If I could give a Negative 0 star review I certainly e would . I’m Very shocked by this business and the owner when they saying they agree to a business deal we had already discussed prior with each other. Then to find out they sold the item after the fact You had discussed a certain day to pick it up. Definitely not good business tactics or professional business owner sense specially To another business owner who owns an antique store as well. I definitely would never do that to a Potential customer or stranger just not appropriate it’s absolutely wrong and it pisses me off to no end. Because she had promised it to me . I also have screenshots that I posted on this review from our previous conversations to one another . As I stated before in this text on this review I’m writing about . I also reported her on Facebook Market place. Then she says out of nowhere well if you would’ve put money down I could’ve held it. If you look at the previous screenshot messages from her to me you will see she never stated that or said that one time. I will also mention people beware of this owner she’s not to be trusted it obviously shows I have proof of screenshots. Also what I find interesting about this business she has a 5.0 star review supposedly but only has one review and it was excellent that being said the person that posted this review posted it 7 years ago now my negative review for lack of being honest and Professional. This place is a gem among antique stores in Houston. Wide selection of items from high-end to bargain finds. Beautiful pieces. Really nice owner whos very knowledgeable about antiques in Houston. She let us look around on a Sunday even though her store was closed. When I described what I was looking for, she couldnt show me what she had since her stock was in the back and her assistant wasnt there (because the store was closed), but she encouraged me to come back during regular business hours AND suggested a few other antique stores in Houston I could check out that were open on Sundays. Now thats customer service.
