I have just discovered this shop and love it! Stopped in two weeks ago for a vehicle inspection and found the owner to be very helpful. Plus his wife decorates for holidays which tells me they are family oriented and put in the extra effort for the little things. I stopped by last week to see if I needed an oil change and the owner took the time to explain how often I really need to change oil for a vehicle that isnt used much. He also showed me all the things that I should check which Ive forgotten over the past 40 years since dad taught me.

Such a nice automotive repair shop. James is super friendly and facility is super clean and inviting. Within 24 hours of having my engine overheat I have a new radiator and I’m back on the road. I had a service warranty with the dealership I bought my suv with and I still chose to have my suv fixed with Oregon instead. No wait and quality work. Such a good experience. Just nice to have a good experience these days especially when you don’t plan on things like this.

The staff at Oregon is very welcoming and helpful. The work needed on my vehicle was more than I bargained for however, the staff courteously explained the work that was needed and the cost of the repair. The repairs were done quickly so I wasnt without my vehicle for very long! The owner even helped get me to work a couple times when another repair was needed. I really appreciate working with the owner and staff at Oregon!

OMG, this place was a life saver. I believe I talked to Mr. Angel, he is an engineer and he was extremely transparent with me about what it would take to fix an oil plug that a previous place ruined. I am definitely going to be a return customer!!! They do all services here !!!

In the picture provided was my vehicle before seeing this shop. Within a single a day they fixed every issue, improved the vehicle, and gave it a wash. From entering the shop I felt no confusion or concerns of what service my car would be getting. The information was clear. The employees both listening and giving attention to my particular issues with the car. I appreciate that level of care when concerning my vehicle. Make your car happy and take your car to place where they love working with cars. That’s how I feel driving my car as if it got off lot today rather than years ago. Beware of this place. James Oregon has a very nasty attitude. They did a diagnostic test on my a/c and broke something under the hood in the process. Instead of fixing the item or at the very least offer a discount so we share the repair expense he denied his team did it. When they accepted my car into their shop, I was only having an a/c issue. He is a very nasty individual!

This family is the best! Had a big ticket repair on my Honda Ridgeline that I was not looking forward to at all and of course I waited till the last second before a trip with my family to take care of it. They diagnosed, repaired and detailed, they said washed but it was detailed, all by the tight time I gave them. On budget, and over delivered on service and quality! They had and will have my business. If you need a simple oil change or the big fix, I could not recommend a better place!

I went to Houston for a graduation and missed it all together because of a flat tire. My car was veering to the left or right without me having control over it. After changing 2 tires the issues still persisted. On my way back to dallas I googled for a mechanic shop near me and they popped up. I went in, and there was a missing bolt on one of the tire axles. They adviced not to drive the car because it was too dangerous,and since I had to be back they were going to make me sign a form that stated that they had warned me about the danger of driving a non drivable car. In Tehran time they were looking for ways to temporarily fix it to where it might hold for the trip. But as God will want it, they found a used bolt and they used it to replace the missing one and the best part of it is that they gave me a break by giving it to me for free. If I lived anywhere in Houston I will be a costumer for life. I have never been to a mechanic shop that treated me like this before. Thank you all to Oregon automotive.

Took my vehicle in for a check engine light and and intermittent turn signal problem. The diagnosis was preformed with in a timely manor and the work done to my vehicle was of the highest quality. I am very pleased with the whole experience I was treated with respect and everyone I spoke with conducted themselves very professionally. The cost for the diagnosis and repair was also very reasonable I will definitely be recommending this repair shop to my family and friends.

James and Angel are awesome! They are super nice and great at what they do. I had a problem with my car that I described over the phone to them at a little past 4pm, and Angel correctly diagnosed my problem over the phone. He told me to come there before 5 and hed get it fixed by close (6pm). They did just that! I arrived at 4:58 pm and they took care of it quickly and treated me so kindly. Will definitely come back!

After failed attempts in getting my 2008 Ram 2500 diesel fixed at another shop these Gentlemen were amazing. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They kept me up to date with what they were doing and had my truck back up and running like it should within the day. Wish I would have brought it to them sooner.

Upon arriving to Auto fix unlimited, the friendly office staff greeted me with a smile. I had been experiencing drift in my steering and I was expecting time without my car and an expensive bill. Mr. Mark Bailey, at Auto Fix Unlimited, assured me that he would diagnose and repair my car in a timely manor. I was able to walk out within a couple hours at a reasonable price. The friendly office staff and experienced mechanics give Auto Fix Unlimited five stars. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs minor or major repair to their vehicle.

After my starter died unexpectedly, Auto fix and staff were quick to get it replaced the same day. It was great that they also provided a ride to and from the shop while my car was in repair.They provided great customer service and made sure the job was done right.Would highly recommend to others!

Its not often that you find a shop with integrity. They take pride in their work. My first experience was with my Challenger Alternator. Bruce got right on the phone in front of me, calling different suppliers and to my amazement, he didnt just place the order with the 1st. Nope and he hung up. Made a few other calls until he got a fair price!! He was not going for cheap, prefers OEM. Since then, Bruce and all the boys there, have the honor of working on all 3 vehicles. They never try to over sell me, or any of the other bad behaviors of other shops. Clean shop, treats everyone like family. I live in area, have been coming to them for 1.5 years now for everything. Bruce is extremely knowledgeable and capable, as he installed my supercharger in the Challenger with some custom work needed. Its a perfect job without any hitches. Use these guys knowing that you can trust them.

Ive been having my vehicles serviced and repaired at this facility for about 13 years, and in all that time, and through all of the visits there, I have had nothing but a good experience. Im an FAA licenced aircraft mechanic, and therefor, understand, all the nuances involved in maintenance and repair. The staff is very knowledgeable in both repair and, diagnostics. The senior technician, Mark, has diagnosed some very, hard to define, problems, all correctly. They have a courtesy car to shuttle customers back to their homes after leaving their vehicle for repair. All in all, it is a well run, and reasonably priced repair and service facility.

Fixed my map sensor and radiator so I could pass inspection but wish they told me more about driving miles to reset sensors before taking it to inspections...they may had assumed I knew...any hay car runs better and passed inspection. ..thats what counts great repair job on my old car

I called, explained the issue, and made an appt for the next day. I was greeted with a smile and handshake, and my vehicle was immediately moved into the garage for diagnostics. The problem was explained by an expert, and I was given a fair price including warranty. I drove home in a perfectly repaired and safe vehicle. Have had no issues at all. Excellent mechanics, excellent customer relations, WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

I have been taking my vehicles to this shop since 1998. The head technician, Mark Bailey is extremely knowledgeable about cars. He will diagnose and correct the problem(s). Mark has been working on all my vehicles all these years. When I have to leave my car there, I leave with confidence that the repair will get done right, in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price.

Went in to have my BMW checked for some brake noise. They explained to me what was wrong with my brakes, and even showed me the parts they replaced compared to the old ones. I have been to other shops where I felt confused after I left about what work was done, but the guys there made sure I knew what they were doing. I felt very comfortable having my car fixed at this location. This is also the cleanest shop I have ever been to and the new owners were very friendly. Thank you Angel and James!

I am reviewing this business for the U-Haul truck rental (as promised a little while ago).This place is great! The gentleman who helped me is very friendly and helpful. And unlike *some* other U-Haul places, didnt nickle and dime me for a few extra minutes of late return. Because the dolly I requested wasnt available, he even offer the another dolly to me for free! I really enjoyed this rental experience, and if my car needs to be fixed in the future (hopefully not), I would not hesitate to visit this place because of the honesty and professionalism they have shown us.I only wish they could have more U-Haul trucks, since one of the days I want to rent the truck they were all rented out...

I have not visited this place personally, but the owners returned my wallet (to the JVPD) that they found on the street because I left it on my roof leaving from a nearby cleaners and I drove off. I will be bringing my car for a tune up this weekend. Thanks a bunch as the wallet was a gift.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place ripped us off. They charged us hundreds of dollars and didnt fix the problem. When my husband went back for them to fix it they got disrespectful and wouldnt fix the problem. Reviews and real experiences are everything, stay away from these guys!

Ive been going to Auto Fix and Mark, the master mechanic, for over 6 years now. Mark is by far, the best old Ford guy I know. Look foward to doing more work soon.

RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION! This place has ruined NUMEROUS parts on my vehicle. The owner drives the same kind of Suburban, from around the same year. Every single time we have gotten it back from them, new and worse problems pop up. My father has had to spend hours repairing the damage they have caused. Now I am out hundreds of dollars because they dont know how to install a starter and it cracked, ruining my battery, alternator and other various parts. I honestly dont know how they stay in business. They seem to not be that busy, so Im assuming they cause problems to arise because they know youll come back to have them fixed. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!! Youd be better off letting a monkey work on your vehicle. This review needs a Poor option. Theres nothing fair about this company.

Stopped by in October because my ac was not working properly. I went in the guys were amazing really helpful and seemed knowledgeable. After the test was completed I was told it was one problem and to repair it would cost 715 to fix this price was given after I was just charged 110 dollars for the diagnostic test. I decided to get the parts myself vs having them get them for me. Both parts needed were under 200 dollars. I phoned back to get the price for just labor was told 150. Something didnt seem right with that pricing. I had my car checked out by someone else while I went to work and nothing was wrong with my ac except something needed to be plugged back in. Had my vehicle been checked thoroughly Im sure something that minor would not have been overlooked.

From the first visit to Auto Fix the staff was very welcoming and pleasant, I knew then that I would be more than happy to return as I have and will again in the future. Keep up the good work guys and see you soon.

Good service, good price

Not sure where the original guy is anymore. We took our truck in when we went to pay we didnt have enough. As we were walking out the new guy stops my husband with our truck keys in hand to advise him that the truck had not been worked on this is after he tried to take our payment. Not sure what is going on however we took our truck in for one issue and got a call about 20 other issue that needed immediate attention. We just spent $2k dollars there a month ago why didnt you see these issues then? Time to look for a new mechanic and get a 2nd opinion.

I got my car inspected here. It failed for a tire, which I fixed that day. They told me I had 7 days to return for re-inspection, I returned on 3 different occasions and they gave me the run around every single time. For that reason, I took my car down the street to get inspected where they said I had 15 days to take it back to the original place of inspection. Just another reason Ill NEVER go back to this place. It was worth the cost of another inspection to not deal with a shady shop.

Brought the car in with some problems, sensor lights, brake work, and shocks, needing to pass inspection. They were honest and help me get the done in the most reasonable way, told me what I needed done and what could wait. Felt like a fair, trustworthy place, will go back.

I wish i could give a no star, they wrongfully charged me. I tried to confront them about the overcharge and they physical threatened me. I would never go here, very dishonest people. They take advantage of you tell you things that you want to hear and then in the end that screw you over. My advice is never go here unless you want to be cheated out of your money.

Run as fast as you can from this place. My husband went to get his truck inspected. They came back and told him that it had failed because brakes were spongy and didnt work correct. They told him they could check them for 49.95. My husband said no thank you but he still had to pay the 25.50 for the inspection. He went to another place and their mechanic checked and said there is nothing wrong with his brakes that they work just fine. I think they are just trying to make money off people. We will never take any more of our business there and will let everyone know they are rip off artists.

Mark has been our mechanic fit almost thirty years. He is a auto whisperer. I only trust him with my car. Please ignore the negative reviews because the manager that was the problem is gone. I have NEVER had a problem with his work.

AutoFix Jones Rd is the ONLY place I will take my vehicles to be serviced. Everything from State Inspections to brake jobs to a complete engine rebuild in my classic car, I have never had a bad experience with Autofix Jones Rd. The shop is clean, neat and has considerate, involved and knowledgeable management.They also have one of the best Master Mechanics in the city of Houston, Mark Bailey. I have had Mark servicing all of my cars and trucks for the last 25-30 years. I wont let anyone else work on them. Yes, I know this is longer than AutoFix has been at this location, but they were astute enough to hire Mark on their opening day and he has been the backbone of the service shop ever since.AutoFix Jones Road has serviced all of my current vehicles, from a 2013 F150, to a classic 1997 Jeep Cherokee, to a vintage 1966 Mustang. They are extremely knowledgeable about classic cars (not many shops are these days) and will treat you like royalty at a fair price.Quite frankly, you could not do any better in the Houston metro area for your auto and truck repairs. Your car is a big part of your life. Take it to folks who care as much about it as you do.

The guys there are nice, up front, honest, caring, helpful, and really good at what they do . They also try to work with you and get the help you need . They do talk to you first and let you know the problem before they do anything. Plus they go out of their way to get the part / parts you need to fix your car / truck, etc .

I needed an alignment for my car I went to Sears and got quoted 5.5 hours and $135.00. I said 5 hours for an alignment no thank you. I remebered driving pass the Auto Fix Unlimited on my way to the store, so i called them and not only were they friendly and informative on the phone they remebered me from phone call and not only done in an hour or so but the staff was great very friendly and welcoming and less than $100.00 for an alignment. Yall have my buisness anytime and my car drives like a dream thanks guys.

We’ve taken our car here twice now, and will differently be back. They took care of us. When my car wasn’t ready to be picked up due to having to order a part, they picked me up from work and gave me a loaner car. Not very many places do that hassle free!
