I brought my car for repair estimate. They told me it was about $900.00 if I would pay them cash. They asked me to pay them $1,000.00 more after that. However, it was not done well when I picked up my car after a week in the body shop. Once again, I had to leave my car there for two and half days to fix the rough dripping paint on my car door and the scratched/damaged door trim panel that they are supposed to replace at the first time. For the third time I had called them to make sure everything was completed before I came back there again. They said that everything was fixed. This time they used the black paint to cover scratched and damaged areas of the door trim panel. Also, the rear door trim panel was not fixed either. They wanted to keep my car there for one more day to fix it with a glue. It could be a super glue, I guess. This is really a lousy job.Please stay away from this body shop that did not do a professional job and customer satisfaction. All of my friends and I never return to their shop for any mechanical or body repair. This is a lesson learned for everyone. You should ask them to write down a repair estimate and list all the items that need to be replaced and/or repaired. Your car should be washed and cleaned up so that you can see how their job performance are before you pick it up and pay them with your check (no cash).

These are professionals that do excellent work. I love the way the problem is fixed the FIRST time, I dont have to return for the same issue multiple times and they take care of my car. I didnt have a/c because I needed a condenser. The repair saved my life. I have not had a/c issues with my car again.

This place is horrible!!!! The mechanic broke the replacement part I bought and broke several other additional parts. When I came to pick up my vehicle, the parts were scattered in pieces, they spilled ash and cigarettes on my seats and floor. When I asked the man to clean the mess he told me that it didnt matter because the car was already dirty. (Which it was not) in the end time and money was wasted and because of this place. I will not be going back here ever again and I dont recommend this shop to any one.

Brought my car mid day Monday. Was told by Ned it would be done by Saturday. Asked him like 3 times and Ned said Saturday. Couldnt stress it enough right? Well Saturday comes and no call. Im like okay I wont rush them so they mess up trying to do it all fast so I dont call on Saturday. 4 p.m Monday still no call... So I decide to drive to the place and see whats up. Got there and Ned told me the painter guy was sick so he missed 2 days. Why was I not informed? Not a single call Monday, I had to show up so I can know what happened! Unprofessional. Ned then told me that it will be ready around the same time I showed up tomorrow which was 4 30 pm. I give them a call around noon the next day (Tuesday). Asked Ned if it will be ready at the time that he said. Ned said yes and to not show up bc he will call me. Ok so 5 30 pm hits and I still have yet recieved a call from him. Gave him a call and Ned told me that the painter didnt finish. Wow. Told him I needed my car since Saturday and he said and I quote if you want you can pick it up only thing is that it hasnt been buffed yet. Wow again. Very unprofessional at that point. Told me yet again it will be ready the next business day. So now I wait until tomorrow noon. Will NEVER go back and will NEVER recommend anybody to go there. Very untrustworthy.
