Found a pretty good costume setup even though they were slammed packed.

Nice customer service.Had a birthday party over the weekend and needed some balloons. We ordered a day before the event to be ready by noon and when we went to pick them up they were ready. Also weve paid the day before to make things easy and fast. They were awesome. Highly recommend.Free parking outside the store.

I was shopping for a gender reveal party. I Bought a few different boxes of candies. I misread one of the boxes so decided not to use. I go to return and they say no returns on ediable items. This box is wrapped in cellophane that has no tears or evidence it was in my possession. My complaint is if that is your policy, then post your policy on the isles you carry ediable items before people spend the money and then you want to say it is on the reciept! Not once was this policy addressed until I go to return it. I just walked every isle of the major candy section and took photos proving there is no posting of this policy. I just looked on what they call their web page, no mention of it there either, so be prepared to eat money if you dont use all items.

I dont know that I will ever go back to this store after the way my daughter and I were treated yesterday. The lady waiting on us, who I think was the MANAGER, was extremely rude. She sighed and rolled her eyes at us like we were the biggest inconveniences in the world not once, not twice, but THREE times! It was extremely unprofessional and if she cant treat her patrons any better than that, then she should not work at a register with the public. The customers are the reason that she gas a job . If no one shops there, then the doors close.

Over the past year and a half my experiences here have been horrible. The store is never stocked and now its cluttered and dirty with stuff all over the floor. Not to mention the cashier was rude.

Awesome store but charges way to much for their items you could find cheaper elsewhere.

This store carries a large inventory but its kind of expensive. However, the cashier was very nice and understanding when my husband changed his mind a the register.

I expected a little more when it came to choices for children party decorations but the staff was exceptional and friendly so my overall experience with my family was very pleasant.

Hah! This place is a joke. Mismanaged from head to toe. (Trust me) Ive seen one particular manager be rude to a customer who, while at the cashwrap said that she comes in every week and spends at least $100. The manager dismissed her by saying, Maam we see hundreds of people every week. How rude!

So under staffed and stocked. If you go in for balloons, prepare to wait.

I was so pleased with this place. We were in a bind to find four costumes for the family in the middle of the summer. The themed dinner was Heroes & Villains and we found a costume for our whole family in one afternoon. The lady in the back room was super helpful in finding our sizes and giving us tons of options. If I need a costume, accessories, or party supplies I will definitely return here. The store is enormous and has more than enough to plan any event.

Witnessed a customer asking for fake cigarettes & the worker immediately said no....few minutes later I saw some hanging there. Sale lost due to salesperson neglect. SMH

Fantastic!! Found everything I needed for a graduation party. Plus they had masks, gloves and hand sanitizer. Great place!!

The store is cool, but the service was great. Their staff was very helpful helping choose the proper color balloons, filling them up, taking care the damaged balloons, etc all this at 7:50 pm.Thank you guys!

The workers were very helpful, the store is super clean and spacious. They have everything from birthday supplies to hair bows, plus costumes of all kinds. Its a must for any of your party needs. 5 Stars for sure!!

They had one young lady at the front and no one responded when she called for customers assistance. She helped as much as she could with the questions. At least two people left because it took so long for her to assist and run the register. Ive been there before and it wasnt like that hopefully they were have a off day.

Out of the 4 associates working, only 1 offered to help. The other 3 were involved in conversations amongst themselves. The aisles arent labelled (as far as I saw) so do not go in there in a hurry like I did (I needed wrapping paper and tape for a 7yr olds bday presents). Good assortment of items.
