My car got into an accident (hit by someone) and had to find a place to repair it. I called many places and finally found this place. I was looking for a place not too cheap but with a good price and decent work as some other companies were trying to charge me a lot. And I got to find this place via Google map and called them. Matthew was the representative and he talked to me very friendly and told me all the details step by step. After all, I decided to fix my car right there, my car was an old car (95) so it’s in between totaled and fixable depending on the fixing price... but they did within the budget that the insurance company allows. They were very honest and told me how much they could fix with that budget and what is not. Although a few things weren’t able to be replaced (due to out of budget) and would not be the same as before, it came out just as fine. (See the pictures below) From my experience, I can recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a good auto place for fixing or repairing the car with the decent budget!Come and experience! John and team were referred to me by a GF. EXCELLENT work! Timely, professional and they ran everything down with the insurance company. To my surprise they even had it detailed! I will refer all who need work to them!

Took my vehicle in after a minor fender bender. John provided excellent service. Gave me a clear, detailed estimate and completed the work within the time-frame promised. The final product looked great! The repair returned my vehicle to like-new status. They also washed the outside, and vacuumed and cleaned the interior to an exceptional level. All around great service!

I thought companies were looking to make a good name for themselves by offering remarkable service to people. I thought wrong. This company doesnt care about your car, they care about how much money they can rip you off for. Stay away from John.

Beware, this place is a rip off. they charge you for fees that correspond to facility. vehicle was untouched and there is a balance of $1700, how. insurance paid most of it but now Im left with vehicle damage cost on top of $1700. rip off! too much to list. save your money and go somewhere else that is professional.

World Tech Auto is a scam joint!!! They will fix your car to the limit of the insurance, and give it back to you with major issues not handled. Not even make you aware of them!!My 2005 SUV was in an accident not my fault. It was towed to World Tech Auto. John managed the entire repair. They fixed all the cosmetic damage from the accident and the other guys insurance paid the entire $3,300. Good so far.I went to pick up the car, looked it over with John, everything looked good, and John handed me the keys and I drove it home.Driving it home I immediately noticed that the steering wheel was turned at a 45 degree angle while I was driving straight. Hmmm, thats odd. But it was late Friday so I figured Id drive the car over the weekend to see if any other issues.While driving it I kept noticing a noise every time I took a right turn. I finally figured out that my right tire, which was damaged in the accident and replaced, was rubbing inside the wheel well. The entire right front wheel/tire were shifted back several inches in the wheel well. Big problem. I didnt drive the car anymore till World Tech Auto could check it out.Monday I take the car over there and tell John whats going on, and he casually mentions that he knows all about it. He never mentioned any outstanding issues when I picked up the car. He had sent me home a few days earlier driving a car with a serious and dangerous issue with the frame and steering. Now it became my problem to have the remaining repairs done somewhere else.Turns out John & World Tech Auto did the $3,300 cosmetic repairs knowing the insurance company would pay that amount on a 15 year old car, but had they reported the frame and steering damage they were worried that the insurance company would have just totaled the car and World Tech Auto would have missed out on repairing anything and not earned the $3,300.Now Im stuck with a 15 year old car with frame and steering damage that nobody else will repair. The car is totaled from the original accident and World Tech Auto walked away with $3,300 while giving back a customer a car that was dangerous to drive.Stay away from World Tech Auto!!!!!!!!!! They would let your wife and children drive away in a dangerous car if it meant they earned money on an improper and incomplete repair.Im assuming the insurance company that paid for the repairs will be suing John and World Tech Auto to recover the $3,300 lost because they improperly repaired a car that would have been totaled had they reported the complete damage.

These guys were super detail-oriented! They got me all fixed up in a timely manner. The general manager John Salas was amazing to work with! I had peace of mind through the entire ordeal.I received text messages every couple of days letting me know the progress of my truck that was being worked on so I always knew what was going on. When I got my truck back it had been extremely detailed inside and out! Ive never seen my truck this clean before! It was like getting a whole new truck!!! I will always refer these guys and I will always send my friends and familys business their way!

I previously wrote a review giving world tech Auto five stars well Im deleting it because number one the car was an accident it was towed by their wrecker service to the wrecker yard and instead of going with the State farm approved body shop I spoke with the manager John who assured me my vehicle would be finished driven out that door in two weeks that absolutely was not the case first my truck was in there for about 4 weeks and when I picked it up I drove it to my house which is approximately 7 mi away noticed a horrible grinding sound brought it back and they did not do the estimate correctly Im assuming they just eyeballed it and did not break down the vehicle like you think they should when trying to repair something I was very patient with these people but now when I pick the vehicle up after 2 months of it sitting there I noticed they had a little whining noise to it I wrote it off as tire noise but as I drove it on kept getting louder and louder so Im at a shop now and there are saying that the rear end is going to need to be replaced because the technician that installed my drive shaft didnt put it in correctly it was an inch and a half difference than what it should have been from the transfer case causing it to wear the gears down in the differential also I looked at the estimate and parts that they presented to my insurance company and then looked over the vehicle and noticed that they charged my insurance company for parts that are on my vehicle such as whole new muffler assembly which should have been replaced because it got dented but they in fact did not same one they just tried to bend out the dent it didnt bother me that bad until Im sitting here without a truck again just thinking about going to this place dont even do it they tell you one thing and do another give you a completion date and its a month off just a big cluster you know what I will upload some photos shortly.

My vehicle had been running hot, and the AC wouldn’t run cool after front end damage from hitting a deer. I took it to two shops. The first shop couldn’t figure it out. The second shop said it was because the cooling fan was damaged and needed to be replaced but they still couldn’t figure out why it was still running hot after it was replaced. Over $1600 later, World Tech said it was the radiator. They replaced it, and my car runs great!! The customer service was the best and I will be bringing my vehicle in for future services.

World Tech Auto is very Professional. I am so very satisfied with the work they did with my Volvo. They handled the stress with the Insurance . You can not even tell that My Volvo was involved in a wreck. John Salas the General Manager is Awesome. I highly and I can not stress that enough... I highly Recommend this place.

By far the BEST company I have ever dealt with in getting my car repaired. I have been using WorldTech ever since they opened. THEY ARE HONEST and that is very important. On may occasions they have saved me money by being honest with me. They have done good EXCELLENT work for me and i have never had to take anything back when they repaired it, IT WAS REPAIRED RIGHT. They have always repaired my autos in a timely manner. Kind and courteous has been what I have experienced. I have tried to be a GOOD customer and they have been a Very GOOD repair shop for my automobile needs. They dont always have the best price but they have a FAIR and competitive price and the workmanship is above reproach over the years I have been a customer.

I got in a car accident and brought my car here to fix it. After they fix it, the paint in the back of my car fell out. I brought it back and they said because the paint was old and refused to fix that?? That’s not even the worst part. I recently found out from another mechanic that they DID NOT fix it correctly from the accident and that body part underneath my car is still bent (that will cost me over a thousand now to fix). Yet they charged the insurance more than $2000. This place is a SCAM

I came in to have my brand new toyota installed a pair of running board. Toyota dealership of katy charges an arm and a leg and world tech charges reasonable price.. Matthew in the reception was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. He was quick to get my veh into the shop. I am very please withe the cost and service. Matt even installed my wheel locks for free of charge which i am extremely appreciated. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

My whole family loves World Tech Auto. They are awesome. When I told them they said they have new management. I explained that I can tell they love their jobs and it always starts with management. My family went to them before the management changed and they were awesome, about 10 yrs ago. About 5 yrs ago the management was there and prices shot up and the wrong work happened or right work didnt happen. But it was only for a few months back then. I cant believe how many people would post so many reviews in such a short period of time when World Tech Auto has been awesome the majority of time. I have witnesses every customer complement all the employees at World Tech Auto almost every time I am there. They only work on whats needed and they dont work on anything until they diagnose it first. They may give the worst case scenario type of prices (which is best) but in the end the price is much more reasonable. I will recommend World Tech Auto to everyone including everyone who gave bad reviews in the past. I would have to mention that customer have much to do with miscommunication. Whether someone had an accident or just need repairs, being aggravated, frustrated or mad would automatically guide you to judgment in reasons without cause. The reasons an auto shop may give can be reasonable, they do their best and customers expect the unexpected. They should have known to research or go straight to the dealership. There is no reason to post any reviews if it is not reasonably legitimate. They tried their best to follow the time frame they gave me and got everything done. If there was anything not done it was out of their control and I am NOT going to judge them for that. I would never want that done to me. Whatever you do, do not come here, I beg you. This is going on week 6 of them having my car! It took them a week and a half just to start on it. Ive been told 3 or 4 times that the car would be ready, and every time something else came to light the car was in perfect condition except for the wreck, now all the sudden they are getting signals on the dash, Im curious to how they are seeing them now, and not when they first got the car if thats the case. Not sure what these people got going on over there or what theyre doing but it seems very shady, I shouldve taken my car to the dealership but we went here out of convenience. Worst decision made in a long time! Last week when I was told we would get the car back I joked more like next Friday and I think I jinxed it because I still dont have it and its Thursday! Stay away! Save yourself the headache and stress! An authorized dealer probably wouldve had my car 2 weeks at most.

Bald headed tow truck driver from there was rude and threatened us just because we asked a simple question if our mufflers would scratch while towing. I quote, You do your job and Ill do mine. Spent $1200 on a racing exhaust one month prior and thought maybe we needed a flat bed. Then guy continued mouthing off at us because he could hide behind the cop who was on the scene. Simple yes or no question cause it is our car and guy has to be rude.

My advice is to stay clear of this place. I received an estimate for a specific price and specific hours to complete the work. The time to complete the work per the estimate was 8.7 hours in the mechanic shop. It took them 5.5 days to complete 8.7 hours worth of work. To save money on the estimate, I had a lifetime warranty on the water pump, so I asked them to allow me to warranty the water pump, they said no because the mechanic had to insure that we got the right pump. Only after I threatened to pull the car out of the shop did they agree. As it turns out, I was the only person able to provide the correct part on the first try. I know this shop had to order the parts at least twice to get the correct ones to finish the job for the other work performed.. The owner stated that since the jeep was 17 years old(trust me, it looks brand new)the parts were hard to get. I have lifted it, installed radiators, bumpers, nerf bars, starters, alternators and on and on and not once did I get a wrong part or it not be a perfect fit. I told the owner that I could have done this work in my driveway in two days, but I had too much on my plate now. His snotty response was you should have done it then. Dont call the front desk, the people that answer the phone cant even spell car. Bottom line here, this shop did not honor their original estimate, even after removing the cost of the water pump, the invoice was more than the estimate and not once did I receive a call stating an increase in the original estimate. I even asked then who called or emailed me and there was no response. When i tried to voice my concerns to the owner he refused to call me or discuss the matter with me. He is going to get his chance now!!!! I cannot wait for that! The only reason this shop got one star from me is because Google forced that issue in order for me to leave this post.Minh, thank you for such a weak response to my review, I knew that is what I would get. Maybe Edward will respond again with 5 more fake stars and edge you up again. Please advise what you would like me do with brand new Chinese made water pump that your mechanic left in my jeep.Minh, the only thing I stated that was not accurate is that the front desk people probably can spell car. If you want the Chinese water pump back, call me, you have my number and you will see that it is the Chinese Made jeep water pump from your very own supplier still in the box.

Broken Promises & Horrible Service!I work for State Farm for 9 years and I’ve never had to deal with a body shop this bad EVER!My friend TRUSTED ANDY (guy with braids also the manager) who came to our office and said that he will take care of her vehicles who were involved in an accident in ICE DAY on January 16Th! It is APRIL 12 and she still has not received her vehicle! We have asked to speak to the owner who never returned our calls. THE RECEPTIONIST MELISSA DIDNT EVEN REMEBER TALKING TO MY FRIEND THE DAY BEFORE! So we came and had to call the cops because this body shop was sitting down in their empty lobby eating lunch while we just asked to please take the car. Mind you we are on our lunch break so waiting isn’t an option... we asked for invoices and Andy then tells my friend that now she has to pay her deductible. My Friend has paid over $1700 on car rental that he also promised to reimburse her and she’s also spent Uber or Lyft for the past month! PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Take it to a shop that your company trusts!

They took forever and never called to give updates but ended up doing a decent job.

Shoddy work and junk yard parts means that a year later all my clips are breaking off. Had to return 3 times because they did not replace bushings and pads when replacing wheel bearing. Finally had to take to dealership to get it done right. Cost me too much money for poor service.

Stop and do yourself a favor and dont come to this shop. I took my car there because my car was overheating and they said they will take a look at it. The next day they call me telling me they found the problem an charge me $1,100 dollars . So when i went to pick it up that same hour i had the same problem so i took it back to them. They were rude Disrespectful but they said there going to try to fix it again which they should have done in the first place. they keep my car there for 5 days and when i went to pick it up because they said it was fix that same day i had the same problem . I took it back to them and they said to go take it somewhere else .So i told them i will but to give my money back because they didnt do what they got paid to do . They said no . this is the worst place you can go to so dont come here.

I recently came to World Tech Auto for some body work. The technicians knew exactly what i was looking for. The detail and professionalism was great and I will definitely be recommending World Tech Auto to my friends and family.

Beware!!!!! I choose not to have my vehicle repaired here and decided to have my car picked up they purposely had my husband sign a paper stating he wanted it released to them instead of my insurance carriers repair center. Gave me a tough time to get car picked up because of how desperate they need business. Do not use them. The person I spoke with is Oscar. My husband does not have much free time from work so now he has to stop by there again and sign the right document. I will give feedback after he goes back. ALSO FYI there is a review that OSCAR PINEDA gave himself to boost his rating. If you notice one of the reviews is from OSCAR PINEDA. If you google WORLD AUTO TECH - Oscar Pineda you will find out he works there. SHADY!

On February 29th I was in an accident. The tow truck driver who arrive at the scene told me that World Tech Auto was a good shop. So, I called my insurance company to verify that World Tech Auto was an approved shop in their network and it is. I pick my car up this first time and the part in my statement that were suppose to be replaced were not, and there is an unexplained dent in the bumper. I leave the car and they assure me that they will fix and make right. I go back the 2nd time to pickup my car and one of my lugnuts fall out, and I get less than 2 mile away from the shop and my check engine light comes on.I called and immediately take my car back and contact my insurance company. World Tech tells me that since my car is under manufactures warrenty that I should take to the dealership. At any rate I ended up having to have my car towed to the dealarship to be fixed only to find out that World Tech Auto broke a part on my car and tried to fix it by using silicon glue. These people are con artist only out to get paid. I would NEVER RECOMMEND them. The only reason they get the one star is because you have to give at least one star to post. By the way World Tech Auto had my car for 7 weeks for me to still have to have take it to the dealarship to fix/repair what should have been done by World Tech Auto.

Took my car here to get a part painted they took good care of me painted my part in less than 2 days maaco wanted me to wait till they had a black car to paint and didnt know when that was going to be this shop got right on it Im looking foward to coming back in the near future.
