I been calling they overpaid me! They rented me a truck for 2 days but supposed to be 1. Then when I made it to my old house they wanted to switch trucks saying someone needed it in the morning! I told them I was bringing it back later before 7am but was charged til 11th 7pm! They ended up taking more money off my card which she said it was a mistake no one called yet but I keep calling! I shouldn’t have to go in person! I just want my money back look like they not trying to give it back!!
I’ve rented equipment twice from this location and both times the service was nice the staff was friendly, professional, and was able to answer any questions I had. I dealt with Cherie I believe her name is both times and she was excellent. Would definitely recommend renting equipment from this location!
THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GET YOUR UHAUL FROM!!! Store is VERY clean! The pickup truck I rented was immaculate! They take care of their equipment! These ladies know their business!!! I had a $50 VIP certificate from my last rental to use. They never had one of these before and figured out quickly how to use it. I will definitely do business with Ms. Angel again!!!
They are an amazing team. This is my third experience with them. Always polite and knowledgable, they make sure that my concerns and needs are addressed. Great prices for packing products. One stop moving!
It was an overall good experience. Great staff! Affordable prices too! And you get your 1st month free on a storage rental when you rent a truck.
This place is really friendly and helpful at any time of day/night. I had an issue that I couldn’t access The entry and I even tried to call the after hr management number but they wouldn’t answer so I came in contact with Mrs.Trina who helped me sign up and she came help after hours and helped me to get in.
I rented back in August and have been meaning to leave a review. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful and even helped me hook up my car (a first time for me). Fantastic employee!
If could give you ZERO stars, I would!!! Worse customer service ever!! Rude and no one wanting to help. After waiting for several minutes, I was waited on only to have her tell me that didn’t have what I needed and couldn’t even help me to find some at another one of the several uhauls around my area!!!

This place is very friendly. They helped my two young daughters during Mardi Gras. I do a lot of business with Uhaul in Nashville and its good to see the same quality service in Houma.
My experience there was great thanks to Jennifer. There was another employee there yesterday Saturday, but we went today to pick the Auto Transport up. There were two employees helping me which took 2 hours to help me with Jennifer’s help since she was with another customer. She quickly took care of me and hooked the AT to my Titan. Exemplary employee indeed. She explained everything to me and made sure that I was able to drop off the AT at the location of my choice. I left but she said she would take care of it, not to worry. So I waited for my review until that was taken care of and see if it would give me some problems, however she came through. I just received a message from U-haul telling me that I could drop it off there!!!U-haul you are awesome. It also has insurance for different budgets and coverages. Road assistance is a cherry on top, this company has reasonable prices and is reassuring! It calmed my anxiety on transferring a Mustang from Larose, La to Houston, Tx.
I have never received more terrible customer service in my life;I had not arranged for the pick up or payment of the uhaul it was another member of our LLC I was only returning it. Immediately when I went to drop it off Jennifer came out complaining that we had opted to rent for an additional day. - I had NEVER stepped foot in the parking lot of this business. I personally think if the business couldn’t handle the pace they are renting out there equipment they need to step up their game or raise their prices for additional day rentals.Jennifer made me feel as if my needs and situation as a customer was not as important as the next persons. She made claims and accusations that what I had done as a customer was a bad decision when I only accessed a service that the company offered.I will never forget the way this poor experience made me feel.My wife noticed from across the parking lot even that her body language and facial expressions were scolding a belittling.
They advertised 19.99 i paid 30 dollars for a hour rental didnt even go 7 miles to rent a truck the staff was very friendly but the price was over priced i feel i should have a gotten a refund

Customer service for U-Haul’s 133 Monarch Dr location is not only absolutely pathetic regarding the service it shows its customers, it is downright malicious towards its fellow U-Haul stores... for a measly $7 transaction for the rental of a dolly, Angel, the store’s manager, did everything she could to sabotage a fellow U-Haul store from making the rental she felt she should have received... and in doing so, completely disgusted me from a customer’s standpoint.I made a reservation (#85715982) for a dolly through U-Haul’s regional/national outlet and I told the rep it didn’t matter from which store I picked it up, just as long as it was nearby; he informed me that he was not able to verify who had a dolly on location and that I would have to call the local stores, which I did and found one at Acadiana Stor-N-Lock. On the way there, at 2:14pm (see attachment 1), I received a text from U-Haul stating I had a reservation at 133 Monarch Dr... but I did not see this text until I arrived at Acadiana’s location. I called the Monarch Dr location at 2:23pm and Angel answered; I asked her to transfer my reservation to Acadiana, since I was already there; she said that was not a problem and she would take care of it. Another customer was behind me at Acadiana, so I went to their waiting area until they were finished with that customer. Afterward, I went back into the office to finish the rental agreement; however, after TEN minutes, the reservation still had not been transferred... so I called Angel to inquire about the holdup and she stated that the transfer was waiting on traffic” ... after ten minutes, I knew that could not be right... even if she had an ancient dial-up modem with a 28kb/sec transfer speed, that reservation should have transferred over in ten minutes... so I told her that I did not believe her excuse and that she needed to do her job and transfer my reservation. Five minutes later, the transfer STILL had not happened, so I instructed Brooke, the U-Haul rep at Acadiana, to cancel that reservation and create a new transaction. During this process, Angel had her HUSBAND call to inquire why his wife was spoken to in the manner in which I spoke to her... he tried calling me first, but I did not hear my phone ring (see attachement 2)... Brooke answered his call and calmly explained that I was extremely polite the first time I called, but became irritated with her when I called the second time and was lied to, and she further explained that even though I was firm with my tone, that I did not “curse her out” like she said that I did... Angel’s husband was under the impression that my second call was the only time I called and that I became ugly with her during our initial encounter... after that, I was even more disgusted with Angel for lying to her husband and just being downright malevolent. I was also appalled to discover that Angel is actually the MANAGER of that store; Angel’s behavior would have been abysmal if she would have been a rookie employee... but she is not a rookie employee; her actions were absolutely unconscionable for a manager. Every time I called U-Haul’s phone number, a recording stated that my call was being recorded... I do hope that U-Haul listens to these recordings and sends this wretched manager to school for additional training... or even better, find someone that is honest and responsible to take her place.

Typical U-Haul experience
America is a country of immigrants and here people often change their place of residence - it all depends on the availability of work. People live only where there is work. They migrate in search of work from state to state. And here such companies as U-Haul Moving & Storage come to the rescue - they provide the service both transport and storage. This service is usually used when moving, when relocating a business, when you need to urgently vacate a rental retail space - excess goods and equipment are not placed in the new building. It would seem convenient. It was not there - only a lazy and irresponsible person can use two services at once. I recommend using transport only. Their warehouses are small and without light. Also .. the warehouse with your goods should be near the place of residence or place of work - in order to quickly get something and use it.The quality is average also because they provide the service in a limited fixed period of time.
