Found Royal collision online and decided to call due to their reviews. Joe was was polite and helpful from the minute he picked up. As busy as he was he made time for me to bring my car in the next day. He helped me handle all my insurance needs and walked me through the entire repair process. Once he got to work he had my door painted in a weeks time frame. Did a great job! The paint looks brand new. Best part Joe took all my calls and even reached out to me to update me in the status every steps of the way. I would recommend Joe and his team to anyone. This team does great work.

Very professional great service

About a month ago my Mclaren 12C unfortunately had its front bumper damaged due debris falling out the back of a vehicle on the freeway. The car is fully covered in PPF, but unfortunately the debris was able to break through the PPF scratch the paint and dislodge one of the parking sensors. The color is Ice Silver, which was a limited MSO color from the factory in 2011-2012, using AkzoNobel paint. Ive very particular about my vehicles as well as protecting them properly. Needless to say I was devastated and concerned about who to entrust my car. I shopped around for a few days and spoke with a few friends who are former Mclaren Technicians about where to take my 12C. I received multiple recommendations for Royal Collision for both their capabilities to match difficult paint as well as top notch PPF installation. I was told to speak directly with Joe. I took the car into the shop, and Joe immediately recognized the paint and told me they would match it, but to be patient as he wanted it to be flawless.I picked up my 12C yesterday and was nervous on the drive over knowing how tricky matching the MSO paint can be, considering Mclaren does not release paint codes. When I walked into the shop and saw my car I could not see any difference in the paint from the other factory panels and was amazed at the level of detail Joe went through to make it right. The PPF was also done with an extreme attention to detail as all edges were perfect with no lifting. I talked with Joe for almost two full hours and his passion for exotics, as well as taking care of his customers, is definitely at the core of his business values. Its very rare these days to find a business that exceeds your expectations and delivers as promised. I left the shop with a smile ear to ear and will be returning for any future work.Its also nice to talk to folks who are Formula One fans as well!

Royal Collision has a friendly staff and does good work consistently. Ive had two vehicles serviced by them and each time their work was thorough and looked great. If I had any issues following repair completion, Joe or Sergio were available to take care of it right away. When it comes to having your car repaired, the number of shops availability can be overwhelming, but if you take your vehicle to Royal Collision you can rest assured the work will be done properly and professionally.

Yousef aka Joe is very unprofessional. He robs insurance companies (fraud by the way) . Do not take your expensive vehicles here. I had the experience of dealing with this crook about a year ago and hes a thief.

Even though these guys specialize in luxury cars, they handled my repairs with the same respect. They worked closely with my insurance, and gave me timely updates on the repair. This place is awesome! I took my “basic” car in to fix the trunk (it got slammed the night before and twisted, it wasn’t closing at all)They were very professional, quick and helpful!!! I was expecting to spent hours to days to fix the problem but no😊 it was fast! Just in within an hour!I would definitely recommend this place! And if I need anything in the future for my car I’ll be coming back!

Although Royal was not able to fix my car in particular, they did a great job of explaining to me what was wrong with it and why they were unable to complete repairs. Joe and Sergio are stand up guys who really care for their customers. They walked me through a very tedious exchange with insurance companies and did their best to remain patient and even explain things to my father who does not speak English well. If you have a car that needs repairing these are your guys!

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail! Finally a body shop that prides itself on their quality of work and customer service. I tried out this shop based on the reviews, so I was taking a chance. Glad I came out ahead with my gamble. I had the bumper replaced on my car and they matched the paint perfectly with the rest of the car. The seams on the body panels are tight and even and they washed and detailed the car prior to me taking delivery. The part I loved the most was when Sergio explained what they did and found when they did a tear down of the car. Also, the price is fair given the quality of work youre getting. Amazing bodywork! I too was doubting the credibility of all the 5 star reviews, but they actually do live up to their reviews and deliver quality. Had someone key my car, went in to have it re-painted and it looks flawless, cant even tell it was blended at all, looks like it came from the factory.Would definitely recommend if you want something done right

My brand new car is currently with Joe at Royal Collision. The entire right side needs repair and re-paint. Right from the start, dealing with Joe has been a pleasure. I explained to him the situation and what was wrong with the car and he said bring it in. First thing he did was take me into the shop to show me the work that he does. There were Ferrari’s, Lamborghini’s, you name it, back there! He showed me a few almost finished cars and told me what damage they fixed…You would have thought it came right off the dealer lot!Joe is extremely nice and professional. Insurance companies suck, and he knows that, so he deals with them for you. He found some damage to the quarter panel that the insurance estimator did not include in the original estimate. He called and told me he will submit a supplement so that he can get the job done right. I have not even seen my car yet, but I know it will be 100% right.If you have dealt with shops around the area, you know they may not always keep you in the loop. Joe will, like I said, he already called me to tell me he is submitting a supplement.Joe runs a fantastic shop and I am excited to get my car back good as new!!!Royal Collision may not be on your Insurance’s select service shop list, but that doesn’t matter. BMW M2 (long beach blue) had some bumper damage, these guys are top notch! Color match spot on! We also had them repair a scuff on wheel - no one wanted to touch due to smokey grey color - they (Joe and Shareif) hand matched it and its perfect!They were very patient - they want perfection, they made my car look exactly the way it should!Oh- drove in from Corpus Christi too! They made sure I had a rental ready, they made sure parts were original. Start to finish top notch service and car work!

I am very impressed about this place talking about great customer service the receptionist is super friendly and great service and the owner Joe is amazing right away pronto after I left a message he quickly respond back to me in the early morning :-)! I also compared to all auto body shop that he is very observance and he is a perfectionist and he really does a fantastic job all his cars look so perfect after it gets done :-)! They fix all types of cars with the worst Collision to a brand-new looking car:-)! There is exotic cars that you never seen they do an amazing job he is so good that other people from other states will drive their car or send it to him to fix the damage Collision of their cars :-)! But I also wonder where is the other men that helps out to do this job I just see two other men but I dont see them working on the cars! They have coffee for you to drink while youre waiting and they have a decent size of waiting room:-)! Their prices on the car to fix it is pretty high even higher than the Mercedes dealership:-(! Another strange thing I dont see a restroom in there :-(! So, if you want your exotic and collectors cars to be fixed dont worry they have security cameras all over the place so nothing would happen to your cars! Hopefully, you all do not have the same type of accident or any accident and collision like I did when someone purposely hit your car while youre watching it done and you screaming on top of your lungs begging and telling that man to stop and he will not do it whats even worse he tried to get you to pay for his damage after he damage your car on purpose and blackmailing you that he will not give you his insurance until you give him yours and not only that he refused to give me his phone number and the wrong driver license number and address and him screaming at you while youre telling the truth and is so obviously it is his fault theres no way you can not see my car in the world while it is beautiful gorgeous day sunny and clear and cool and I saw him get into his car and I saw him looking at my car if he backs up anymore he would of flipped my car over or do more damage:-(! I just got this car no more than four months ago and whats even more worse devalue my car and now my car is worth $6,000 less or even more I have never had an accident before I am 55 years old and this is my first time what is even shocking I wasnt even inside my car this car has never been in the accident now it is marked in the Carfax my dream car which is convertible Mercedes car sadly been marked and damage:-(!

These guys are the best of the best in the business. Very kind hard working people, very prestige and outstanding work. I had my F350 king ranch repaired here and I swear it wasnt the same truck. But it was and couldnt believe my eyes of how well of a job they did.I was in another accident 2 years later and took it back to get it repaired for a 2nd time and still couldnt believe my eyes and how great it looked. Joe and his brother know how to take care of people and provide them with the service and good work they deserve. Definitely good people to go see to get the job done.

Strongly recommend this place! Great job and very nice staff. I needed my car to be fixed in less than a week because I was going out of town on the weekend, and they finished everything by Thursday! Joe was also very communicable and sent me a photo during repair to make sure everything was ok.

Typically, anybody who visits an autobody shop is having a bad day. In my case, my car had been vandalized. The owner, Joe, was very professional and helped me get everything rolling quickly with my insurance company. The damage to my car required a total paint job (except the roof). When my car was finished it looked better than brand new! I would 100% recommend Royal Collision for any body repair, they were fast, professional, and fairly priced.

Sharif is great guy to deal with. Sharif was honest about the repair and he took great care of my car while it was at his shop. He guys did excellent work fixing a door ding on my Shelby. Matched paint and decals perfectly!!! Had car out in less than a week. I highly recommend these guys.

Great work; no hassle. Joe was very responsive to all my concerns and took care of all the insurance company hoops and even hounded the rental car company when I thought they were charging me improperly. Everyone knew who I was and which car was mine immediately each time I called with a question. Even though Im a Taylor Swift-loving girl who quite obviously knows nothing about cars, I had nothing to worry about with Royal Collision. My husband just (jokingly) suggested I dent the other side of the car so I can take it in and have it redone to look as good as the side Royal Collision fixed.

I knew coming in that these guys were probably not accustomed to working on extremely rare and exotic cars of the western hemisphere but after having a reassuring phone call with the owner I timidly brought in my 2015 Mustang GT (Metallic Gray). They were honest and up front with me about everything, telling me they had never worked on such a fast car, which perplexed me, so I asked the owner why not and he responded Stangs are too much for me to handle, I am a proud man but I know my limits. All in all I got my car back in short order, felt extremely taken care of and the work itself is amazing, my car is 100% now. If you are like me and cry at night due to paint chipping on parts of your car that are only visible if you were run over by the car than this is your place. They will make things right and make the car new. Sorry for the late review, meant to submit this about 8 months ago or so.

Over the last several years, Ive had paint and body work done on my cars through numerous shops. I am meticulous and picky so I was never 100% satisfied. Then I was referred to Royal Collision by a friend and I can tell you that, hands down, they are the best paint and body shop in Houston. I got a dent in my new car few months back. Being new to the place and a new driver who knew very little about cars, I was very apprehensive about were to get the repair done. Thank God, I found Royal Collision(RC) on yelp.I had called several car repair shops, but RC was the only one that responded promptly and aptly. Joe quickly reviewed the damage and let me know what needs to be done. Carbon fiber reinstalled shoddily, to say the least! I am sure that the fender they replaced and charged about $3,000 for, is the same fender that it went into the shop with. How do I know? Because it has the same rock-chip that it went into the shop with, only with a dab of touch-up paint!!!! They must think everyone is stupid! They had my car for at least 5-6 months. I got Royally screwed... The owner said he would fix everything but, I think it should have been done right the first time.

All the 5 star reviews were correct. I was a bit skeptical at first because not many businesses have near perfect reviews. My BMW M4 had pretty extensive damages and Joe and Sharief took care of it like it was theyre own. There were even problems with the car that insurance wouldnt pay for because it was not visible to the naked eye so Joe used his own time and money to correct it. If he didnt, my rear wheel would be off balance still. Like all the other reviews say, the car looks like it was never in an accident, like it just came from the factory. They dont cut corners so if you have an expensive car and expect to be in and out, it will not happen. They take their time to make sure everything is right and Im so glad they did. I wouldnt hesitate to trust my car to them again if I were unfortunate enough to get into another accident. Thank you Joe and Sharief!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! My brand new 2104 car was the victim of a hit and run at the rodeo. The damage was less than my insurance deductible of $1000, so it had to come out if pocket. I researched several body shops and decided to have the repairs done with Royal Collision because of the customer service upon entering the door, best estimate, and the quality of their work. Seeing Ferraris & Lamborghinis in the shop also made me feel comfortable they were going to do a good job. I AM SO GLAD i didnt go anywhere else. My car looks BRAND NEW! They matched the pearl color perfectly. And had my car ready EARLIER than estimated. Management was so helpful and kind- very professional.

So I decided to ride with the other body shops that had 4 stars but taking my car down to those shops, they was not convincing me they could perfect fix my car which is a newer version of the charger so I decided to gamble with the choice of taking my car to This royal collusion place that had 5 stars and gamble with this all perfect business but After royal collusion had finished working on my car it came out brand new with the good work of Joe and Sherrie. But I must tell yal the catch, I was so pissed they decided to worked at the pace at which my insurance company paid them which drove me really nuts and crazy!!! 😡 but I mean I later came to the reality they running a business and not a Voluntary Organizations but I felt way better wen my car came out brand new.👌

I only wish I could give Royal Collision 10 stars instead of 5.Unfortunately, a night out in the town for wine caused me to scrape my M4s from bumper. I love my car, I even named her.. shes everything to me and we are closely connected. I dont just hand her off to anyone but after hearing about Royal Collisions work from a friend, and reading their amazing reviews online, I decided to meet with them and see what they could do to get things right again for me. I am SO happy I found them.I walked in and I was greeted by the young girl (I forgot her name, sorry!) at the front desk and then introduced to Sergio. They both know cars and it was easy for me to tell that Sergio was enthusiastic about the car scene and wanting to help me. I asked him to re-apply Xpel clear bra on the front bumper of the car since the previous installation would have to be removed. I found the quote to be fair for the level of service, attention to detail, and impeccable work they do. It was the first and ONLY quote I received for my car.. I left him the keys and requested to please keep my car inside the garage and not outside so that Houstons heat wouldnt do a number on my leather in the 2 weeks I waited for the cars return.During this time, Sergio would always call me to keep me updated on the cars progress. I was in Miami and he gave me a call with photos to tell me that the shop who installed my carbon fiber splitters and front lip did so incorrectly causing damage to the bumper. What I appreciated was that he never tried to upsell me - I could have left it as it was because he told me it wouldnt show once the accessories were put back on but it would if I were ever to remove them to sell the car. I told him to fix it.Joe, the owner of Royal Collision, is a stand up, professional guy. Everything about him just oozes ... perfection. He wants his work perfect and he wants his clients happy. Which is why when the owner of that previous shop called him to speak about the work they had done he stood up for me despite being friends with them. He also personally explained the situation which I appreciated because I know hes very busy.I just got the car back today, as promised within the 2 weeks timeframe. IT LOOKS AMAZING. The paint is an exact match, the Xpel is done flawlessly, and my accessories were put on perfectly. The front parking sensors work awesome. Someone rear ended my 2011 Carrera, and they had Geico. The recommended shop was just a Toyota dealer body shop...I didnt feel right leaving a Porsche there. I check around and Royal Collision had stellar reviews on Google, so I decided to call. They were instantly educating me on the in and outs of insured repairs. They are also true car guys. Glad I called and used Royal, otherwise unseen damage would have been left on my car by shady practices of insurance company recommended shops, aka quick dirty and cheap shops. They fought for every little thing that my car needed, going the extra mile with protective decals for tail lights, with the proper replacement sports exhaust, with the match to my black metallic paint, and on and on. My car is back in my hands looking perfect.

I was skeptical about all the 5 star reviews, but they are legit. Royal Collision is a great body shop and they deserve the 5 stars!I hit a piece of semi tire tread on I10 (debris on Houston freeways - imagine that) and broke the front bumper cover, air box, and fog light on my Hyundai Accent. I did some research and came across Royal Collision center.I took the car down and spoke to Shareef. Not only was the estimate very reasonable, they were able to squeeze me into their already very busy schedule and then went the extra mile and got the car done on time - even though they had trouble finding one of the parts. Not only does the car look great, they saved me 2 extra days on my rental.This is a great company and I will definitely recommend them to anybody needing body work.

We recently suffered some major front end damage to my wifes brand-new Yukon. My insurance company wanted me to take the vehicle to Service King, so I did. Despite the fact that my insurance company had let them know I was coming, when I arrived they refused to talk to me because I did not have a appointment. When I advised them that my insurance company had already arranged for me to be seen by them, after begging and waiting for an hour, they agreed to do me a favor and had a service advisor quickly look at my car. He stated that the vehicle was still drivable (it wasnt) and that I needed to make an appointment to bring it in, at which time, they would decide when they would fix it, most likely three weeks later he said. I wasnt about to have my wife drive a car with a broken windshield, smashed in front end, plastic rubbing on the tires, with smoke and burning rubber smell coming out of it for at least three more weeks. Thats when I decided to look for my own place to take it.There is a reason why Royal Collision has five stars on Google. The experience could not have been more different with Royal Collision. Right away, Sharif had me bring in my car, inspected it, and let my insurance company know that it was not safely drivable. He obtained a rental car for me, and got to work on fixing my car. Despite the Thanksgiving weekend coming up, and the Christmas holiday, they worked on my car diligently. The only reason that it took some time to get the vehicle done was that the major parts they needed for it were on back order. Sharif showed me proof from GMC that the parts were ordered but would not be delivered for a month. Once the parts arrived, they had it fixed within a week even though they were dealing with a holiday schedule. Joe even made sure to take care of a manufacturers recall for me while the vehicle was in his shop.I am telling you, Royal collision, Joe, and Sharif are all top-notch professionals. My vehicle came back looking better than new and drives just like it did before the accident. If you have a high-end vehicle, and or care about your car, if you should need a collision expert, Royal is the place to go in all of Houston. I was not disappointed.

I was recently involved in a multi car collision on the Katy Freeway which left my VW Touareg with major damage to both the front and rear bumpers and exhaust. The collision facility center that my vehicle was initially towed to provided me with an awful experience - the type of place where you could end up if youre unfortunate enough to get caught up in a road accident - no customer focus and very poor service.So I did some quick research and found Royal Collision - seemed too good to be true that a collision firm could get such consistently high rating...not so...as soon as my vehicle was relocated to Joes workshop it was a transformation. Joe and his team took the time to step me through what was required, estimated timeframes and costs and were very prompt in engaging with my insurance company to avoid holdups. My car was returned to me looking better than it did before the accident and drives perfectly.I can highly recommend Royal Collison to anyone whos looking for a professional, quality and friendly car repair service.

Joe and his team at Royal Collision are the real deal. I had scraped my 2 month old Acura ILX against a pillar while parking in a deck - there were many scratches and dents along the back side panel/door. Based on a friends recommendation, I went by for a quote. I knew I was in the right place when I saw the Lamborghinis and Ferraris in the shop. Joe was easy to work with and quoted a fair price (even checked against other shops). They finished the work when promised (4 days) and within the quoted estimate. It looks brand new again! The customer service was also top notch throughout the process. Very pleased.

This is my #1 auto body shop. Joe is a really awesome guy. Im a very picky person when it comes to my vehicles. I dont drive your average vehicle, so when i need to get work done to my car, this is my shop of choice. They have the most experience with high end vehicles (ferrari, lamborghini, aston martin, bentley) but they also take care of all other types of cars as well! They are quick, friendly, and reliable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.
