After my car was broken into, these guys were able to replace my window within a few hours. I appreciated the way most of the interaction can be done via text. Made everything much easier. Five stars.

First time entering the building no one greeted right away, almost seemed I was getting ignored because they seemed extremely busy. Work was done quickly, but service was not completed fully, and my car was not returned back with all functions restored in proper condition. Work completed quickly, but quality of work below expectation. Visited company multiple times to fix issue, but they were not able to fix. Also, promised an additional service, that in the end was not able to get complete. There also seemed to be run around when it came to consistently getting in touch with representatives. Would call phone and call would hang up multiple times before anyone answered. Overall, did not have a good experience in my first few experiences with this group and ultimately still have not gotten work fixed. There could be a lot more professionalism with the organization of how work getting completed and having a better follow up process when work is not completed.

Krystal was extremely helpful and accommodating. She located the perfect window for my truck. Much quicker and more affordable than ordering the same part online and having it shipped to me. Highly recommend.

2nd windshield they replaced this yesr Good price but both times they missed their install window and then had the wrong window for the car.

Would give 0 if possible. Shady business practices. Was told they are 24 hours. Only to be told moments later they aren’t, but they will be open at 8am and have the part. Installation taking about 1.5hrs. I show up the next morning. Ask to confirm it takes about 1.5hrs was told it wouldn’t be a problem. Told me to wait in their waiting room. 2 hours later I have to go ask what’s up. Turns out they didn’t even have the glass. It was on order, but they took my door apart already. At this point I’m trapped in a construction zone of a waiting area(like actually under construction) for 2 more hours 4 hours later I finally get my car, and while checking out they asked if I wanted to leave a tip. HORRIBLE experience. If you need anything done in a quick or timely manner don’t come here! They will lie disassemble your car and trap you hear for hours on end.

Very unprofessional service. Staff were unfriendly act like me being there made them actually have to do something. Technicians were illegal workers who broke my head liner cause they did have a clue as to how to remove it. They trued to push up the price by pushing me through their body shop for a leaky window seal. Please trust me don’t use them. There’s better shops in the area. The manager Scott cussed me for telling them not to do the work they wanted and I was going to take it to a different shop. “Real professional”

Had my windshield replaced, and after a few days noticed the rear view mirror was on upside down. After a phone call and a few texts to get the address correct they sent out Elliot the next day. He fixed it in a jiffy! I really appreciate the customer service. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a new windshield.

Weekend get away to Houston ended with someone breaking into my car.They were able to replace my glass in 2 hrs same day so i could return home.

I recently used this business to replace a side window for my vehicle. They had the part I needed when the dealership stated they would have to order it. Price was reasonable, easy to make an appointment and job was done quickly within the same day. Got a call when it was done and they even vacuumed broken glass from my vehicle. Only issues I saw was the need to go over the seals to ensure the fascia was covered properly. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience.

Great experience with Atlas Auto, I would recommend them based on their quality of service and professionalism. After someone smashed a window and broke into my husbands truck I called one of the Atlas locations and spoke to someone named Allan who gave me a quote on the window replacement. He was quick to respond and worked with me on the price and the appointment. Due to COVID a few of the Atlas locations are temporarily closed so I was directed to go to the Dallas st location. Although it’s going through some construction, this location did not disappoint. The employee we spoke to there was helpful and friendly, we left the truck and within two hours our window was replaced. Working with this company was easy and efficient and we were happy with our final product.

Ive had some body work done here on two separate occasions. Both times Mr. Marion Aquilina gave me honest advice, did great work and the price was very fair. He wont try to sell you stuff you dont need. The last job involved painting some large panels and he did a great job matching the original color. Id highly recommend Aquilina Body Shop.

Had a side window broken into last night. Didn’t want to use Safelite because of cost. Texted with TJ this morning, he quoted me a good price and they could take me this morning. Went in first thing and was out in about 90 minutes. The price was right and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend these guys.

Very reasonable prices and excellent quality of work.

I had some body damage and a busted side mirror. After contacting dealerships and other shops, all of which told me it would take 10 days to get the parts, Aquilina said it would have them the next day and start the job. And they did. I had the car back three days later and they had done an absolutely magnificent job - like new, literally. I definitely would recommend them. Also, very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent work. Prompt and personal service. These are people that almost make you want to smash into something so you get to go see them. (That last part is not completely true, but they do make make dealing with mishaps so easy.)

Excellent service. Came in with water accumulating in the rear of my minivan. Was expecting a hefty repair fee maybe even an insurance claim. Marions tech found the leak, resolved it, dried out the carpeting and insulation and reinstalled it perfectly for a quarter of what I was expecting to pay. Great communication throughout and exceeded expectations. Will use as my go to neighborhood garage from now on.
