Took my BMW535i for oil change and brake service. Cant fault the customer service, faultless. Advice on repairs was sincere and friendly, they even kept the parts that were changed to show me when I came to collect my car. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I absolutely loved this auto shop. Very trustworthy guys and very accommodating. They were in and out. Used layman’s terms and had a better price than everyone else. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

I got an alignment and was pretty happy with result. My car doesn’t shake anymore. Atlas has an alignment specialist who focuses on only alignments and uses advanced computerized car alignment with lasers to ensure proper alignment. They did it for $100 (usually $120) with a $20 referral discount from Discount Tire. All in all, very happy with the job. Thanks Atlas!

I went to Atlas to get a tire rotation and alignment after I had the tie rods replaced. The service was great and the waiting room sparkling clean with WiFi and coffee that I was able to use to get some work done while I was waiting. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ill definitely be coming back for my general maintenance needs.

Nothing is ever available and when you do want to wait you have to wait 2 to 4 plus months

My experience at Atlas Auto was great! I went to get an inspection elsewhere and was told that the emissions test port wasnt connecting and that I would need to have that inspected before I could get an inspection. I wanted a second opinion and went to Atlas Auto because it was in the neighborhood. The manager was so kind and helpful. I brought the car in on Friday morning and he was able to fix the fuses and complete my inspection by Friday afternoon. He was so sweet and told me the history of the shop. I will soon be back to have my brakes checked. This is an honest shop and the manager was very helpful! Thank you Atlas for all you do! You have a customer for life!

Best mechanics in SE Texas. Honest and friendly. A treasure resource for us. We love our two old cars and Russ, Don, and Mike keep them running. Without Atlas we would have been forced to dump our cars and replace them with soul-less trash. Bless these guys.

I found atlas a few years ago and am pleased to say that i have found a great partner in Russ and Atlas. recently had an issue w jeep grand cherokee and Russ spent time and knowledge with the dealership to help them realize the problem was covered under warranty. ($2000 avoided) thanks Russ!!

The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to repair my car in a timely manner. The manager even gave me a price adjustment to help me out. That said, the parts and labor seemed quite high. Still, the quality of the work was great, and they do use dealership parts.

I drove right into the shop with my car smoking the manager was a little upset for liability purposes but they took awesome care of ME and my car! I hate car shops and usually do most of it myself but this time it was more serious and I’m actually super pleased. Price was decent. They’re awesome 👍👍👍

Im so glad I was referred to Atlas Auto. I had them check out a used vehicle that I am purchasing. Wow, I learned so much and am so glad . There was work that the dealership (large well known and trusted) was not mentioning or was saying it really didnt matter...In the end, the work was done, mostly by the dealership, but Atlas finished the job correctly. Have nothing but good things to say about this place! We start with the quality of work and customer service! Been taking my 750li to a different mechanic and something dint sound right about the quote he gave me. Did some search and was recommended to Atlas Auto went there Russell explain what was the problem and the mechanics where on point with their workmanship. Turns out my previous quote was 4 times higher!!! What a relief, I found this guys. Got my car back in one day, back on the road and will be coming back and highly recommend this place for any car repairs!

Jeff and Russ do a great job of explaining car repairs clearly and there is no pressure to perform repairs that are not immediately necessary.Fair and honest. I am torn because they do an amazing job but they are also incredibly expensive. Several occasions where my Infiniti was diagnosed and fixed within a day however there eventually came a time where a new car was a better situation than continuing to pay for repairs.Russ really does know his trade. Make sure you keep those coupons in the mail! Every dollar counts!

Great service. I took my car there to get the check engine light looked into. They looked my car over, checked my fluids, and reset the light. They didnt find anything wrong so after working on it they returned my car to me with no charge. I will be coming back here.

I dropped my BMW X5 car off as I had a breakdown on I-10 near dairy Ashford. I’d used this garage before, as I used to live on The same street for five years.This time, they “fixed” the problem and asked me to pick up my car the next day.. after paying $1900 the car indicated an engine problem on the Highway as I was driving back to my new home, so I had to drive it back to the garage within 10 minutes!The next day, I picked it up and drove to BMW as I felt something wasn’t right.They inspected the car and said something else needed doing; but For the work I had got done, i was overcharged by $200The agent would have charged $200 less!I should have checked around..

These guys are amazing. Not only do they provide expert, honest car care, but they also genuinely care about protecting their customers interests. On two separate occasions, Ive called them about specific problems, and they have found ways to have the work done free at dealerships under little known or unpublicized extended warrantees. They always have excellent recommendations for any work they cant do, but so far I havent found much. I will never work with anyone else so long as theyre around.

Impressive. Very quick, very knowledgeable, not after your money. In fact, Discount Tire on 11512 Old Katy Road recommended Atlas when I asked about alignment, when I called Rus, he gave me a $20 discount for taking Discount Tires recommendation.They had me in and out of the shop in 40 mins. I will come here again when I need something else.

Did a good job, was kind of expensive though.

We took my husbands car in and they said the radiator had a hole in it and it would be $980 to fix it. Later the same day we took my husbands car to our old mechanic in Meyerland for a second opinion. We picked the car up the next day and he only charged us $342 for a new radiator, new hoses, and labor. This place was trying to charge over $500 more for the same repair. Save yourself the time and money and bring your car somewhere else. I even went in to tell them they were charging over $500 more for the repair and they suggested I keep using our old mechanic... zero customer service on top of ridiculously high prices.
