Lady at the front desk was so kind and welcoming upon my entering the establishment. Kind people are hard to come by in my line of work, so it was quite a breath of fresh air.

Ive been doing business with the owner for over 10 years who Is a great person to deal with and we both never had any issues with each other.But since the last 2 years when the woman/secretary answers the phone she will not put him on the phone or relay any of my messages to him, Im not sure what her personal vendetta is against me, but she needs to realize that shes is only there to answer phones, and not to make financial decisions for the owner.Sounds like she is having some trouble at home possibly menopause.Lets hope for the best......
