Had to use these guys for a car accident I was in… I know after an accident your will not quite be the same but for a customer to tell them they have a problem and that problem is not looked into it makes you wonder why you pick them in the first place… I keep hearing a bumping and knocking noise and I was told I couldn’t get an alignment, so after looking close at the part that was replaced I noticed a significant size gape on the bolt… even after speaking with the mechanic, he never wanted to take it for a test drive.

Will use them for life! Great process and amazing work. The owner is honestly just a really great person and it shows on all levels.

Brought my car here for a hit and run repair. Took them about a week so it was pretty fast to me. Fast and beautiful work with matching the color.

Sketchy, advantageous, and misleading. Honestly this place has a negative reputation among other collision centers. I knew from the beginning that this place will hold my car hostage and take advantage of my situation and ring out my insurance for outlandish lot fees and tear down fees. Always demanding cash from my insurance as if a major insurance company check will bounce, removing fees and adding them, and giving my agent and I the run around. They are quite deceiving, but I can spot faux compassion a mile away. I knew I would do my best to get my car out of their lot asap and I did not want to add more cash flow to this business. In addition, I did not ask for my car to be turned in to this lot. I had asked the tow truck driver to bring it to me residents and he had simply refused and explained that I owed this business money and they could assist me.This is my experience and I suggest you check on yelp as a second source because I suspect the google review are false. The google review are oddly procured. This company as a reputation among my peers and in addition with other collision shops. So I will leave that at that.Please, dont fall for any sweet talk and check what you are getting into. Read the fine print, ask questions, record audio, ask for a copy, and never pay upfront. You can find better workers, managers, and owners elsewhere who value labor and integrity. its not this place.

I got into a accident. went up to the shop 3 times to check on my car each time i went up there they were so nice the woman at the front mercedes was very professional kind and sympathetic to my concerns and needs shes followed up with me called me all the time to give me up dates as well as the man scott my case maneger there i guess you would say overseered the case and made sure everything was in tip top shape. he also kept me updated through the end. infact what BLEW MY MIND was when i picked my car up it was nice and clean but what i didnt expect was when i got in and they litterly vacuumed detailed and cleaned and organized nicely my whole vehicle! now i have kids and dogs and it looked like a tornado when they got it i was blown away at the commitment and love and support they put into that i didnt ask or expect that and they went above and beyond god bless them they were AMAZING!!!! IF YOU GO SPEAK TO THE FRONT OFFICE WOMAN MERCEDES AND ASK FOR SCOTT HES THE BEST!!!! HAD MY CAR FIXED IN TWO WEEKS OR LESS!!!!!!!!!

This is such a fantastic place to bring your car. My insurance recommended this place and it was my first collision so I was relatively new to any of this. When I walked in I was greeted very politely and professionally. The staff welcomed me and guided me through every step, explaining to me everything little by little. The end result was amazing my car was basically new!

Tow truck driver was very helpful to get the car there, instead of taking it to the tow yard& then having to pay extra to get it out of the tow yard.

They do really awesome work and are the friendliest people I know, they will help you with your claim and can put you in a temporary rental. They start working on your car the next day if not the same day to get it ready for the adjuster to look at the damages. The customers I took left happy. I dropped off my car for body work and picked it up and my car is now in the repair shop. I dont know whats wrong with it. Also, My windshield was being replaced and somehow my radio functions arent working now. They do not return calls when you leave messages. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone I know.

Staff were super helpful! My only complaint is their closing time of 5 pm. It makes it hard to drop vehicles off for repair after work.

...YOU ARE NOT JUST STORING YOUR CAR YOU ARE AGREEING TO PAY 500 UP FRONT AND 275 FOR THEM TO DO THAT FOR YOU! If you have ever been in a wreck before you know that all companies wait to hear from the customer and the insurance company before they start to break down a car for an estimate. Do not trust these people and if your tow truck driver is Kenny he is scamming you too! If you are in a wreck just have the car towed to your house and let your insurance handle it from there. These people will charge you outrageous fees in the small print. Use any tactic to get you to sign a paper. 500.00 dollar tear down fee AND THEY DO THAT IMMEDIATELY. They say if you continue to use them they will not charge that. Why would you use a company that already tried to strong arm you to stay instead of doing quality of work to convince you. They charge extra days that you were not there also. The rental car was a joke, hail damage and they charged extra days on that also. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS ALL THE BODY SHOPS AROUND KNOW THEIR REPUTATION. IT IS SHAME THAT THEY CANT BE BLACKLISTED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANIES.

This is the first time I have had to have body work on my Subaru Forester. After reading reviews on the internet I was not sure about using Eagle Collision, located on Hwy 3 in Houston. I was surprised as I drove past the facility how large and clean the it was. I decided to have Eagle Collision do the repairs and am so glad I did. Mercedes and James, my repair team, handled everything from the rental car to keeping me updated on their progress and making sure the repair was done in a reasonable time frame

This past weekend I was headed to San Antonio. When on Friday morning after doing some last minute shopping I was heading home and there were a couple of dogs that decided to get onto the road. To avoid hitting the car next to me and the dogs I swerved onto the curb damaging my back rim and tire. Since my car is small my back fender bumper also received some damage. I called my insurance I was told I would have to wait until Monday to see if they could approve any work to be done on my car.   Luckily I was able to google near by auto repairs shops and Eagle Collisions was the closest. I called and I was able to speak with the owner Samir. He was very understanding of my situation. I explained that my insurance wouldnt do anything until Monday. He said if you pay cash I can give you a discount and have your car ready early tomorrow morning. He also gave me the option of a car rental if I wanted to wait for my insurance. I decided to pay cash he had a driver take me and my groceries home and pick me up the next day to get my car. They did a very well job even washed my car couldnt even tell I had damaged anything. Id recommend Eagle Collisions to anyone. Especially of you dont want to miss your own vacation.

I was referred to this place from windhaven insurance. This was my first time and when I walked in and asked for the owner “Samir” he assured to me that everything would be fixed according to the insurance estimates. Samir finished the job before the estimated completion date. He did a fantastic job & quality work, compared to other collision repairs that I have been to. My car was taken by a tow truck to eagle collision. My car was there for 7-10 days untouched because I didnt sign a authorization form. Understandable. No call to inform me of this form. Took 40 days for my car to be done. No updates, I called almost everyday in hope to get an answer. Constant reschedules of completion date for my car. My adjustor Guillermo aka Memo was worthless. Wouldnt recommend him to anyone! David Hicks (manager) went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction as a client. Speaking with him got all my issues resolved. If youre going to go to Eagle Collision I highly recommend you speak to David.

This place is the worst. I took my sons 2013 Chevrolet Cruz to have it repaired after someone hit it. Eagle Collision did not repair several things. 1 they were supposed to do an alignment. They didnt do it. 2 the axle was bent. They didnt replace it. When I go to pick-up the car theres a scratch on the opposite side from the accident. They tell me theres no way that could have happened there. My son has pictures off the car on the tow truck clearly showing no scratches. They say since I drove the car home they will not repair the damage caused while in their shop.If you like your car do not take it to Eagle Collision. They charge for things not done and damage your vehicle and dont claim responsibility. I had an estimate done to fix what they damaged this is going to cost me $900 to fix the damage Eagle Collision.
