Ive never had a better experience, from start to finish these guys went above and beyond to make sure my car was running properly again and back to me as soon as they could get it done. Even when dealing with my warranty company (ex-warranty company now), they advocated on my behalf and never gave up. Im beyond pleased to be a customer! I thought that I would get a fair estimate but to my amazement after searching other businesses,they were three times more. And the business of operated my people of the Muslim faith. I moved to Houston about two weeks ago and my AC went out in my car within the last hour of an 19hr travel. Christian Brothers was recommended to me by carmax. Christian Brothers staff are polite, professional and efficient. I was kept updated on on vehicles progress throughout the repair. I was taken to get a rental car even before my warranty company and rental company had cut through the red tape of billing. And when my repairs went over by a day for my rental allotment Christian Brothers picked up the extra day. I would definitely recommend them for your vehicle repair needs. Excellent team. So I had car troubles yesterday morning while headed to work and had to have my vehicle towed to Christian Brothers Automotive Champions. My car was broke down at IAH Airport but I knew I wanted this shop to take a look at my vehicle. They have an awesome courtesy shuttle service.However I feel a bit ripped off bc I was told and gauranteed one price ($729) and it still tripled ($2139). I ended up losing a hundred and thirty something dollars on a 30 minute inspection of things I already know.

Andrew, Richard and everyone there are just a great group of guys. They set me up for an appointment the day after I called them about my A/C problem. They are a very respectful group of people and did an amazing job on getting my repair done. They even dropped me off at home and picked me up when they were done. I dont know how long the service I got normally takes but I felt that it was done in a timely manner. I was showed a video of the test they ran. I received a 24 month warranty which is covered nationwide. Just by having the work done by a great group of people, the confidence was already there. They even did a check on my tires, which they dont service. If youre looking for a place youll be at ease and for someone thats looking out for you and not just another name, stop by Christian Brothers! You will love your experience!

Im so happy with Christian Brothers Service!! When I started having issues with my car I took it to a different shop which just guessed at the issue, put in a new starter on a hunch, and charged me $350. Obviously I would up at Christian Brothers because that didnt work. They were very careful and deliberate in diagnosing the issue to ensure that they actually fixed it. It was a highly technological problem so they even had a specialist work on it. All in all I had my car back in less than a week and paid a very fair price. Not to mention, they were super accommodating with helping me pick it back up since I couldnt make it there during business hours. If I ever have an issue I cant fix again, Im taking my car here!

The office staff were extremely pleasant. They brought me photos of the damage my vehicle had and discussed options with me. They were very knowledgeable and even told me what was important to fix NOW (for safety) and what could be put off until later. They also offer a shuttle service to get you where you need to go. Took my truck which was not running to weigh our options on either repairing or purchasing another one for our son. Let them know we did not want to spend too much but were willing to pay what was needed to get an answer on whether or not to move forward. Ended up getting a 99% sure we have can fix the issue for about $1200 (statement from their shop). A little hesitant but they convinced us they would get it up and running, we paid to get it repaired. ONE DAY LATER it broke down doing the exact the same it was doing before. We towed it back and they offered us the option to pay another $400 to replace the starter and THEN they would continue seeing what the original problem was, which we already PAID FOR. Obviously we just towed it away instead of giving them any more profits from us.

Mike, Thomas and Andrew has done work for me and my son Jamal and Derrick . I would not dare let any one touch my vehicle . The whole team there kept me inform on my car . They gave me the best advice on my car . I trust them with my vehicle. Theyre are polite . No over charge in prices like some other places. The waiting room was nice and clean and the staff in the office were really nice and courteous. When I returned the car home my guy noticed greasy boot scuff marks on the door jam and oily prints on the door jam, he was not pleased with the condition the car was returned to us.

So I had my check engine light come on and I needed to do a deep diagnostics on my car. They were so reasonable about the price for that too. They did a smoke out on my engine to find where the air leak came from. And In the end told me every little thing that was wrong with it. They had broke it down with parts labor and total so that I can understand it. It was an amazing experience! Unfortunately, my car is pretty old so there were a lot of problems, so I asked Thomas if it was worth fixing or if I should just put money into another car. Thomas told me his honest opinion and I sat and thought about it and decided to just switch my car in and get a brand new one. They also gave me extra information to help me pay for my car to be fixed!! Andrew and Thomas were amazing! Their customer service was top line! And to all the guys in the shop as well GREAT JOB!!! I gave Christian Brothers a try since their reviews were good and they were located within a couple of miles from my home. Im happy to say that their work (a major electronics repair along with routine maintenance) on my truck was excellent and it was also great to learn that my extended warranty was honored at their facility. Ill be taking my other cars to them for service as well.

They recommended other services, but I told them I had a budget and they were able to stick to my budget. When I called because I didnt understand the report that was sent to me they explained what cams and shims are for and how it was something I could get fixed, but it wasnt a problem with regular tire rotations. They were respectful of my vehicle and I really appreciated the pick up and drop off aspect of how they handled the repair during COVID19NEW REVIEW:Today July 7, 2020 I had an experience here that has lost me as a customer. I have been coming here for over a year any time my car needed a repair. I have a 2005 dodge grand caravan and because it is so old, it has needed lots of little repairs here and there and Christian Brothers had always been my go-to place.However today they turned their back on their values and hurt my trust. They claim to be the honest mechanic who wont overcharge and will do a good job and wont recommend unnecessary repairs. My driver side window motor broke. I watched 4 videos on youtube on how to repair it and I looked at how much the parts would cost online. The total the job would cost me on my own was $74.04. It would take probably an hour and a half of labor if I didnt make any mistakes. I called Christian Brothers and asked them to replace the motor and regulator. They charged me over $120 for a diagnosis and said the motor and regulator needed to be replaced. Yes they charged me to tell me the same thing I already told them. Then they sent photos showing what was broken. I noticed the water shield (a part I have seen now in all of the videos I watched) was ripped off of my door. I asked if they were going to replace it, because it wasnt in the estimate. The person on the phone (Richard and then later Chris) said that there isnt a watershield and I dont know what I am talking about. They told me there is just a speaker cover for insulation. I disagreed and we had a small argument, but I couldnt do anything about it.Later they called back because they questioned the guy working on my car and he admitted there was a water shield. They were going to repair it for free because they had been so awful to me on the phone. I appreciated the apology, but I wasnt happy to have been treated like I am stupid. The proper response to a customer that says It looks like this [insert any part] is broken should be ok we will look into it not argue with me about how I dont know what I am talking about. It was belittling and rude.Also the prices were so bad. They were so high. The labor cost was only $75 and I thought that was very reasonable, but the part cost said it was over $250. When I looked online at doing my own repair the cost of a motor and regulator for my make and model was $45.06. What parts are they using that are more than double that price? It felt very much like I was being taken advantage of.When I picked up my car they said sorry again and that they were wrong. I appreciated that and I accept the apology, but I dont want to come here again. If I am going to be treated like an idiot by my mechanic, I can go to any of the cheaper places in this area. They also said that they would reimburse me for my Lyft/Uber fees because they werent doing the shuttle service, but they did not reimburse me and they did not take it off my bill.I will be back for my free watershield because they promised to replace that part, but I am not spending any more money with them. What I have learned is they will break promises, they will overcharge, and they will not be respectful to their customers.

It really is such a blessing to have an honest & capable car place! We have had so many positive experiences here over the years.At other car places, I would always feel like they were probably upselling me, but I didn’t know enough about cars to really push back. You know that feeling? Here, I can trust that they are recommending what’s actually best for me.I could write about a lot of really positive experiences we’ve had, but one today stands out. We had a car repair here done last month, but the problem came back a week ago. It appears that the problem may have been misdiagnosed the first time, so they credited us back the cost of that original repair! Something like that could probably have been covered up on their end (since I know so little about cars), so that really solidified my trust in them.I feel really lucky to have found a good car place in the Klein-Spring-Champions area!

I have had repairs done at this Christian Brothers location multiple times over the years and the only negative I can think of is they arent open on weekends! (Though that shows how much they care for their employees.) Everyone Ive dealt with there has been friendly, helpful, and patient. I kept one rep on the phone for 20 minutes once, asking questions about repairs and why they were necessary, and never once got the impression he was trying to rush me off the phone. The manager, Thomas, is friendly, funny, and personable and seems to genuinely enjoy his job and interacting with customers. I have also never once felt pressured into getting a repair done, which I appreciate. I cant recommend these folks enough.

Always great service. Drove me home, picked me back up, and same day service on an alternator replacement. They also have done minor adjustments for me at no charge which is a life saver sometimes.You know when youre at the mechanic and he says something and youre pretty sure hes lying but you dont know enough about cars to call him on it? That doesnt happen here. Theyve always got a full bay and theres a reason for that.

First time there awful experience, almost two hour oil change was late to work. The bottom shield of my car came alose on my way to work, then had the nerve to tell me to drive back Monday, this was on a Friday. Who does that. I will never go back here again. Nor recommend this company to anyone.

Honest people that are willing to work with you. Worth the every penny in labour. They have financing options. We didnt have the extra money to pick up our car at the time and they let us leave the car for two days (no extra charge) until we could pay. They also have an option to put 25% down with a 10% charge, leave 3 checks, and have 90 days to pay it off. They really are very nice and are willing to work with you. This past Friday, I decided to take my car to Christian Brothers for an oil change. I got there a little before 8 am and there was no one there. I walked in and noticed all the mechanics were all inside. I let the gentleman know that this is my first time here and needed an oil change. He informed me that they were all booked. All I needed was an oil change, and I came there because it is so close to my office. It was clear to me that they did not want my business. I dont think I will ever go back there again

I took my 2005 Volvo into CBA for an analysis due to multiple service engine lights. They did a smoke test and it turned out to be a non-emergency type repair. Luckily they were honest with me and for now Im opting not to do the repair until my budget will allow.Nice to finally find an honest repair center for my Volvo!
