I love coming to Expro Auto Collision whenever I have repairs that need to be made to my car. My aunt recommended this place after her car accident a while back and I’ve been coming ever since. The staff is super helpful and friendly and overall excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

Think twice before trusting this place. I have been calling for the past weeks trying to get an update on my vehicle and unfortunately I have not received not one single call back about my vehicle which was supposed to be finished by now. So after two months of waiting I cant even get them to give me an update on what is being done to my vehicle even after they have been paid in full my the other persons insurance company. Im very disappointed that I left my vehicle with these folks. I thought they were good but apparently not.

As far as I can tell they did a great job. My car went from undrivable to fully functional in about 2 weeks. My only complaint is that they said they would call me on three different occasions yet I got no calls. I just recommend calling in periodically.

This shop is full of liars and THIEVES. Very unprofessional and non responsive. My car was towed there after an accident by a wrecker driver who works for them. 12 DAYS LATER, THEY STILL HAD MY CAR AND REFUSED TO RELEASE IT! My insurance company just needed to know the charges of keeping my vehicle there- they NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE FOR MY INSURANCE COMPANY or me. Ive got pages of screenshots where Progressive had tried to get the basic info needed to no avail. After almost 2 weeks of them jacking around and me going out there twice, I had to get the media involved. They racked up a ton of storage fees and finally released it when channel 2 got involved. It was an absolute nightmare. BEWARE!! They clean these reviews up regularly.

Took my car to them after an accident. Everyone was very helpful and the process Was fairly easy got my rental and even though the repairs took a little bit longer they kept me up-to-date on what they were doing and when they were going to be completed. If it was to happen again I hope not but I will definitely bring my truck back

If you get in a car wreck on I-10W do not allow any tow truck to touch your car unless they confirm that you will not be brought to this place! These guys are con artists who are willing to say and do anything to squeeze money out of you during one of the worst experience of your life. Scammers! Your best interest is not their concern and theyll lie if necessary.

I had my car repaired here after some pretty bad damage during a hail storm and they were able to do amazing repairs! From a video call I received the job was done great and in only a few days as well so my car wasnt out of service for long. Once I saw it on person the I confirmed the job was amazing.They are also a part of the Allstate Good Hands Network, so I would highly recommend to someone looking to get paintless hail damage repairs.

It took a little longer than I wanted BUT... When I got in my accident, the tow truck driver got me there, Quickly and when I found out it was a GEICO shop I was glad as thats who I have insurance with.I was really concerned my car would not drive the same after they fixed it, but their rep assured me If we are not certain if wont drive the same, we wont fix it.What impressed me most was they had put it back together and found another problem. At first I was upset, but then again how could I be? They didnt rush and they took the time to make sure it was right! The car Drives better than ever BTW.People have told me horror stories about collision repair but their attention to detail and their friendly staff (especially the Ukranian Lady at the desk) turned my experience into a positive one. If I ever need collision repair again they will be my only stop!

On December 3rd I was driving down Memorial when a guy in a Dodge Avenger cut in front of me. I called HPD to file a report and both HPD and Expro drivers were on the scene in less than 10 minutes. I was worried and upset because I had only had this vehicle for about a month and wanted it to look good as new.
