Three years ago I had US Canvas and Awning install an awning above my second story balcony of my new home. They did a fantastic job and I enjoyed working with their project manager Russell.I had his crew to return to lower the awning over the balcony in order to provide more shade.Recently, I have listed my home for sale. My realtor utilized a drone to showcase my home and the excellent location where I reside.The outside drone video made me aware that there were visible holes along with a weather line on the exterior stucco above the awning (where it was initially installed).I recontacted Russell and after he conferred with his boss (business owner) Manny, their crew came to my home the next day and fixed the problem without charge. The crew even painted the stucco where the patched holes were filled.I will definitely use US Canvas & Awning at my new home. They are the “go to” company who maintain their brand. Russell and Manny are the best! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.Please disregard any of my previous review about this business that is not five stars - it was made in haste before I gave Russell and Manny adequate time to address and resolve my concerns.

Very professional, excellent communication and reasonably priced.

We have a tennis court that we wanted covered on the property I work for. On the tennis courts the shade covers were attached to the light poles with cabling. The first attempt at this configurations resulted in the shades being ripped to shreds due to the wind whipping the awnings. On the second attempt, which we paid to replace the original awnings, they added more cables to support the awnings in the wind. This time the awnings did remain intact but every time the wind began to gust the awning wires would stretch and the awnings would sag more and more. The more the awning sagged the more the poles would move and bend, which caused 6 of the 8 lights to be fall of the poles and one of the poles broke off of the base footing. The lights on the tennis court will cost us several thousand dollars to replace along with resurfacing the tennis court as the pole ruined the surface as it was being blown across the court by the wind. Be forewarned they do not know what they are doing when it comes to self supported shades not attached to a building.

I was very pleased with the awning at my new home when it was installed three years ago. It weathered well.I did have it lowered over my balcony since after it was installed, it seemed to high.I have recently placed my home on the market. Consequently, the Realator used a drone to photograph by home.I then noticed that when US Awning lowered my awning that they failed to fill in and patch the initial installation holes on the outside wall.I telephoned Russell who is the project manager for US Awning and explained his worker’s oversight in not filling in these holes above the awning.He advised me that it was too late for them to fix the holes and that they would charge me for this repair.I was very disappointed with his response since I would have used their company again at my new home.

I was very pleased with the awning crafted by US Canvas & Awning. The awning was a replacement for a previous awning and perfectly fit the existing frame. The turnaround time was only a week and the installation was done expertly. The salesman was very helpful and I was able to order the exact fabric I needed. I definitely recommend this company.

My kitchen window faces the west and the kitchen was very warm, especially in the late afternoon. I added window tint and have a window covering, but the heat was still very intense in the late afternoon. I contacted Don with US Canvas and Awning. Don recommended a simple awning, which he thought would help considerably. I provided Don with my color choice and a few simple measurements and he made me a very attractive awning that was fairly easy to install. Don was spot on- the heat in the kitchen is now history! I highly recommend this company for their knowledge, service, and quality.
