Ive taken my 2008 Civic to Burden over the past few years, & theyve always been amazing. Theyre different from any repair shop Ive ever been to. There are so many places that try to scam you into getting something you dont need & that dont put good quality work into your car. I never have to worry about that with Burden. Theyre honest, fairly priced, & SOOO NICE. Tim & Brian have always taken good care of me. Also, the waiting area is always clean & even smells great! Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

Brought in my 2001 Honda Accord this morning without an appointment. I had two issues that were fixed without any labor charge. They were minor fixes but they did an excellent job and did not charge me any labor. I had them check my brakes and turned out I needed new Pads on the rear wheels. Did the brakes for me and the grand total was very reasonable price. This is where to go for your Honda car repairs. They do an excellent job and quickly. Highly recommend this auto care business for any and all Honda owners. Remember Honda models are their speciality.

It’s very hard to go to a new mechanic for the first time with out knowing any of the history of the shop. I’m a very hard judge and I was very impressed by the professionalism, quality and over all honesty. They even did a quick point check because I just purchased the vehicle recently. I’d definitely would go back and I’d recommend them to good friends. I went in at 10 am dropped it off and I was finished at 3 with NO appointment. Do yourself a favor and definitely give these gentleman a visit. I have a 2009 Toyota Avalon.

Had access to the parts when needed and were able to diagnose and do the work in the time needed leading into a holiday weekend. Better than the stealership by far. Would trust them to care for the Honda again.

We use Burden Auto Care exclusively for our Acura TL. The technicians are well trained. They go the extra mile when there is a problem. We worked together to eliminate a rattle that required their technician Max to ride around with us for 10 minutes. They are affordable. While there may be cheaper places, there is no place we have found that provides the overall value. They are easy to work with.

I tried several shops/dealerships in the Houston area and always came out with a string of other issues. Burden is a god send. They treat you and your vehicle with respect and don’t charge an arm and a leg. If you own a Honda this is frankly the only place in Houston I recommend.

Ive own only 2 cars in my lifetime so far, both Honda. We were recommended this shop by a co-worker and I have only gone here since. Ive never had any issues with work done or cost. It has always been quality work and a few times they gave me workarounds to certain issues when dealing with an older vehicle, which I appreciated. As I got older and started to learn more about vehicle maintenance myself, I stuck with them as my shop. Fortunately I hadnt needed work for some time so it had been a couple years since Ive been to them but one of the owners, Bryan, still remembered me and my car when it came time for maintenance. Theyre the reason I continue to bring my car there and also why I dont want to buy anything other than Honda. Keep up the good work!

I’ve referred them to my family as well as friends. I even have friends coming from across town to have their vehicles serviced by them because they are honest people. The technicians are able to quickly diagnose the problem, and make necessary repairs if needed also by using genuine Honda/Acura parts. Ive been coming to Burden since they first opened and they had taken care of several of my vehicles. A few years ago I moved out to far Cypress and had a few other shops maintain my cars since they are closer, and I lost touch with Burden. Recently, I had a brake problem with my Accord and went back to Burden for them to fix this, and I am so glad I did. Honesty, integrity, top notch technical service and a fair price. I had almost forgotten what that was like in a sea of mediocre, high-pressure and overpriced shops. I have no hesitation in recommending Burden to anyone. Thanks David - you guys are truly the best.

First time here and was pleasantly surprised. Friendly service with outstanding time estimate. I was on my way to Honda when I saw their sign. I quickly Googled it and asked how much it would cost for what I needed. Needless to say it was cheaper than the dealership. I made a same day appt. and asked how long it will take.I was greeted upon entering and inquired about an additional service. Quoted a price less than half of Honda dealership so went ahead and had it done too. Transmission and brake fluid exchange at same time and was out the door in 40 minutes. Yeehaw!! Plus, both services combined were same price as Honda for just a brake flush. Plus I was out of there in about a quarter of the time it wouldve taken at Honda Express Service. 😊09/2021: Ive returned to this service center several times for routine maintenance & repairs and the service is always impeccable. You wont have to worry about inconsistent service or shady mechanics when you come here. You are treated with respect and not taken advantage of like at some places.If you are a woman you can feel comfortable coming here as they dont try to take advantage of you.

I came in for the 100k mile service which is a timing-belt and water pump because the cost was significantly lower than most shops and I wanted a dealer alternative that I could trust. The work was done and the shop agreed my car looked great and didnt need anything else, a welcome change to car maintenance.When I mentioned the transmission shifted a little rough they went ahead with a software update rather than a more expensive procedures, chasing symptoms, or even replacing the transmission which saved me a lot of head-ache and money. The owner also pointed me to service bulletin the dealer should address under warranty,again saving me a lot of money.I will keep buying Hondas and keep using Burden Auto Care as an alternative to using the dealer, while keeping full warranty on the car with documented service and saving money.

I have been going to burden Honda care for the past 15 years. They are very good at fixing Hondas and Acuras. They took care of my Acura MDX, TLX and Honda Odyssey. I also got my wife’s Lexus GS 350 service here too ! The cost is about half of that at the dealership. The mechanics are nice and friendly.

Our family has had 2 cars repaired here on separate occasions. On one visit we came in thinking it was a more expensive part that had gone bad, they checked and it turned out to be something less costly. Man I believe this place is out to get your money! I came here when my Honda wouldnt start up and they said I needed a new battery and an new alternator which added up to about 600 dollars!! Luckily, my brother told me to look somewhere else and I did and found out I only needed a new batter which was 120 dollars! That was it! The owner is a mean dude too and seems to not care that he is ripping people off! I would recommend not to go here and find a better quote or service somewhere else!

Fast diagnosis, very good service and super fair price.

Went there last December 2016 to replace my transmission shaft seals. Had a 2002 civic ex. I dropped it off the around 530ish and like around 11 am next day they called me and told me it was ready. I then drove to Mississippi a few days later and everything has been good since. My only minor complaint was I had Honda MTF in my trunk I asked them to use and they didnt. Not a big deal though. Will def be going back.

THE place to go for Honda and Acura owners to escape dealer high prices. They know their stuff and are extremely efficient. Waiting room is very comfortable and has Wi-Fi. Highly recommended!
