Take your car here. This is the only place Ill bring my Audi A6 (C7) from now on. Been Ignite twice and tried a few other mechanics closer to me in between those times. Both times Ignite were head and shoulders over the other mechanics.Prices arent low but theyre reasonable and fair. They patiently explain issues. Theyre not pushy about non-critical repairs. Plus, they always show you the problem / broken parts they replace.My latest experience was with a sudden over-heating issue. Was going to attempt to fix it myself. I have experience fixing cars in past. Luckily I took it to Ignite. I completely misdiagnosed the issue and the internets guidance was wrong too. Within hours of dropping the car off Ignite called me back had a simple solution for part of the problem (fuse) and a straight forward plan to continue diagnosing the bigger problem. Pretty quickly after that call, they found a problem I never would have guessed (pulley vs. water pump) and, after getting my permission to proceed, they quickly had it completely fixed. If I had tried to fix it myself I would have went through days working on it and replaced multiple parts that werent a problem. Im confident if I took it to the other place I use they would have misdiagnosed it too and replaced a bunch of stuff that were fine. Ignite saved me a lot of money, time, and frustration.

This is my Import care care center now and I only need go to this place for service. Walking in the front door then you will be greet with a smile by Courtney. Just telling her what you need and btw, you can also calling ahead of time so they know your car info the moment you arrive. Good quite ambience background to sit, wait and plenty of free bottled water and coffee available. Courtney is so nice & helpful and Brandon is awesome master mechanic. He is used to work for Audi dealer and has a lot of knowledges & experiences working on imports but he is also able to do domestics too. Courtney and Brandon are both working hard everyday to satisfied their customers.

I had a great time at the shop! The 5 star reviews that I found on google about it are spot on. My a/c went out as I was passing through Houston visiting family and I brought my car here based on the reviews. Their customer service was excellent. They kept me posted on what was needed and promptly notified me when my car was ready. I got lucky that they managed to get the repairs done the same day. My a/c is working great now. I highly recommend their shop. You will not regret it.

Me and my family recently moved to the area and I had a not so pleasant experience at a local BMW dealership ( Avantange BMW ) which prompted me to look for someone else. Thats when I ran across Ignite Auto and let me tell you, I will NOT be taking any of my vehicles anywhere else .Mrs. Courtney is the best and Mr. Brandon is very knowledgeable when it comes to cars no matter the make and model . Ignite Auto is fair and will not do work that is unnecessary . I would definitely recommend them to anyone thats in need of vehicle service .

My a/c on the 2011 kia stopped running, so I went on a hunt for a trustable mechanic. My housemate’s boyfriend knows cars well, so I got his recommendation to go to Ignite. As soon as I met Courtney, I felt like I was working with an honest business. Before the end of the day when I dropped off my car, I got a call from Courtney, and she explained what the issue was. I approved the replacement of the parts, and my car was ready in a few days, returned to me in good condition. I felt like the price was very reasonable. I wish I had gone to Ignite for all my auto needs sooner. I highly recommend their business!

I hate all the sketchiness in the car service industry. I despise it. I have always felt like I was coming out of a giant car service Ponzi Scheme. This place is different, and Brandon is different. From the 20 minutes notice, to the Ill drop everything Im doing just to help you and make you feel welcome attitude, Im a convert. He walked me through the issues with my car, and was transparent with every single piece of information from the engine issues, to the pricing, I was very satisfied. Brandon knows what he is talking about, he knows his work, and he knows how to make a customer feel welcome. Great customer service!I was going to revisit my last mechanic, but I was browsing to see if something is closer and on par.Found this place with high ratings, decided to call and check them out.I usually can make decision from few mins of talking to someone.Courtney was very nice and gave info to me straight without the BS others would, like bring it in and I’ll see.All I care to listen was give me some of your best knowledgeable guess diagnostic and potential price or hours take...I know it’s might not be the issue, but if someone knows enough, he/she would throw you scenarios and estimate.Brought my BMW 750li in for emergency service and few other maintenance. Brandon took a look and identified what the issue was. Fixed them and did maintenance!Oh yah, didn’t know we are in same neighborhood 😂.
