Great prices on the after market parts for foreign and domestic vehicles. It is better to call to check if they have the parts before you go, that would save you a waste trip. You get the parts very fast and the process its easy.

Customer service is the worst!!!! In specific, There is a lady (sounds Asian) that answers the phone, gives part prices and is very rude. She will usually just hang up the line right after slurring to hold without even asking anything!! Its very frustrating to call somewhere and this to happen. Of course this is not the only place for parts but as a business they should practice good customer service and proper work etiquette. Simco Company should have at least a training video to teach these people how to treat and talk to a customer. After all we as customers are the reason this company is still in business. As Ive read in previous reviews the issue has been going on since time can tell. Hopefully someone deals with this issue sooner than soon. Sadly, not a place to recommend.

After being lied to by two salvage yards on the phone about them having my headlight and driving to them just not have also went to another automotive they didn’t have it either but their staff was very rude.. THIS PLACE MADE MY EXPERIENCE VERY NICE!! I CALLED BEFORE COMING THE MAN WAS ENERGETIC, RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL, ALSO TOLD EXACTLY WHAT I’LL PAY INCLUDING TAX BEFORE COMING. HE ALSO TOOK MY NAME,SOON AS I GOT THERE HE KNEW WHO I WAS AND HAD EVERYTHING READY. 🙌🤗 I paid the same price for new one that the salvage yard was trying to charge THAT DISNT EVEN HAVE. The only thing I dislike is their warranty, it’s only 7days after purchase 🤷‍♀️. It’s been two weeks since I had my headlight installed no issues 👍

I highly recommend Simco Automotive! Nine times out of ten their prices are cheaper than autofit which is one of their main competitors and more importantly you dont have to wait an hour trying to get your part even if you called it in for layaway or will call. If you call in your part they will already have it pulled and have your invoice ready for you! All you have to do is pay walk outside check your part make sure its the right one in and out in less than 10 minutes which cannot be said about autofit where youre going to spend about an hour picking up parts. And if you would like to talk to an expert who is highly knowledgeable when it comes automotive body parts ask for Dennis Bonilla he is extremely professional and pleasant when calling in orders or just for prices.!

Danny is absolutely the best employee here. I always use him for parts. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable on parts. I have never had a problem of receiving wrong parts with him unlike issues ive had with other sales people even at different stores.

Rude, dumb employees, never in a good mood have to say the worse place to deal with, we have been around over 20 years and never had to get screwed around on exchanging a part that doesnt fit right, bumper was packaged in exact condition it came in, was not even close to fitting. I definitely would not recommend these guys. Theyre severely lacking in customer service skills and dont stand behind their products. Ive been a shop owner for 12 years and have been in the automotive repair business for over 20 yrs. Im not sure Ive ever experienced a lack of professionalism with any supplier like I have with this business.
