla ice cream!!! Oh yeah!!

Absolutely horrible experience today. My husband went to get us snowballs a hamburger and a poboy. He was made to wait on the food, no big deal. However they made the snowballs first and they melted all over his car, now he has to wait another extended period of time to remake the snowball. Business protocol needs to change. The snowballs and cold items should be made after the hot food. We may never go back to be honest, there are literally 5 other snowball stands near by.UPDATE**My husband got home with the food and its worse than I thought. My poboy has about 5 shrimp on it and theres only about 10-15 fries in my plate. We will DEFINITELY not return there!!

Miss the old deck by the water, this one doesnt seem to go out as far.Updated 1/30/20 They do not honor hours posted online or on location. After wasting a trip and losing the option to have snowballs at 8:30 pm elsewhere.

So overrated !!! One chilli cheese fry with barley any chilli on it for 3.75 and nochos with chilli, cheese and peppers for 3.75 with 5 peppers and that was .75 and lacking cheese. Chilli fritos for 4.00 and had to send back for some chilli and that cost .60 extra. Sign Said Jumbo soft drink 1.00 hummm it was maybe 12 oz. How is that Jumbo ? Wont be back for high priced not even good food. Oh and fid I mention the chilli and cheese wasnt even hot !!!!!
