I did not use this facility however, One of the Drivers Representing this Company was very rude and threatened my husbands life. An issue occurred where the driver was probably called to tow a vehicle. My husband and his co-workers are working construction nearby. My husband asked if they were okay where they were parked. The Tow Truck Driver was mad and Stated Do not Block my Driveway (this was not his property). He mentioned September 1st the laws just passed ( Texas law allowing people to carry handguns without permits) as he reached for something on his back. You should have never messed with a repo man because I already know where you work and where you live. My husband decided to walk away to end the conversation, as he drove away the driver was recording my husband. I do not see the need for this other than to cause fear 0This driver also followed my husband till the end of the block. . The actions of this Driver are very unprofessional and speaks allot about this company. There was absolutely no need to threaten my husband or anyone in that matter in a situation like this. I hope this company takes responsibility in their Drivers Actions and does something about it. The Tow Truck Driver had License Plate of T1602L. I also called this phone number and was told to call a different facility to put a complaint since the Manager of the Drivers is located at the Lockwood Storage. I called and was told everyone was gone for the Day.

My review is well overdue. I first encountered Elite when my car was in accident and the front bumper and side of my car was damaged. I was met with an awesome tow truck driver who took me to Elite, set me up with a rental and worked everything out with my insurance with nothing out of pocket. In such a stressful situation Elite stepped up with awesome customer service. Part 2. I just went back to get some work done on my car with a reasonable price, OEM parts and again the same excellent service and communication as I received 2 years ago. I will be coming back for more work and recommend Elite for accident and service needs.

This review is long overdue. This shop does excellent work. All the staff are pleasant and great to work with. I have had work done on several of my cars and the body work is always outstanding. They worked with my insurance to give me the best deal possible. I have had other cars done under the manager, Tony at his previous place. He is fabulous to work with. Always pleasant. They gave me a loaner to use while my car was being repaired. This is the only place I will have any body work on my cars.

Honestly, they helped me a lot. They were not able to fix my car due to the insurance being ridiculous but they helped me through it all. When the insurance came to try to tow my car away without my permission, they made sure to keep my car safe for me. Thank you Elite! If I ever need repairs done, I will be sure to come to you!

Great Customer Service!! The staff has shown nothing less than great assistance!! The quality of the work is awesome!! Ms.Christina and Ms.Lynn was extremely resourceful and understanding!! Mr. Tony was very pleasant and reasonable with the pricing. In addition, the parts were provided with warranty!! Lastly, the work was done a timely fashion. And no additional expense were charged. I was having a minor issue that several repair shops werent able to fix, and they went right ahead and fixed it in 10 minutes for free. Staff was friendly.

My truck had to have frame work done and headlights replaced also an alignment. Several other details were taken of, the truck was done in just a few days. Customer service was impeccable recieved calls on every issue/problem, they kept me informed. The the truck looks amazing and drives perfectly 👌

Getting t-boned certainly ruined my morning, but from the moment their wrecker showed up, and until my car was returned, it was the best possible experience. The wrecker driver told me what I should pay attention to on the cite of the accident, and kept me calm. I was given a choice where to be taken. The moment I showed up at elite collision center they gave me coffee(morning coffee is a necessity in my life), pen and paper, and told me what insurance would ask to have it ready. They rented me a car, after giving me an option to take me to any other rental place, and dealt with the insurance where I didnt have to do a thing. They sent picture to the insurance, so that approximate appraisal happened the same day. They called me twice a week to tell me what is happening. When I called them, they were attentive and gave me all the information I needed. It has been a few weeks since I got the car back, and it is absolutely back to the condition it was in, and if something goes wrong, they have a lifetime warranty on their work. Everything went so great and so smooth that I was even worried that I missed something. I didnt. It cost exactly as much as insurance said it did, the car is exactly in the condition I expected it to be, the service was stellar, and everyone is amazing. I dont recommend getting into a car accident, but if you do, I do recommend going to elite collision.

Moe and Mike are great people. I unfortunately had my car towed while I was in McDonalds. So it shouldnt have been towed. When I called to tow company they were kind enough to bring my car back to the restaurant. When I got my car back I noticed damage to my car due to them getting in. There was damage to my side paneling on the door and a puncture to the seat. Well, when I called them and explained what happen they asked me to bring my car in. They looked at the damage and were able to fix it for me. They owned up to their responsibility. Way to service your customer. I appreciate.

My second time I coming here because someone bumped my car while I was parked and took off....they retouched up my paint and fixed my fog light with no problem. Theyre great!

My daughter had an accident before moving from Houston in hitting an Huge pothole dug bu the City that had been poorly marked. The tow truck driver for Elite Collision noticed her on the side of the road and immediately took action and helped her and myself, (as I was way in Fort Worth), navigate through the whole process of the night. He made sure that I got the pics I needed, the police report, the car towed, and my daughter safely home. He was indeed a lifesaver that late night.The staff at the Collision Shop did their best to keep us informed as to what was going on and brought forth great results in fixing my daughters car. My vehicle was brought here by my insurance and it has been the easiest process ever. The hit was pretty bad and I really thought the whole process was going to be long and stressful but I have been pleasantly surprised. From the moment it got it there to when I picked it up, I was updated throughout, and it was done in way less time then I thought it would it take and plus it looks great! It was definitely refreshing to go somewhere and deal with a company where things go effortlessly and smooth. I got into a major car accident and my car was towed to Elite. Staff there were really helpful and understanding. They arranged a rental car and handled all insurance paper work for me. My car required over 11k dollar of work and took more than a month to complete. I picked up my car today and it felt and drove like a new car, even smelled like one. I highly recommend this shop and will return for all future needs.

Our Audi A8 encounter some hard times after my wife took it through the Methodist hospital garage. Yancy in the front office helped coordinate the work, she explained the insurance process and coordinated the rental. The shop sent us emails daily giving us a status on our repair and it was completed on time. Aadel was helpful in explaining the complexity of the repair. Sam the shop manager made sure the quality of the work met elite standards. Im pretty particular about my cars and most of the time I need to send it back to make it right. Elites work was right the first time and the damage? ...what damage? Like it never happened! They even waxed and buffed the whole car to a mirror shine and brought the stained rims back to life!We hope we dont have any more body damage on our cars, but if we do, we will be back at elite!

These guys did some work on my wifes car. I would recommend them to anyone seeking body work.

My husband used this company through his insurance and all they were supposed to do was fix his tire and fix his bumper which the tire had messed up when it was going flat. My husband went to pick up his car after 2 weeks. When he received the car all of his sensors were out of wack they had cleaned the car and the engine squeaky clean (that great you might say) however, the fuel wasn’t getting to the engine so the car would stall on top of all his sensors being out of wack. He called but it was to late so this morning he called and Dianna (one of the many managers we talk to) stated that they cleaned the engine and did the work on the car detailed the car all of this extra stuff that wasn’t asked to be done was done to his car. So of course as his wife I’m upset because he has to have a way back and forward to work and to get our kids, so I call I then speak to this guy (who is now the manager) Mike he states to me this happens all the time and even told me that I can’t be mad because he cleaned the car, I then expressed I wasn’t mad and asked to speak to the shop owner because he was rude he then stated, he was which I later found out he was not in fact it was Adam (the shop owner) who was the head guy and owner of the shop eventually mike hung up in my face and I did call back and ask to speak to Adam she told me he wasn’t there she didn’t know his schedule and he is only able to be reached by email!! I find all of this extremely hard to believe and I will be looking more into it this place is horrible I wouldn’t take me car here please take your car to an actual dealership people who really know about cars because this place doesn’t and they do things to your car and mess it up and don’t take blame for it DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

I experienced GREAT customer service here! My Tahoe was here for only 2 weeks and the office staff always kept us updated. When i got my car back the work looked amazing and they detailed my car. I will be taking my car there if i ever need body work done again!

A couple months ago I had what I thought was a minor wreck in my dream vehicle. State Farm would only tow it to the nearest body shop regardless whether or not they are qualified to repair your vehicle. Mindless to say these idiots had my truck for almost 2 months lying like it was the parts that was taking so long. A lie! On November 13th they called and left message in my voice mail telling my truck was ready. Eager to have my vehicle I rushed to the body shop to pick it up. I was very satisfied with the body work but when I drove it off their lot I noticed something was not quite right, the heater was blowing very cold air and it was 30 degrees outside, there were warning signals that read engine overheating, coolant empty, temperature gage rose to red very quickly and there was some clicking knocking noise like a hose or something loose. I took it back to these idiots and they said something about it needing to reset itself. I drove it off again and it was doing the same thing. Took it back and they claimed they had taken care of it. These people were not trained to repair or service a land river vehicle. Mind you I drove my vehicle and it overheated and my engine burned completely up. These idiots say they are not at fault and lied to the insurance about them warning not to drive vehicle . State Farm dropped the ball and elite collision told a fat lie to cover themselves. The news has left me devastated. Please don’t ever allow these people to touch your vehicle. And if there is anyone out there that can help me rectify the situation please reach out.

Ive been using Sam and his crew for years. Hes very active in the community and helping when he can. Ive never seen a shop this clean and this big. Theyre constantly working hard. I always see many high end vehicles like Ferraris and Lambos being worked on there. If those owners trust Elite, Im sure my little Honda will be in good hands.

The collision happend in the evening and my car was towed here by a very nice man. I recognized the name since my husband would bring his car here for a fix up every now and then. From the day my Toyota Camry was towed, to the day I picked it up, it was all a very pleasant, and smooth process.I was called within 48 hours to go over the estimate that was done and to confirm that I wanted the repairs done. I was in the accident on Wednesday and I was told my vehicle would be ready by the following Monday, to my surprise, one of the ladies up front called me late in the morning on Friday to let me know it was ready!When I got my car, it looked (and smelled) brand new! They even vacuumed the inside and you wouldnt be able to tell I was in an accident. I was very satisfied with how I was treated and of course, the work that was done on my car! They have earned my business and I will be back if I need anything done on my Camry.

I was involved in a car accident and my car was blocking the traffic I told tow trucking man I didn’t want him to touch my car I can move it myself he continued to hook my car and ended up charging me money I didn’t have ! Then told me he can take it to the lot and have to pay 220 there instead of the 167 ! I understand if I needed it and I asked u but my car was driveable and this was a major RIP OFF !

Okay sooooo my vehicle was involved in hurricane Harvey. I went thru my insurance to have my car fix, so I picked this place. 1. It took them a little over a month to fix my 2. I got my car back with DEEP scratches in my bumper where they put the seats back in and supposedly they are “professionals” and inside my car there is more deep scratches in my councils in the middle where the gears are. I got my car back dirty and with grease hand marks around my doors. I’m beyond I unsatisfied with their services. Now after the 1,000 that I had to pay and the month I was left without a car, I’m having to buy new parts for my car because those deep scratches look HORRIBLE! I’m posting pictures later if I can

I almost got hit by two wrecker drivers that thought it was OK to speed and swerve in and out of traffic. I wouldnt trust this company to tow your vehicle after I almost got hit by both of them.

We used Elite Collision to repair a damaged (minor accident) Nissan NV200 van. Overall, we were quite pleased by the work Elite Collision. This is essentially a lay persons opinion, because I am not a car expert or a car repair expert. I rated this firm as five stars. Actually, I would have given them 4.5 stars if Google allowed it. A few specific notes.1. The work appears to have been quite thorough. EC found and fixed problems that a different firm might have ignored. EC spent a week or more tracking down a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) glitch. Basically, the TPMS light refused to go off even after EC replaced a sensor and reset the system. It turns out that the van had a damaged wheel that had to be replaced.2. The overall quality of the work appears to have been high. This is difficult for me to judge (not being a car repair expert). However, everything look good (body work was required).3. EC communicated with us quite well. We received any number of phone calls, texts (EC does texting), and Emails. EC requested and obtained approval for all of the repair work.4. The repair was not free. EC may have charged less or more than another firm would of. I have no information on cost competitiveness.5. EC took several weeks to finish the repairs. This was a bit longer than we expected. However, the thoroughness of the work appears to be why. Since time was not really of essence, this was quite helpful to us.6. EC has a quite convenient location and plenty of parking. The shop and office are a block or two off of SW freeway.7. We asked EC to do a state inspection of the vehicle. EC does not do state inspections. However, they did (at our request) change the oil.Overall, EC did a good job for us and we would recommend this firm to others.

Took my vehicle in for estimate and when I went to pick it up not only did they leave all the paint from the estimate they removed window trim from my door and promised to replace it ! What a joke never replaced and hasnt returned my calls! Would never refer them to anyone and if I have any other insurance claim I wont be going back there!

Monday, May 29th, Elite Collision responded to a single vehicle accident on Waugh Dr. Elite Collision towed a disabled vehicle but failed to clean up parts from the accident, including fluids (oil, transmission fluid, and antifreeze) on the street surface. These fluids drained onto the curb and are still present as of Wednesday, May 31st.
